Wasn’t going to add review but since they text me asking for one here it is. Terrible experience: ordered and paid for some items I later found out were end of line products. These items were advertised and sold as in stock but they didn’t have the stock advertised - eventually refunded the short supply items which I can’t fault. But then waited over a month for the items they did have to be delivered. And had to chase them to get delivery in that time - otherwise suspect would have waited longer. When the 2 remaining items were delivered - one was in OEM packaging and sound, the other was clearly floor stock repackaged and on removal, broken - suspect damage was from showroom floor as was unrelated to how it was packaged. Contacted support seeking a reasonable discount on the broken item I needed to repair (a matching pair to the OEM packaged item which is why bought both) - rather than recognise the hassle and time they had already wasted, they expected me to waste further time returning the item I had repaired (albeit at their expense but my time of aligning with unreliable logistics) for a refund on return. Surely the avoided redelivery charge to them and the hassle for the customer was worth a discount? Meanwhile they have had use of my money from the time of the online purchase - respecting and understanding the customer seemingly doesn’t matter at this retailer. Issues with Trit House are cultural - I like their catalog. BUT if you do buy avoid needing to rely on them if anything goes wrong. Pay the extra for the competitor with same stock and better reviews

I had high expectations from TRIT House. But extremely disappointed with the experience. The person behind the counter was absolutely not interested to get up and explain. Moreover half of the stuff from their website is not on display and they don’t ‘intend’ to get it since they are shifting in Nov. Ofcourse, one cannot purchase with things not on display and unhelpful staff. ***Edit ** Post response** Thank-you TRIT house for your response, appreciate it. I believe in providing responsible feedback so it might be worthwhile in checking with staff on entire sequence of customer service. Upon arrival, we were interested in seeing Wendelbo collection sofa (Kent/picture shown). I was told it’s not on display, completely understand. We’re told it will be available once new showroom is open in November. Were there any alternatives proposed - None! Would you expect customers to wait 2 months for such decisions in such competitive space? We are happy to call ahead, but I’m told it’s not available till new showroom is open. Has that position changed? Appreciate you are in middle of transition, but would staff be kind enough to suggest alternatives or even bother to get up from behind the desk to show around especially when we explained we have whole double story house to be furnished. I maintain that this could have been handled in a better way.

“Lying Cheating Company” DO NOT BUY from this company. I have never experienced such dishonesty when purchasing furniture (Ethnicraft Table & Chairs ) in my life. When I received the table it was faulty, the chairs were ex display stock and touched up, to top it off the delivery men scratched my brand new hardwood floors. I notified the company straight away and they via email said they can not help us because the claims are untrue. They didn’t even come out to the property to assess the problem. They then lied about how there was another delivery person at the property at the time who might’ve done the damage. We had to take them to court for the damages and got them to replace the table and chairs. The Judge clearly saw the truth. The second table arrived also damaged visable cracks. We then asked for a refund as we didn’t want to deal with this company again. After 6mths of dealing with this nightmare we purchased the table from Curious Grace. The table was perfect and the service was amazing. We can understand faults happen but the way management dealt with us was wrong. There are many other furniture stores in Melbourne with the same stock that are cheaper and have much better service.

As an interior designer Trit used to be my go to for beautiful furniture and styling objects. Last May I ordered a rug which I was assured would be 8-12 week lead time even taking into account the covid logistic issues. It ended up being almost 7 months, with me having to constantly chase it up and being given different information by different staff members constantly. When it finally did arrive it arrived damaged. Clearly Trit do not have a quality assurance process. It took a week for them to collect it, and now 3 weeks after that I am still waiting for the refund they promised. I am realising now that they do not intend to process the refund and I now have to go through VCAT to recoup my funds. Hideous customer service, I have requested the directors attend to this issue but have received no contact whatsoever. Whether you are trade or retail I would avoid like the plague, unless you intend to buy something you have physically sighted on the showroom floor as you may not otherwise ever receive what you ordered and end up out of pocket and stressed like I am.

Disappointing!! Ripped Off!! I had previously bought nearly $7000 worth of furniture and been very happy. Was prompted by Clickon to use loyalty points before they expired and subsequently bought an Ethnicraft Oak floating Wall Shelf to match the other furniture. The oak shelf is extremely heavy and the brackets to support it are very wide. I contacted two separate trades who told me it would be more secure with the weight if it was fixed into a stud in the wall, rather than toggles. My studs seem to be normal width of 4cm. The shelf supports are 8cms wide and missed all the studs. When I contacted Clickon, they really weren't interested in helping. They were happy to take my money but not provide any resolution to the problem. I was willing to have a credit or a refund as this shelf was going to be a disaster and wreck my new build wall. I believe after reading other disappointed reviews any customers with problems should report this company to Fair Trading. Too many people will be ripped off without repercussions on the trader.

