A real hidden small gem to find real nice gifts for different occasions. Many different cards to select from, some funny, some serious but you'll probably find what your looking for. I am a very frequent shopper and paying customer. I was in there with my five year old and we were picking out cards and she had to use the restroom. The very rude employee just said “ no we don’t have one”. I can’t believe that you would tell a child that they can’t use the bathroom! Awful. I’ll buy my cards at TJ maxx now, where we had to use the bathroom.

The team here was so nice to help me find and hold a holiday gift item for someone! Associate was so nice on the phone and went out of her way to help me. When I arrived in-store, it was clean and had a lot of selection. I could tell the team here takes pride in their store. I definitely will be returning for further ornament purchases.

So this is a pretty nice Hallmark store, but not if you need stuff for men. Gift bags are really unattractive and very few for men. But customer service, three people huddle at the counter on their phones while I am standing there waiting to be rung up. I shouldn’t have to ask someone to ring me out. I was the only custyin the store.

Many pretty things and a great selection of ornaments, especially characters. Very expensive, though. I was discouraged due to many things not being priced. But I believe those items are overpriced as well. Didn't bother to ask either since the only people I saw were the cashiers, and they were busy.

I needed to find a gift for my son for his First Holy communion. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. She asked if I needed help and she showed me the variety of gifts they had for the occasion. I found some nice gifts that were 90% off! Friendly and professional service. Thank you!

The extremely rude man that checked me out would not honor coupons that other hallmarks have always honored... he acted like i was bothering him. The one and last time i will go to this one .. i also contacted hallmark on his extremely poor attitude. .. should have stayed home

Staff was knowledgeable & courteous & most important easy to find for questions. The manager took time to personally come up to me to make sure I was doing ok, gave me her name & said if there was anything I needed to let her know. Store was very neat and organized.

Chris and Lalo were very informative and helpful with my purchase of birthday items for my new bride! I was completely lost without them and they made my experience with Hallmark a pleasant one! Highly recommend the customer service and selection!

I wish the return policy was more broad with all products…Even with a receipt I still was unable to return a stuffed animal. Although a few weeks ago I was able to return just fine. I just wish there was a better return policy!

Great customer service ... Jazmin was very helpful; I forgot I had a "Hallmark frequent flyer" membership, and Jazmin, researched and updated my info! Ty Halmark for versing your employees to go the "extra mile!"

I've always enjoyed this store. They have alot of unique items you can not find anywhere else. I did fill out an application to see if they are hiring. It think this would be a great place to work for …

The manager goes above and beyond to help with any issue or search of a product. I always feel like I am the most important customer but we all do after leaving such an inviting climate!

I love this store! There are so many different items for all ages! They have a few collectors items as well! Very niche and good place to get cards for family members near or far!

Loved coming here for one of a kind gifts and Hallmark cards. There is a variety of gifts for different ages. Snoopy. Star wars, Disney Characters. Customer service was great!

Cute little store with plenty of gift options for Valentine's day and other simmilar holidays. Can be a touch expensive, but they have higher quality items.

I had forgotten this store existed decided to go in and pick up a Valentine's Card signed uo for app and email and used a coupon they had neat cards.

This store is always clean and everything inside is always displayed perfectly so u know what to buy . All the workers are friendly
