Highly recommend! We had an unvented horizontal cylinder installed by another plumbing company in June 2020 and have had issues with it ever since - no hot water! Twickenham Green Plumbing came the day after my call and the plumber quickly diagnosed that the wiring was incorrectly done. He repaired the issue and we have had lovely hot water ever since! So happy as we thought we would have to completely redo the already expensive system, but the repair fee was very very reasonable. Will definitely use again if we have any other plumbing or heating issues. Thank you!

I have no experience with their services, but have frequently seen a gentleman driving their van, performing illegal and dangerous driving manoeuvres around Twickenham Green, such as driving the wrong way down May Road (a one-way street) in order to avoid taking a longer route when a bin lorry is blocking the street for a few minutes. If their regard for the safety and compliance of their plumbing work is reflected by their regard for safety and compliance for driving, I would steer clear of this operation.

I have used Twickenham Green on a few occasions now for my boiler service, hot water tank replacement and most recently to fix and change leaking radiator valves. They have always been polite, tidy in their work, accurate with quotes and completed the task as necessary. I will always choose to use them in the future for my plumbing needs. When moving to a new area it's not easy to decide who to call when you need a service. But I can highly recommend them to anyone that may need a job doing.

Our boiler stopped working in this cold spell - we rang a few boiler engineers (a lot who didn't even ring back!). We rang Twickenham Green Plumbing and Heating who said they could come the next day. Jamie arrived on time and informed us we needed a new circuit board. They didn't have the part but ordered it immediately and again arrived on time to install it. My toilet was leaking (water in thank God!). Beyond my plumbing skills. Called Twickenham Green Plumbing & Heating, they very efficiently set up an appointment for next day. An engineer turned up precisely on time. He was polite, efficient and clearly knew his job. He replaced the offending parts within an hour. I have used this firm before for boiler replacement and sundry plumbing issues. I keep going back to them so that says something. Very happy with their work.

Following an issue with my boiler, I contacted Twickenham Green Plumbing & Heating to arrange a call-out. The Receptionist who answered the telephone was very efficient, and booked me in the same day. When the engineer arrived, on time, he was very professional. Everything was explained to me clearly, and I was taken through everything step-by-step. It’s a shame I have forgotten the engineer’s name, but thank-you to him.

Our very old boiler broke down several times last year and the team came immediately to fix it, working out of hours to rectify the problem. This year, we chose to install a new boiler. Mariusz and the team were very professional, hard working and efficient. They worked around us and the kids and completed the job in the set time, problem solving throughout. We were impressed and would definitely recommend.

After a very unhelpful boiler service (by a recommended plumber) , which left us virtually without heating in the cold spell, Twickenham Green solved the problem. Stephen, the plumber, didn't suggest replacements and aggressive maintenance of our system. Cleaned the pump quickly and will quote for further simple procedures and fitting thermostatic valves. Superb experience with Nick, Mathew and the team. A new combi boiler, radiators and taps fitted in 2 days flat. They kept us well informed, disruption was minimal, fit and finish is superb and costs were fair for the high quality of components! Highly recommended. A shameless pricing model. They quoted over £1,300 to change two basic toilet flush valves which I ended up doing myself for £75 (and inside of 30 mins) after watching an instructional video on Youtube and ordering the parts online.

We've used Twickenham Green Plumbing a few times. On this occasion they were able to send someone out within an hour to fix a problem with the central heating. Very impressed with the company and the services they provide.