We stopped one day and met with Todd who was super friendly and helped us with some great advise on a set of kitchen stools for our new house. These were like nothing we had seen before, solid oak, great shape, stylish, functional and at a reasonable price point. After taking us through some options he offered to let us take one home to test and see if it suited our place and needs. it was a fantastic way to test the stool would fit before committing to buying all of them. We greatly appreciated this and came back to pick the others for our kitchen - they were a great fit and we are so pleased with them. Todd even touched base some weeks later to see how things were going with the stools and if everything was working out for us - nobody does that nowadays! Thanks Todd! We've also eyed a few other pieces for home, so we hope to be back soon! In summary, Trit offers a great range of exclusive hand made pieces, great customer service at a reasonable price point. We highly recommend them!

I placed an order online for an in-stock bed with a credit card and while the confirmation email states "Once your package ships we will send you a tracking number" I heard nothing for a week, when I initiated contact for an update I was told I needed to send a copy of my license, once sending that through I was then told a refunded amount (a few cents) had been sent to my credit card and that would take an additional 2 working days to appear before I could respond with that amount. I am obviously happy to assist with fraud checks but the fact I had to initiate all comms was very disappointing. All in all it took 2 weeks to confirm I was the person who had placed the order, it was then passed on to the couriers who weren't able fit it onto the truck and it delayed it further. All in all, order was placed on the 3rd June, arrived on the 7th July. Unfortunately I couldn't recommend Trit if hoping to receive the item in the advertised timeframes.

I went through Clickon to furnish and style my entire apartment using the brilliant service of Sarah. From the outset Sarah was worlds apart from everyone else I had met with. Sarah had a great eye, was incredibly friendly, professional and had a complete understanding of exactly what I wanted (which I am not the best at communicating) and presented ideas I never would have approached. Store staff and Sarah were quick and proficient in all correspondence and open to any suggestions while still keeping control of their plan. The delivery of all goods was made with Sarah in attendance to style and oversee (at a small charge) and I could not be happier with the result of her services. Sarah rearranged old and new items to a standard I could never have imagined and the end result is perfect. The quality of furniture is far better than anything in the same price bracket and I'll be recommending Clickon to all my friends in the market.

My experience with Trit House has been mixed. On one hand their floor staff are all very nice and they do have some beautiful pieces but I have found that management is not very helpful. For example I recently purchased their arc coffee table which is advertised as being made from a brass metal base and a glass top. But after a lwhile this brass metal base started to peel and fleck off. It turns out that the brass metal is only brass on the outside but a plastic composite on the inside. This is not advertised on their site and I was not expecting this as the coffee table retails for $3300. When I complained and tried to return the item. I was told that this is expected wear and tear. So I would recommend being very sceptical of the item quality and if you do buy don't expect to be able to return any items that doesn't match your expectations.

In 2018 I first visited the Click On St Kilda showroom to look at one of their fabulous chairs and a beautiful ethnicraft oak TV display unit caught my eye. I purchased the unit to use as a coffee table and from that moment was hooked. I have since purchased numerous pieces of Click On furniture throughout my home including the spindle bed and dining table and chairs and have recommended friends to buy from the store. The quality is excellent and the look is modern. The price is mid range and is reasonable for the quality of the pieces.The service is always friendly and professional and Todd’s service at their Abbotsford store is outstanding. I highly recommend Click On for all your furniture/ homeware needs and for pieces that will last a lifetime. I will not buy from anywhere else. Thank you Click On for helping my home look beautiful.

Disappointing service, wandered the show room for a good 10 minutes before I was offered help... No greeting upon entry. The delivery / pickup options are quite limiting and are only during business hours with at least two days notice required - very hard to plan a definite time if you’re looking to plan around work etc. The website indicates you can buy / pick up floor stock but when I was there to buy, I was told I had to go to the warehouse far far away and even then they need 48 hours notice to prep it. I just wanted 1 chair, would have thought it quite simple. It’s a shame because the products look great. Perhaps more geared toward large bulk commercial orders rather than retail customers.

Loved our recent dining and coffee table purchase from these guys, but what was even better was the amazing customer service from the delivery and installation experts; Anil and Arjun. These guys knew their furniture, were so friendly and able to install our tables with no fuss at all. They took care of the furniture and made sure there were no damages anywhere. Not often you get to experience such quality on the delivery! What’s more is the first table we got delivered was a bit too small, Anil actually suggested I look at a different one in the catalogue which he felt better suited our dining room. 1 week later: he was right and we have everything in place now. Thanks guys!

Trit House have been a joy to purchase from. No amount of questions and in-decisions seemed to faze Marchelle and Imogen. Answers to queries were prompt and accurate and we valued Marchelle's creative suggestions during our regular weekend visits to the St. Kilda store. Anil and Jeet were utterly professional and very careful when it came to the delivery of our furniture. They took good care not to scratch or bump into any of the existing furniture and properly removed all the packaging before they left. We've been to quite a few 'designer' stores but none have made us feel as welcome and valued as everyone at Trit House have. Thank you.

