Cars are going missing and there are numerous attempted break-ins to cars. A representative from this division said that I would be getting a call back and I didn't. I called again, and was just interrupted when I was trying to explain what happened with our attempted car break-in. So what now? If we lie, we pay the consequences, what happens when you guys lie? And don't help? It's not the first time and it won't be the last time. And we have to report ourselves on the website? That's just a general police issue. Cars are insured that's why you don't bother trying to find stolen cars, right? Remember the Toronto Star article in which the victims found their cars and called the police to come get, and guess what? Nothing happened! I was all about supporting the uniform, but this is just unacceptable. Now we have to pay higher premium with our insurance providers. Blows my mind what this city has become. Much respect to the police officers doing real work.

Last Friday I reported an incident that I witnessed, I got transferred to 911 because of the severity of the issue. I wasn't sure if it was worthy of calling 911. But dispatch was very polite and helpful in explaining to me the difference between a regular complaint and an emergency situation. 2 police officers arrived at my door shortly after and took my statement, maybe 20 minutes later( but it wasn't technically an emergency situation, parties involved never came to any harm, but it was a serious criminal offense) Anyways, both officers were very professional and personable, had a great experience with them considering the circumstances involved. Great Job!!! My sincerest well wishes to both of these officers and their loved ones. You truly exemplified the moto, To Serve And Protect!!! God bless you both

I have lived in this division for 32 years and have always found the police officers to be friendly and professional. I still have fond memories of Officer Dawn during his many community visits to my elementary school. On one occasion he taught us how to ride our bicycles safely. We also had a female officer visit our school to tell us about her experiences in breaking the gender barrier. It is wonderful to see the ethnic diversity of the community represented in this division. Thank you all for your service and know that the community does appreciate your hard work; especially during the winter storm last year when many of you were helping vehicles that were stuck!

The police officer Chow is not qualified for police officer, no basic logic and judgement, no any sympathy and also is very irresponsible, o arrogant, cold blood and rude. This is the worst police officer I have even met. it is terrible. I want to give them zero, but unfortunately there is no zero in option. he is not helpful instead he want to separated and ruined my family. I knew he has power and I made this comment it make me in very dangerous position, I am just tiny compare to your power. You can let me disappear using you power, although i also feel the fear but I still make this comment.

I was so shock an disappointed on how a female officer tried me I explain my situation to her and she told me (we not wasting police time and resources to find a person that hit you) because she's and elderly women.i was shock that she could say that so easily. No one have the right to put there hands on you. An thats the fact that she didn't understand my pain and hurt was crazy. Black ppl stay far away from this police station. They only protect and serve one type off ppl.

I called 911 with an emergency where my dementia riddled father tried to break down my bedroom door and kill me. Two police officers came in five minutes - I want to thank them both, and especially Officer E. Dzlngala who took the report ( I didn't get the other officer's name as he was outside holding down my father). They were wonderful and I feel so lucky they came so quickly. Thank you so much to both!

Wholly unhelpful. Tried to report a phishing scam with a local number. Was told I was wasting police services time. Person on the other end of the phone was rude and not helpful in the slightest. Police services wonders why people don't report things more often...

Constable Khan was very helpful. I came here to collect my belongings but they could not find anything. I was asked to come back. When I returned the Officer M. Evans helped me bring my belongings to me.

Grateful for the Officers at 33rd division who found our dog and returned him back to us as well! They were super friendly and appreciate their time and effort. Thank you

I have lived in this Division for about 3 years now. Had an issue one day and officer Sagoo arrived. He was great help. We are so thankful to have officers like him

Zero should be an option. I don't understand why racist people are allowed to become Police officers and are allowed to hold guns that is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

I sent a background check more then 2 months ago and it still hasn’t come back even though I payed more for express to come faster. Very unprofessional.
