This was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I have been taking my car to be washed at this location for 20 years. I will add that I am a senior.I purchased a wash ticket with a code for just under $20. I tried the code twice and it did not work. I went back to the counter and the older Asian woman kept on looking at me as though I was not telling the truth, when brought this issue to her attention. She finally gave me another code. Although I was able to get into the car wash it stopped mid -way and my car was left full of soap. I went back to where I purchased the car wash and explained the situation. Rather than saying sorry, she accused me of ruining the car wash. told me that it was all my fault! She also yelled and told me never to come again!! The people behind me had the same issue. The code did not work the first time and thay had to get another one. Then the wash stopped half way. for them too It was obviously a sensor. The woman behind the counter needs to be fired. She was very rude, and her reaction was totally inappropriate.

I use it because it's touchless. I used to go to the one on Granville and 41 Ave until they changed to a soft touch wash with the spinning foam brushes. Won't get your car thoroughly clean but that's par for the course with a touchless wash. It is pretty expensive, especially if you have to wash your car twice to get a more thorough clean. The worst part is actually the tight space for the lineup and the tight 90 degree turn to line your car to face the entry code panel and wash bay entrance. It's hit and miss with the staff...some are friendly, others not so much. Update: They have installed a new control panel at the entrance to the carwash. Now you can buy a wash ticket right there, but the touchscreen is set very high. You'd almost have to get out of your vehicle to operate the touchscreen, unless you are in a high SUV or truck.

Right off the bat a touchless wash can only do so much for your car. Some things just need to be physically scrubbed off and that's the way it is. Usually you need to determine before washing whether a touchless will be adequate or if you'll need more, otherwise you are just wasting money. That being said this carwash has always done a great job for me with the minor stuff like tree sap, road grime after a rain or recent bird droppings (if you leave these for more than a few days you can not expect a touchless wash to get rid of it). It can get busy at peak hours but it's open 24 hours so I typically go before 8am on a weekend. The wash is also occasionally closed to it might be a good idea to call ahead to see if it's working before driving there. Lastly it is a bit pricey at almost $20 for the highest end wash.

waited about 20 plus minutes, wash is ok if you have not been on a long distance trip, does not take out any bugs on the front of the car or front of the side mirrors. Also when I exited the wash, dirty water drips from the over head exit door which made my car dirty again!.So wait till it has stopped dripping!

It changes you 11 dollars for a very bad wash it doesn't even dry the car completely. That means when you will drive it will catch all the dust. I just had my wash and see how it was wet and caught dust in 5 mins after wash. I am never coming back. I had better service in 2 dollars in other places.

As per other reviews car is left wet. The machine also leaves a strip down the middle of your vehicle as the arm ispensing detergent doesn't seem to reach as it goes left to right. But it's touchless. And it feels like a disco. I pre wiped off poops. Seems ok. Saved $2 buying a litre of gas.

Shocking wash… left a thick layer of mud all around the sills of the car, didn’t clean anything well. Zero shine after wash, paid for the premium wash. Will make a clean car in search of a brushless wash dirtier, 200%. Will not be returning. As we say in Ireland.. pure washte of time.

For a "liveable city" this station is filthy. Unfriendly staff... could tell right away. The car wash had a dryer malfunction. I usually don't go to automated car washes but because I had to park outside and birds ....did their thing... I had to wash it right away. Won't go back.

You get a discount on your total bill if you are refueling and doing a luxury wash. Completely touchless and no issues if you have a low riding sports car. Luxury wash includes a undercarriage pressure wash as well. Prepare for a long lineup unless you go early. Open 24 hours.

This touch less car wash is a bit pricey, but works well. Minus 1 star for replacing the old button pad with a touch pad that is now hard to reach from the window of a sedan. They've positioned it for SUV and trucks. I now have to get out of my car to enter the entry number.

My vehicle always comes out clean. The facility is in excellent condition and is maintained, regularly. I am very happy with the results. There are garbage bins, outside and really strong vacuums for cleaning the inside. I do not have a single complaint

Not bad, about 5 minutes of wash so the wash is not too thorough but okay, standard prices. However there's always a long line at this location during the daytime, as it's close to downtown area. Nights are more free. Overall pretty convenient.

It takes a very long time for each car to go through. Each car takes at least ten minutes, so we waited fifteen and then with much difficulty gave up and squirmed out of the very tight and busy parking lot. Wouldn't recommend it for a car wash

A great touchless wash. If your car is dusty/with rain drops/in salt - it is a great place to wash the car body quickly and safely (to the paint and finish). Obviously, it can't wash away old/big dirt.

Nice drive through experience for the family. Their premium wash gives my car a decent shine. The tire and rim wash gets some brake dust off but leaves some for me to finish off by hand washing.

Worthless car wash. Came out almost as dirty as it went in. The automatic drying system doesn't do anything. My truck was still dripping when I exited. Save yourself the disappointment.

The only issue I had was the lineup. There were no less the 6 cars ahead of me. Otherwise, let's face it, it's a car wash. My car went in dirty then came out the other side clean!

Pretty decent prices for the results. Only issue I have with the place is that there's always been a decent lineup when I've gone, so you need to set aside a good chunk of time.

Harder to find touchless washes around downtown, cleans as good as touchless can do. Good for a quick rinse if the dirt isn't caked on. Buy passcode in main station or at pump.

Long waits. Occasionally breaks down. Difficult to turn your vehicle to line up with the payment machine. But, there aren't many options in the area.

Chose the luxury wash which was the best available, basically just removed the dust and dirt didnt actually clean the car as I saw when I got home

The line is so long usually maybe because it’s the only spot in the neighbourhood. Other than be long lines the car wash is high quality.

Been here twice so far, excellent car wash. Long wait and very busy during the day so plan accordingly. Almost no wait in the evenings.