I recently purchased a sofa from Clickon Furniture and after delivery I noticed a few marks were left on the wall, plus a dint in the door frame. I immediately notified them and the service I received was the by far the best customer service process I have ever received. They booked someone in to fix the damage and they did such a good job that you cannot tell there was ever any damage. On top of that I was called at each stage to make sure everything was running smoothly. The staff were lovely, especially Januari. For the damage ,I also received a $200 goodwill voucher. They were so lovely about the whole process, I was blown away.

We bought a beautiful ethnicraft table and 6 gorgeous chairs from Trit house. From the moment I walked into the store, I felt like I was in welcoming and experienced hands. Todd was extremely helpful and enthusiastic in assisting me to choose the right table and chairs for our new home. He also followed up with emails and ideas for the rest of the space. I appreciated that he wasn't pushy, but rather offered suggestions and design advice. He went above and beyond in all aspects of sales and customer service. I would not hesitate recommending Trit House. The furniture is of such high quality and the service is amazing.

I received prompt and helpful service from the Rosebery store in NSW. I was interested in viewing a dining chair which was not in the store to view. The staff arranged to have one shipped to the store for me to see prior to purchase, which was great. They contacted me and arranged a time for me to come and see the chair and then held it until I could bring my husband in to also take a look. When I ordered the chairs I received them within 48 hours!!! I was expecting 5-10 days so was blown away by the efficiency. The chairs themselves are perfect. Quality make with a beautiful finish. Very happy all around.

Sold my wife a buffet and TV unit as new stock, then called to say it was display stock and we should go and have a look at it. Went and had a look in the St Kilda showroom like they said and the buffet unit was being used in their staff room. If we had not checked in the store they probably would have delivered that unit to us as a new/display item. When it was clearly a used piece of furniture. Also took over a week to process the refund. Would give zero stars if I could. Dishonest about the type of stock we were getting from the start and poor communication.

Very helpful and professional staff members in showroom (Fitzroy). Products are as perfect as advertised and delivery was very well organised. We had several deliveries for furniture/white goods but Click On was best. They delivered with appropriate time frame, fully assembled all products and took the rubbish with them. Unlike other companies, they wouldn't deliver at a time suitable for us, dropped things off for us to sort the assembling and left the packaging too. All that was left for us to do was enjoy our new furniture! I recommend these guys! 5 stars!

We appreciated the fantastic range Trit stocks and the excellent customer service, especially from Imogen, who was an informative, attentive and very helpful. A few minor niggles with delivery but they were deftly handled with great communication and the great service Trit offers. It could happen to anyone but these guys were great with how they solved problems and looked after us. Our furniture - a new Molly sofa and dining table from Ethnicraft - look fantastic, are great quality, was quickly delivered and assembled for us. We’ll be back. Thanks Trit!

I stumbled upon the Trit House website while looking for a specific type of dining chair for our new house. Not only were Trit House extremely prompt in their replies to my emails, but they were able to arrange a competitive price including interstate shipping to Adelaide. The chairs arrived at our doorstep the day after dispatch from their warehouse, and are 100% perfect! I can't believe how easy it was ordering from them via email (special thanks to Imogen). I recently bought a beautiful ethnicraft bok dining table for our new apartment! The first beautiful dining table I’ve purchased! Todd helped me at the store and could not have done more to improve my experience, so professional but easy and fun to talk to, made me feel at ease and not pressured at all! I walked into the store in Hawthorn, and Two sales assistants were sitting at their desks on their PCs. Nobody else was in the store. I asked the sales assistant for the product I would like. She goes to a cupboard and then says there might be one downstairs and that I should head down there and speak to the staff. They might be able to help. Is this a top-end furniture store or Ikea. I head down to the stairs, and thankfully the Assistant Showroom Manager is happy to help me out. The product was not on display downstairs either.

Beautiful table, more stunning than I had expected. Delivery team - Anil & Jithin - were really friendly, assembled the table in lighting speed and respectfully wore their mask the whole time (we are currently in lockdown). I’ve been sourcing items for my Reno for 2 years and by far the best stock and experience I’ve found in Melbourne. Shout out to Jeremy for taking photos of loads of table for me while in lockdown!! I’m a loyal Trit customer and their service was always very good. Our last purchase was disappointing because of the lack of communication. I bought an item that wasn’t available. This happens. After I picked another item instead, it was very hard to find out what was happening with my order. We called at least three times and left voicemails, and we also sent emails which were seldom replied to in a timely manner. It was frustrating. That said, I’m persuaded to think that this was an outlier. Thank you.

