The zoo is always a pleasure, if you can afford it, and the "tropical house" as it was called when I was little is a great place in any event, doubly so on cold windy days if you are looking for a reprieve from the cold while you wander the outdoor exhibits. As well as the birds there are some small primates and an aquarium/terrarium area. If you've gone to the expense of getting in to the zoo, don't miss visiting this place too.

This place you can find within the zoo. There’s a black mesh that stops birds from flying out. Made it seem like the place was closed but you just have to push passed it. Once you get in, it’s a tropical zone and you’ll find some tropical birds along with reptiles and other cool animals at the back.

Wonderful tropical centre where you can see a range of different animals! They currently have baby red pandas!

Honestly my favorite place at the zoo I love all the big plants but would love too see more birds

This place smells and I always forget to bring coins for my kids. Still a great time.

A nice indoor space for little kids to explore, especially in the winter months.

It was very family friendly on father's day we got a nice discount
