From the moment we booked their service, it was clear these guys go above and beyond to exceed expectations. We were immediately assigned a concierge person who reached out to coordinate with us and make sure they had all the details needed for my family's trip--down to everyone's beverage preferences. On the day of the trip, they arrived about 45mins early to pack up all our luggage and give us time to settle in (if you've spent more than 24hrs in Ghana, you would appreciate this level of timeliness to be a truly refreshing experience). These guys I believe are in to change the landscape of Luxury car rentals in Ghana. Their service is first of all top notch. Drivers are well dressed and very professional. I had the opportunity to experience the luxury and smoothness of their vehicles and I was blown away. I recently spoke to one of their board members and he told me he had purposely travelled to almost all over Ghana in one of their vehicles just to experience at first hand the service, comfort or otherwise any challenges his clients experience when they hire Tutu Luxury. I highly recommend Tutu Lux. We booked the service for 3 days and it was the best decision we made for our trip to Ghana. My husband and I was picked up from the airport but they also have an airport rep who helps you from the moment you get off the plane until we meet the driver. Our driver Francis was very knowledgeable about Ghana and was very helpful to us. He was always on time each day and made us feel comfortable. This service was so convenient. Don’t hire a Tutu Luxury car, if you are not ready for a truly VIP experience. I had an excellent experience with Tutu Luxury. Took a day trip to Cape Coast and our driver(Francis) was so knowledgeable he could have given us tours. He helped put together a great day. He made some excellent suggestions for activities to do and has superior driving skill to boot. He is a human GPS who made short work of the Accra -Cape Coast traffic. Clean and luxurious car. Need I say more? I highly recommend Tutu Luxury!