We have been really impressed by the service provided by Trit House. When we first walked into their showroom, we saw the Less Wall Unit, which we thought would be perfect on a large wall in our home. Imogen was very helpful. Hannah designed several possible layouts for us. A few emails later, with prompt replies and some excellent advice by Todd enabled us to make a decision. We are very happy with the unit. We also purchased an Ethnicraft TV unit. I just wish that we had found Trit House sooner!

Bought a 3k5 bed frame, gets delivered 5 weeks after arriving. Brackets are dented and oil smudged wood and fabrics, asked them to take it back same day. New one comes, the boys putting it together are rounding all the screws and fixings. I won’t be able to ever take this thing apart. This is after 6 months of waiting, and now having to change colour because a replacement will be another 6 months. “Up market” stuff that’s turned into IKEA rubbish. Poor form Jotter and Trit House.

Great service, nice showroom, well presented and stylish ensembles. This became our one stop location for an elegant dining room restyle. We paired a beautiful circular marble top table with a black base, with luxe sapphire blue velvet chairs with brass finished tapered black legs. Seamless customer service backed by friendly and efficient delivery and set-up/installation and we were very happy customers. A 20% saving across the board sweetened the deal just that little bit more

Such a great way to shop. I had a question so I called the store and they were more than helpful, they even contacted the manufacturer as they were unsure of the answer. I decided to pick the item up from the warehouse. I must say the team there were polite, friendly and very professional. They loaded the item into the car ensuring not to damage the item or the car. I ordered a sofa from Trit House recently and had an excellent experience! Joanna was so helpful with answering all my questions and organising the sale and delivery. Robin and Arjun were excellent at delivering it and really went the extra mile in getting it to our living room (which is upstairs!) and assembling it. Excellent communication and super friendly staff throughout the whole process. And the sofa is absolutely gorgeous too - stunning and super comfy!!

I had minor issues with the Ethnicraft blackbird 2 door 3 drawer where the drawers weren't completely aligned. I spoke with Theo who provided clear instructions for the adjustments and offered a call out if I still was not satisfied with the joinery. I'm very happy with the product following adjustments. I received a courtesy follow up call from his colleague the next day. Very pleased and impressed with their prompt delivery of services. Thanks for your help :)

Trit house furniture is absolutely stunning! Bought all new furniture from here for my one bed room apartment, and the place looks so beautiful and sweet now. With VIP delivery service, their friendly staff had all furniture delivered and assembled in one time, and took away the packages when they left. The delivery men were excellent. The sofa didn’t fit in the lift and they came back with two more men and the four of them carried it up three flights of stairs on an extremely hot day. They took great care of the sofa and the building and our apartment. They had to unwrap the sofa to get it through our door and then took all the packaging away. We were so impressed! They did it all with a smile and impeccable manners.

We have had the most amazing experience with the staff at Trit House. Imogen was very friendly, helpful and patient with us as we made our decisions in store. When we wanted to make a product exchange because it didn’t work in our space, Imogen was so prompt in sourcing our new piece and an exchange delivery. We love it! Very pleased with my new table, the assembly and rubbish removal upgrade was really worthwhile as they were in an out in around 10 minutes and I didn't have to worry about having the right tools or getting rid of boxes. Exceptional service by all members of the team! Todd and Hannah went above and beyond to help us pick out pieces for our dining and living rooms and made numerous follow up calls to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Pleasant furniture showroom with a well curated collection of modern but accessible furniture for every home. Lots of light oak pieces, and sofas in cosy soft hues. Staff are helpful, and they don’t follow you around the store (which is a good thing!). Have already recommended this place to a friend looking to upgrade some key pieces.

The two deliveries guys were great, they called when they were 15 minutes away and arrived between the allocated time we were given. They had no issues carrying the furniture up a flight of stairs and offered to put the bench together. They even offered to place the felt on the furniture feet. Their service was outstanding. The great customer service is hard to come by. I had such a great experience with the Clickon team and they were so quick with responding to all my questions and requests. Delivery was quick and as promised. The products are beautiful, I wish I could buy the whole store. Here are the new chairs in their happy home, thanks a million!

We are so happy with our purchase of the Harper entertainment unit. Beautifully made and fits perfectly in our home. The timber and rattan combination works so well. I’ve been very happy with the service by trit house. They respond to any queries I have quickly. When the furnitures were delivered to my house, they assembled them all and put them at wherever should be. Besides, I have found their price are relatively low for the same piece of the furniture. Great shopping experience.

The delivery organization is absolute horrible. Waited 5 months for a bar stool, on top of that the delivery date was delayed twice. Had to take work off twice to ensure I was home for the delivery but was cancelled. Still do not have confirmation of a delivery date. Not good enough. Worst experience to say the least.

They removed the packaging outside the house and ensured everything was clean and tint after they left. A truly pleasant experience!
