A sad experience The store owner has a terrible attitude! I purchased the rain pants in the morning and dropped them off at my child's daycare, and I went to return them this afternoon because they were not the right size; the store owner blamed me for not protecting the tags on the pants; she didn't want me to return them, she wanted me to pick them up at another location that was far away for me or pay $4 to wait five days to pick them up. Second, when I tried to get a refund on my credit card for this product, she impatiently said that our store policy is to only refund to the store credit, but when I made the purchase, no one told me that my refund could not to my credit card. As a consumer, I felt like I lost my choice. I couldn't purchase the product I wanted because the merchant was out of stock, and the size was unavailable, but I didn't get a refund. I lost my money, but I didn't get what I needed, and I had to use up my store credit forcibly because I didn't want to come back again.

This is my absolute favourite place to shop for my kiddos. High quality clothing that is edgy and fashionable. I’m always being asked where I get my sons clothes because of how cute he looks in his clothes from trendy tots. Outlet is my favourite location to shop. It’s always full of fresh new clothing and accessories and the store is bright, open and easy to shop with a stroller!!! The staff is always helpful and educated. They know about the brands and can easily help you with outfits and sizing. Flat brims, skinny jeans, amazing great quality activities and toys - you’ll find everything you need for your kiddo or an awesome gift if you’re shopping for someone else’s kids! I honestly don’t know where I would shop for my son if it wasn’t for trendy tots! Love love love this place!!!

Nice stuff if you want to over pay for baby stuff. Went to exchange stuff that we bought $300 on two things for a size up and the clueless teenager working must have been high because she refunded my receipt without making it a return in their system so I’m waiting almost half an hour while they sort things out on their end when all it is, is an exchange for the same thing. No apology for their mistake or anything. Must be routine. Buy things here if you know you don’t need any type of customer service

we love Trendy Tots! the staff are friendly, helpful & always willing to help find the perfect item. we love the brands they carry and can always find something different! they support a lot of Canadian brands & local makers which I am happy to support as well! if you’re looking for high quality infant/toddler/children’s clothes/toys/footwear and other accessories for your babe or a gift I definitely recommend dropping by Trendy Tots!

Never visit here again I bought t shirt for my one year old baby girl.At the time of billing I asked cashier what’s your return policy she said 14 days after half an hour I went to store to return t shirt because I got better from other store cashier said we guys exchange only not return.I went to this store first time and having bad experience.

If you need to shop for children this is the place to go! I love the brands/styles that they carry and the quality can't be beat. This is not your typical store. Their clothes are fun, unique with an edge of super cool! My kids love them!

Lovely store with very nice products. Definitely willing to spend a little more for good quality items made in the US or Canada. The staff are also very helpful and helped me pick out the perfect baby gift.

Helpful staff, great brands and awesome quality! Unique and on trend clothing for kids! My favourite place for outerwear as well. Snowsuits, rain jackets, mitts, toques etc!
