This really is TOTAL wine. Like IKEA for wine. Everything from $4 bottles of table wine to $4000 bottles of Lafitte from Pauillac. They also have a stunning range of local and imported craft beers. I’d be surprised if they didn’t have an alcohol you’re looking for - they even have my favourite spiced rum: Kraken (unfortunately they were out of the 1.5L bottles but they had both original and black label in 750mL) which is notoriously hard to find. Prices aren’t bargain basement but they are reasonable enough that I’d come here every week for my wine stock-up. The labels on every shelf describe the wines in a simple, non-poncy way every beginner will easily understand (thank you Total Wine!) which helps you make a great choice. Even if you have no idea how to read a fancy French bottle label. The aisles are also very clearly labelled (probably because there are so many of them - nothing but wine as far as the eye can see!) Just take a deep breath and don’t let overwhelm consume you. Pace yourself and in a few weeks I’m sure you could become an expert navigator of every aisle. I went here for a class on Bordeaux wines and learnt, ate and drank generously for the $20 ticket price. If you’re looking for an education in how to appreciate wine, this would be a great place to start (which the Basics 101 course) to train your palate. FYI - they supply the Bluewater Grill restaurant next door so you can taste a few wines by the glass if you want to try one or two before you buy there. Highly recommend for wine enthusiasts who are looking to broaden their knowledge of wines or who have a tasting group and are looking for something new to bring. Beginners, come with an open mind and a commitment to the long haul! For expert oenophiles the range here will be pleasing whether for a drink now or for a case to age. EDIT: you can also buy world class wine glasses here. $69.95 (Or was it $79.95) for the Riedel mixed varietal 8-glass set. Try drinking wine from the correct glass and you’ll swear it was a completely different bottle.

I had the worst experience at this location. There were two older ladies that gave me and my fiancé looks of disgust and were extremely discriminating. We shopped as usual and went to check out. I was looking at some ice chests on the end of the lane and the clerk continued to ask my fiancé unnecessary questions. Such as who I was and where my ID was. My fiancé was the one paying and of course had his ID. They denied to take it. I left my wallet at home with no thought since we’ve gone multiple times with no issues. They proceeded to call management and holding our items behind them. The manager started to hold her hands up to me and insisted that I “calm” down. She had no answers to why we saw multiple people walking in and out without being asked for a ID or how this had never happened before. It is extremely sad to see in todays time for racism to still be present. The look this clerk gave us is something I’ll never forget. It’s disgusting that she automatically assumed that people like “us” were being aggressive and mischievous. We left after they refuse to serve us and went to a different location without any issues.

I love this place, I dont really drink but when my better half wants too, we make a pit stop there a snack for the drink and the prices are very good, I use to go to drive thru liquor stores but they charge to much, there's only the drive thru that's convenient but put a drive thru in QT and see what happens all them liquor stores will dissappear but hopefully it won't cause even dough their prices might be a little more I still support small buisness in our neighborhood but none of them will beat TW&M and they got cool little stuff, shot racks beverage holders, coolers, and best of all you can find almost everything here, I say that cause they don't have a certain beer a found when I was in Central America el Gallo, it's been so long since I drank it I probably wont like the taste of it anyway since I can't stand the taste of beer, so if u thisrty for some alcohol this is the spot and u can even taste a couple things before you start your night or lunch or breakfast, God I hope none does that...

After reading some reviews I really wish I would have shopped on days when Who ever helped those happy people were working ..My experience not so happy . It's the frosty haired older woman in the back who was not up for answering any questions of any sort and just kinda of sat there with a disgusted look on her face ..I was inquiring about some cognac since your selection is limited unlike other spirits. I was seeking information about a more expensive bottle and the look I received was one of dismay and disgust as if I couldn't possibly afford the bottle I was asking about..She said I'll have someone come assist you and turned away.. well no one came after 10 more minutes we just left without making a purchase..Me and my spouse work hard for a living and to be made to feel as if we are not good enough is appalling I will never return to this store and we'll most likely never shop at your franchise again..

Very clean store, very well organized, staff were friendly and helpful, found what I was looking for, would have been nice if they carried Franziskaner Dunkle... I went in looking for a Lambic (Kriek) aka Cherry Beer, there are several companies that produce it in Belgium, St. Luis is my favorite so I'm not sure how this one will taste. I picked up some Grolsch for a friend, thats a Dutch beer so I also picked him up a bottle of Trappist (Belgium)... They had some of the top Trappist Belgium beers there so it's a nice selection. - Addition to review... This Cherry Beer is fantastic! This bottle come in a 750ml, serving size is 250ml so pick up a Belgium glass for this beer. It's not a wine to be sipped on or like your normal beers to be chugged down. Take your time and really enjoy this beer, you won't be disappointed.

