The customer service in this place is horrible. When I was done with my business I went on to pay the money but after I do my transaction one of the employees say that I have not paid. A message was even sent to my end saying that I have paid the money but since their machines are I guess faulty the say that I have not paid. I stayed there for atleast one hour trying to explain to the employees that I have paid. I even called the bank and confirmed that I paid but the employee refused to listen so I was forced to pay again. This is not the only time I have experienced such in this petrol station. Be sure I will not recommend this station to anyone

Has very friendly staff. The bonjour shop is great with a sitting area outside. Petrol pumps are few so there might be some waiting time if intending to fuel. Parking space is also not much making the petrol station look congested at times. There's a great automatic machine car wash that's charged very reasonable with a good number of attendants

Quick service and best tyre centre.. Have been a customer for long and have never got dispointed. be it, tires .i. e Falken Tyres, which you have most quality, durable and affordable i do appreciate your service in evry corner of the station... Good fuels. Can't complain at all. The downside comes from the seeming existence of poor traffic control. Sometimes you can wait upto 5 minutes before you are served. You will easily lose your patience before you can use their air pressure facility, which is normally crowded or blocked by cars trying to escape the jam from Mombasa Road.

Convenient fully equipped petrol station along Mombasa road. Wide variety of services available from service, tyre repair, car wash, chemist, fast food restaurant as well as car identity. Very courteous attendants. However the PDQ machine is always faulty and will require you to go to the office in order to run a Bonvoyage fuel card.

A busy petrol station. Despite this, the Customer service is okay. You'll get the satisfaction you need on transit as the station is along the highway from Mombasa to the border towns of Malaba and Kisumu.

Pretty okay place. Great place to stop over for snacks as you fuel. Great service and standard prices. Clean with complimentary engine checks. They accept mobile payments so it's super convenient.

A busy parking for personal vehicles. There are Mombasa-bound bus offices and plenty of food joints. Not truck friendly though. I had a hard time entering and leaving the station.
