Its taken me a few months to get to this review, only because I wanted to make sure my issue was fully resolved. We have both a sloped shingle roof and flat roof on our house. We had the shingles replaced in 2016 and at the time were told our flat roof was fine. In May of this year heard a tapping noise above our bedroom ceiling and went up to the attic to find that our roof was leaking. The inside of the sloped part was very wet and dripping. I called a few places and both said it was likely the flat roof that needed to be replaced (almost 20 years old). I choose Toronto Roof Repairs partly because their quote was more reasonable than the other and they had good online reviews. They came out and replaced our flat roof over a two day periods. They send me pictures when they were done, but I also had access to a drone and was able to take a look myself and thought the work looked very good. A few days/weeks later and the rain came and I went up to the attic to check on things and found water was still dripping in from the sloped part of the roof. I called Toronto Roof and they sent their team out to take a look. They couldn't really seen where the issue was, but caulked around one of the roof vents the other company had installed. A few weeks later more rain and I checked again. There was still a dripping inside on the sloped part. I called them up again and they sent the team out again. This time they took the hose up and flooded the roof until we could see the water start to drip inside. They took off a few of the shingles the other company had put in and replaced them with new ones I had kept. Over the last few rainy days I've checked an all now seems to be good. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Vanessa and the team. I never had to ask them to come back, each time I told them I still had an issue they automatically made the trip our at no cost to me. They wanted to make sure my roof was waterproof and that I was happy with the job. I still don't know what the cause of the leaks was for sure, but Toronto Roof Repairs were relentless in solving the issue and I'd have no trouble recommending them to others.

FRAUD ALERT! Horrible experience with this company. They came to do an inspection for our roof and damaged it and left it damaged on purpose!!! We found the peeled off shingles just beside the damaged areas. We had just gone up to the roof recently to clean the gutters. While the roof showed some wear and tear with age, it did not have any visible signs of damage. However, after the inspection, all corners were completely peeled back with the inside exposed!! When we called them to confront them about the damage, they completely denied everything and hung up the phone. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! In response to your reply, Leon and Vanessa, we have independent assessments from other roofing companies that these damages are not due to animal activity but man made. They appeared after Blair did the inspection. When we initially called Blair, he threatened to call the police and hung up. You reached out afterwards for the team to come and fix the damages but you asked Blair to come with the crew. We replied and mentioned that the crew is welcome to come but not Blair. You did not reply back. We don’t think any home owner would feel comfortable with inviting the person who damaged their roof in the first place, was dishonest and uttered threats to come to their property again. Google reviews provides an honest forum for exchange. As consumers, we feel an ethical obligation to share our experience and alert others so that other customers can avoid what we went through. We will not be intimidated to reconsider our statements because they are a true description of what transpired. We encourage you to inspect and audit your own business conduct rather than blaming the customer.

Just wanted to say it was an absolute pleasure working with Leon and his team, I gave them a call for a small leak in my roof, they came the next day as discussed and provided updates in regards to their arrival time. When they arrived they took a look at the roof and identified the source of the leak, they even provided pictures and a free estimate within the same day. When their worker Joe came to fix the problem he was very thorough he went into the attic took pictures and diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done. He showed me the pictures then proceeded to get to work to replace the vents and flashing in the pouring rain. We urgently needed someone to come out and inspect a roof leak and Leon from Toronto Roof Repairs Inc. was able to come out on short notice the next day. He was able to quickly identify the problem which turned out to be a leak from a roof vent which was not properly installed by a previous contractor. He provided a detailed explanation and multiple options so that we could make an informed decision. Leon then was able to book us in the next day and arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was done. He relocated a bathroom vent, installed new ductwork, and patched the existing opening, matching the existing shingles exactly. Leon was able to diagnose my roofing problem and provided many pictures he took of my roof to show what damage needs to be repaired. Once the work was completed, he provided more detailed pictures to show me the repairs he had done. Furthermore, with his honest opinion he told me of some issues that I should address regarding my vents to avoid any condensation and molding problems in the future. Some animals (probably raccoons) climbed to our roof and tore off shingles for fun, or tried to get into the attic. I contacted TRR and Leon came next morning. He was very helpful and gave suggestions on prevention of further raccoon attacks. When I mentioned we wanted the job done at the same day because a heavy rain was expected overnight, they came back at noon and started the work. The repair was well done and the patches look sturdy. Leon provided pictures of before and after the work. He is a pleasant person to talk with and work with. The most important thing is that he helped us out big deal as the heavy rain came as promised that night.

The turbine on my roof got damaged and needed to be replaced. I called and texted with Vanessa about the repair and even managed to get the turbine replaced with the solar vent just a couple of hours after my last communication. Marcelo took pictures during the repair and explained all he had done. So after crazy thundershowers for 2 days in row, yesterday I had to call someone to fix my roof as it started leaking thru attic to the room. I found Toronto roof repair and talked to Joe very late at night. As promised he was at work first thing this morning at 8. The responsiveness is unbelievable. I was very impressed. Monday evening I phoned and left a message to say I had a hole in my roof. Tuesday morning I received a return phone call and they said they would not have an appointment until Saturday. I arranged for an appointment, half an hour later they called to say there was a cancelation for Wednesday, someone would come and give me an estimate. Well, that estimate was quite fine by me and within an hour they got their supplies, then by 5pm Wednesday the job was done. It rained extremely heavy on Thursday (the next day) and no rain came in my house.

Called this morning. Leon was able to come by the house within an hour! Had a shingle land in our front lawn during the wind storm so wanted to make sure everything was ok up there. Nice and honest people, quick response. I had a gutter corner leak that I was a bit concerned about. I asked for a quote on the website, Joe and Stan came next day to fix it at a reasonable price. They showed me the picture of the repair and also told me that the rest of the gutter is clean. They also re-attached the downspouts falling away from the wall and help me put in the screw nails missing. They would definitely be my choice for future roof repairs.

We're very happy. Our eaves-trough broke because it has been installed wrong (which we didn't know until it broke). They came to look at it when other companies told us we had to wait until March or April. They gave us a rough quote on the spot and a quote by email. The original quote was reasonable however our roof repair turned out to be twice as difficult as more shingles were damaged than thought. This company stuck to the original price quote. I also thought it was time to replace the shingles but Leon told me we have a few more years left after the repair. I just recommended Toronto Roof Repair to my next door neighbour
