I have dealt with Tower Cleaners for many years during the time I worked at Brookfield at 5th Avenue Place. They looked after my uniforms and any alteration needed by the uniforms for proper fit. Since I retired from Brookfield at the end of November 2016, I found out that there is a Tower cleaners near my home. I have used them may times for dry-cleaning and any alterations needed to my clothing. The personell at the store are always cheerfull and professional, and do a good job of ascertaining my needs and then looking after them. Great customer sevice.

My jacket zipper got spoilt during the dry cleaning process and Tower cleaner (Evergreen, Calgary) and team went above and beyond to get an exact match for the zipper. I was kept up to date on the issue until it was fully resolved. The new zipper was neatly installed and it felt I got a brand new jacket back. The whole process took a while but it was worth the wait plus I got courtesy calls at different times while the whole process lasted. Thanks for the excellent customer service, Sue. Yes, I do recommend.

The people at the store like Sue try there hardest to help but there is a disconnect at the plant where they press the clothes It is recorded on my account which I have had for many years that I request the creases in my dress pant s run up to the top and I end up sending them back every time as they roll the creases When I get them back the second time they are creased properly??? Some disconnect at plant

I have been using Tower Cleaners for a very short time as my previous cleaners have had to shut their doors. They have been very impressive with keeping their delivery time and then off course the quality of cleaning service they have provided. If you live in the area you owe to your self to have the experience of getting exceptional service!

Took a dress shirt in to be cleaned. It was mainly wrinkled, but for the hassle of ironing it I thought I would just bring it here. That was a mistake. The shirt is significantly dirtier than when it was dropped off and now I get to wear a dirty dress shirt to a wedding. Won’t be back.

I have been going to Tower Cleaners for a few years now and they always do a wonderful job with dry cleaning my sweaters and blouses. Sue is so lovely and it’s always great seeing her. Pricing is reasonable and turn around time is quick (2-5 days)!

Consistently ruining shirts, then putting a tag on them saying “we couldn’t get the stains out”. Except the stains are clearly from the dry cleaning process. They’ve ruined 3 of my expensive shirts and we won’t be going there again

Great dry cleaning service. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Service was good and extremely quick (received dry cleaning back a few days prior than quoted time). We will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

I had tower cleaners dry clean my expensive ski jacket I noticed the zipper was not working properly after i got it back I brought it back and they fixed it with a new zip no charge I was happy with this quick service

I don’t have a lot of need for dry cleaning since I retired but when I do I take it to Towet Cleaners in Evergreen. They do great work and always have a smile. A great place regardless what you need cleaned.
