Didn’t get name of employee but she had blonde hair with a purple streak. Horrible customer service, when asked what the difference was between two products she told us to just read the back of the bottles. Couldn’t point out where anything we asked for was. Ignored us the whole time. No smiles, not friendly. Won’t come here again.

This location is amazing! All the ladies here have thorough product knowledge and have incredible customer service skills. Cassalee is a wonderful hair stylist and manged to give me a flattering and manageable haircut that works with my day-to-day lifestyle. I would never consider going anywhere else.

Great management and service at this location. Mainly go for Cassalees, the hair stylist. She’s great always cuts my hair consistently and just how I like it. I live in Toronto now, though haven’t found a consistent stylist like Cas, so I drop by this Ancaster location when visiting Hamilton.

Omg i cant believe it , i just called them to ask them if they can change the colour of my hair and the one who books appointments for customers was so rude then she hung up the phone one me and i was still talking to her wanted to book an appointment with the hair stylist

Staff very knowledgeable about their products. A great place to ask questions about the best products. Some of the products are a little more specialized that you can't find elsewhere. They also tend to have bins of polish that is on sale which is a great price.

Cassalee has been doing my hair and my mom's hair for a few years now. She does a beautiful job every time. She listens to what I want and is honest and has great suggestions when I ask for advice about style and colour. It always turns out

On Sunday cass my hair at Eastgate Square location. She corrected my hair and I love it. I'm going to be going to her every month for my root touch up. I'm booking in at ancaster location for my New year's hairdo

Not sure what happened to this place but the inventory assortment is now brutal. They stopped carrying all my fav products. . It was my go to place for hair care. After the latest visit , I won’t be going back.

I always have a pleasant experience there, I rarely have to wait to have my eyebrows waxed and they always look incredible after! Excellent staff and incredibly friendly service, 5/5 would recommend to friends.

I love coming here to get my eyebrows threaded! It takes less than 15 minutes and is affordable. Very friendly and kind staff at this location, always a good experience. 10/10 would recommend!