I love a store that allows dogs:) The staff at this location are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. A staff member walked me through the process of making an Old Fashioned and helped me to select the necessary components. I've asked different staff members if I could sample some of the items they've had available for tastings, after the fact, and all staff members have been accomodating and took the time to answer questions. This is just an absolutely fun store to find items for upcoming holidays and get togethers. I have recommended this store, and specific location, to many of my friends and acquaintances.

Dude, this total wine and more has hooked it up time and time again. It's got a giant selection of drink options and to be frank, if you're looking for a specific bottle or a specific flavor, they probably have something that would meet your needs. The best part is the, beer selection, if you're not a hard liquor drinker, is absolutely huge. Also, I really haven't had a bad experience with any of the people. They've all been pretty chill and if they don't know something they'll find somebody that does something. Also, their cigar selection is smaller but definitely has a good selection of options.

That is a fantastic Total Wine store. They have a huge selection of wine including three sorts of Georgian wines and a couple of wines from Slovenia which very few stores in the area carry. It seems like different Total Wine stores have different selection. Most of their wines is from California, Italy, France, and Spain. But they also have plenty of Greek wines - 100% recommend. Staff is pretty friendly and helpful, but I don't interact much with them and they leave me alone. Just the way I want. This store's wine selection however does not beat some of the local, but big, liquor stores.

Went today expecting the same friendly treatment as I had received at Bevmo. Well, that didn't happen. Not one sales person greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. You wonder if there just wasn't enough staff. Not true...not only were there a lot of employees...there were several managers there as well. The staff were all chatting with each other...as were the managers. I went up and spoke with the managers...they didn't say much...didn't try to defend anything. Yes, their selection and pricing were good. So are BevMos...and they know what customer service is. Go to BevMo.

This Total Wine is Fantastic. Audrey the assistant manager and David are very helpful and friendly. I am always welcomed by the staff with a big hello and is there anything we can do to help you? They have such a deep knowledge of the products they sell. This is a fantastic store. I live in Tempe so this store is a little bit of a distance to drive to but its so well worth is because of the staff. This place truely had everything youre looking for, unless your SUPER picky like i am about mix in ingredients, - then this is your only stop. My only gripe: Please total wine stop making me do two stops for my good juices (not from concentrate o.j. for example) just good quality juices in general or other mixers like San Pellegrino's. Having a few baskets near the check out with lemons n limes would probably serve you well also. Five stars because you take all of our money, and we wouldnt have it any other way!!! We love total wine!!!

After spending time there and going to the checkout, I, the purchaser, had my ID, and my husband was with me, and he didn't have his. He's near 40, and they didn't want to sell the alcohol to us. I think this issue was more than just an age thing if you get my drift the website states "To help in this effort, we don’t allow any person under the age of 21 to enter our store unless accompanied by an adult guardian of legal drinking age*." Soo I could've bought the alcohol if my kid was with me but not my husband??

This location does not disappoint! The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly! I was here with a friend doing a DoorDash order. Neither one of us drink alcohol and never been to Total Wine. We asked a representative where a few items were. They not only told us where they were, but told us how the store was laid out and how to read the app. They went above and beyond! Even though I don't have any reason to personally shop here, I would highly recommend this location to those who do!

A bit far to go to get what I was looking for, but the Chandler store didn't have it. Great samples at the door and a great selection of spirits and wines. Would need an extra hour to really look things over. Friendly staff and fairly short lines at check out. I thought the prices were reasonable. Since I got exactly what I was looking for, it was worth the time, but will check out the Chandler store to see what they have. Would recommend you give the store a look & see.

It's Total Wine, what can you say? They have a pretty good selection of alcoholic beverages of many types, and you can certainly find something there that you'll like. However, they lose a star because of their exclusive selections thing they do with a lot of wine, and you can't always find particular vintners that you might want to. Independent wine shops still win for that reason, but Total has volume and decent prices. You know what you're getting when you come here.

First time going prices are affordable and very friendly employees. Total spent 50.00 ruffly for Hennessy 375ml at 28.00 and glass and ice ball set 19.99. Will now being making my go to spot for adult beverage needs. They also have cigar cellar on site. Also can drink on site but didn't do that but employee told me about when leaving might have to try that later. They said they also have an app which is always nice.

I recently had a chance to stop into in to search for something to try while visiting the city. I loved the selections they provided, and they had some very rare items on the shelf. I was able to locate some of my favorite Tequilas to take home with is always a plus in my book. The employees there were attentive and offered help if they thought you were overwhelmed l, which could be easily done. I will be back.

I love coming to this location, they have a wide variety of options to choose from and typically have whatever I’m looking for in stock. Look no further, Total Wine is a great option if you're in need of a wide variety of beer, wine, liquor, and snacks. They have everything you need for a night in or if you're planning a special event. The assistant manager, Kyle, was such a huge help and provided great recommendations. I was just approached by a total wine employee regarding me being parked in the pickup spot. He asked me to move and I politely agreed to move.
