Horrible experience. The lady that works there was so rude. She didn't even let me ask questions. I do not recommend this agency to nobody. Don't rely on them. Even over the phone. My family and I called, because we had a couple of inquiries on our flights because of the pandemic and the same lady answered in a rude way and showed lackness of care. Never coming in again.
