great place to live unfortunately. purchased a place there in 2011 as a young single male cause it was the only affordable place in Mississauga as for home ownership. when signing deal was told at that time by Judy King that not to worry the land lease will be renewed only to find out 7 months later am unable to sell it. sad to say what the stupid government is doing to a large amount of individuals that have resided at this location for many years and have their life saving invested only to find out they will be losing everything.

I lived in that trailer park for two years 76/77 Then called “ Ceader Grove “ I just have the best memories of that community!!! Best two summers of my youth! I drove through the CG park in the spring and it looked just as funky and well groomed trailers that I remember... time turned back !

Love this place! Doesn't feel like it is in the city. Has been around for years feels like a piece of history. Yes some are run down but others are well taken care of and loved. Talk to some people around the park and they have lived there most of their lives.

This place is for life time. No one legally can resale it as I have read that in comments here. Don’t spend your money then... talk to lawyer before you making your move. Don’t trust on word - have all in written and sign with a law office

I only gave it 2 stars because peel is going to take the trailer park out and it's getting rundown. You can not buy any place here anymore. It will be sad to see it go but peel will be building low income housing here

Don't ask me why, but this place fascinates me. A trailer park in the heart of the city. Would love to live here but I think this place is being taken down to make houses or something

I understand this mobile home park in Mississauga but now owned by the Region of Peel, is slowly being closed and low income housing being built. Parts are already cleared out.

Just a lovely place. Should be more of these instead of people all crammed together in an urban jungle.

A pretty nice park to visit. The only sucks is their wifi if your not right by the entrance.
