I'm walking around trying to find someone and even asked a manager that was dressed up with a tie. He acted like it was an inconvenience for him by his facial expressions and body language. There are signs around the store that say "Ask for a sample". Well that is about impossible. No one really wants to do anything. Myself and a friend come in to try new Bourbons, Whiskeys, Champagne and other things and stock up based what we taste. I have been to the Montrose location and they are ALWAYS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY!!! This location definitely not and its the closest to my house. I would rather drive futher than go there again. We had to ask multiple people for help that just didn't want to and I'm not making that up. I asked a lady that didn't even work there that was a vendor if she knew who the Manager was and she pointed out another tall guy and I asked him if there were any bourbons to try since we were looking for new options. He said "I don't know". I said well who can I talk to and he said just a moment and got a young lady that was super nice and knowledgeable about bourbons, whiskeys, scotch and irish whiskey. If it wasn't for her myself and my friend wouldn't have purchased so much. He bought a $90.00 bottle of Irish Whiskey and I bought multiple bottles of Vostra Champagne, 1.5L Knob Creek Whiskey, other champagnes and more stuff. Between the both of us we spent about $200.00 When I go to the Montrose location I spend around $400.00 no kidding. This FM 1960 locations needs a huge improvement!!!!

LOVE THIS PLACE! There is a wide variety of great wines sectored by countries, regions, grape varieties, and prices. The store is beautiful, and it is really nice to roam and look around, you will find what you are looking for, but you will also find something new! You will also find here many other beverages and wine accessories. The Staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I came from Argentina as a vendor representing the Catena Family Wines and the experience was great. Thank you Debby, Jason, Haley, Cindy, and team for being so nice, professional, and for sharing all your knowledge and ideas for this partnership, I hope to be back soon. Talk about having selection! They have just about anything you are looking for and some, the prices seem to be competitive as well but I'm not certain and sure anyone else going to get tossed up doesn't have price in mind. We stopped by on a weekend and they had samples all about the store like it was Sam's club which was awesome! The staff is all helpful and the oddball stuff is great. I ended up buying liquor I didn't know I wanted and will definitely be back for more! Highly recommend this place for all your sobriety celebration needs!

Some liquor stores have nice small town values and vibes. And some liquor stores are so big and giant that it's really cool to see just how much selection they have. Total wine and more has both going for it and has really really nice workers that make you feel very very understood As well as a giant selection of really just anything you can think about drinking. I've even taken classes in wine at this location which was a fun event that was very informative and not expensive.

Just go inside to get your stuff they will ruin your order and you will spend more time trying to fix it then what you would if you just go into the store… literally told them my order was canceled and they gonna say no it’s not it’s just pending and it literally said my order was canceled then they’ll put you hold and wait for an Invisible person I say just don’t waste your time with their pick unorganized and staff don’t know what they talking about

First time to browse around in a Total Wine store; had seen them before and had heard good things so glad I was able to make it in. Very impressed by the wide selection of wine, beer, and spirits. Staffers were friendly and service was fast. Found a couple interesting local beers I had never seen before and some liquor from Tennessee. Looking forward to trying the beverages. Will come back again some time! Very good shopping experience here.

Great selection of anything alcohol related. They have knowledgeable staff that are willing and able to help in any way possible. They have a great return policy also. If you don't like it, return any portion you have not consumed (don't return empty bottles expecting a refund) with a receipt for exchange of another item. Check out their half bottles if wine if you are looking for something new.

Great selection of alcohol. 2 stars because every single time we come here the same incompetent cashiers are working. I’m a year older by the time I get checked out. Lines will get backed up half way to the back wall before they open up other lanes. I’d go to another location if it was even remotely close. It makes coming here soo frustrating.

Its the last day of 2022. It was so so busy here... but the staff was giving 100%. All kinds of samples to try and made me buy. I had trouble finiding Soju. I could of been told its on the left wall of the store but I was walked over and told other products that are similar. The selection is grand. I also saw they have tasting event coming up

Big store with a big selection of all the liquor, beer, wine, sake, etc you ciuld ever want. The staff was also very helpful, checking the back for things not stocked in the front. Store is also very clean and had many lines to checkout so it was very efficient. Would definitely reccomend to anyone and will be coming back!

I went in for a traditional bottle of Angel's Envy, and then I met Sam. Very knowledgeable and actually understood what I wanted to taste in my Bourbon. Another wonderful employee shared a coffee liqueur that was amazing. Then she added the cream liqueur; OMG! Needless to say, it all went to the checkout counter.

My wife and I went with TW for the alcohol for our wedding and with her guidance and expertise, we were able to buy the right drinks and prepare everything in time. Service was easy and flexible. Very clean and organized. I loved that they had different vendors/stations available for sampling . I like the 10% off premium promotion they had . Every staff member was friendly and offered assistance. The lines were moving a bit slow but overall I will return . Plus they were cheaper than Zipps .

Total wine has gain a new and faithful customer. To be honest this place beats Spec's hands down. I like the way the store is organized, they have literally every brand from wine, liquor, to beer. They sale accessories as well(shot glasses etc). So far so good. I really like this place.

Without a doubt, they have every liquor possible. I live in Pennsylvania, where we have state liquor stores. Never seen anything like it. Cheaper prices than in PA as well. Really impressed. (Had to take a few pics of the premium stuff, my friends wouldn't have believed it...)

This is my favorite liquor store. It has a huge selection. The atmosphere is nice and cleanly and all the employees are very friendly and helpful. They also have samples, a great rewards program, and offer fun classes. Even seems to be cheaper than other liquor stores

Great wide of selection. The staff looked attentive with certain customers. I was never greeted,approached, or offered assistance although I was looking very lost in every aisle. I was able to find what I needed trough their website and found the aisle on my own.

The store is awesome. The customer service over the phone Is horrible. I wanted to correct an order I placed on the app, the attitude I received made me change my mind and rethink ever shopping there again!!! Horrible. If you don't like your job don't go!!!

What a wonderful, clean, fully stocked store! All the employees are super friendly and helpful. You can even order ahead and pick up at a separate counter to avoid the wait time in line. The parking is normally crowded but worth the hassle.

Great curbside pickup service! I ordered the item the night before and it was ready the next morning! I checked in once I arrived and they brought my order about 1-2 minutes after I checked in. Great Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All I gotta say is don’t walk RUN to go grab it! It’s red wine and chocolate mixed together and is sooo smooth tastes like chocolate milk! Even if you’re not a chocolate lover like me you’ll still love it I promise :)

I described a bottle of tequila to an associate and he immediately recognized exactly what I was in need of. Clase Azul Tequila is my now favorite thanks to this associate with the Houston team! Amazing!

Total wine has it all. If you can't find it here it probably doesn't exist. This is basically the walmart of liqour stores. You wont find better prices or a better selection anywhere.

Good chain liquor store, always has great deal, the staffs are really helpful when you don't know which one should choose. The only reason I give 3 stars is because of the cashier.
