There was an issue where the discount didn't appear on driver's app so we had to pay full amount. WP AAR- 6310 Driver was very rude. He saw the discount on my app but still took full amount, spoke rudely and left. When we called the customer service, she kept cutting our line, she was trying to avoid us as she couldn't speak English!!!
Worst service ever .. uninstalling app ... Unstable app . Inaccurate arriving time. Unreachable customer care (many times ) . Most Drivers are unreachable through phone . Good bye
I downloaded the app and charges are different on here. Also they only have cash option.
