The team was available 24x7 to assist on any matter, be it related to car, driver, accommodation switching etc. e.g. in an unfortunate case my helicopter was cancelled due to bad weather, so I could not reach to Kedarnath on planned day. The team of Travel Point 360 took the problem asap and arranged another accommodation, and also helped in negotiating with the prebooked hotel. When we reached Kedarnath next day, the team again helped in arranging the accommodation.
