We were not disclosed information prior to the movers showing up, they changed our rate per hour without telling me and at the end of the day I was told about the service fuel charge. Their lack of communication is insane. I specifically called and asked about moving & insuring my Peloton treadmill and the guy on the phone said “oh ya we move pelotons all the time! It’s no issue.” So I hired them. When the movers showed up, Joe informed me that it wouldn’t be insured and he’s confidant I was only told that to close the sale. They sent 3 meant to help us move but unfortunately never told me. They did drop the rate a little per hour down but not what we agreed upon verbally. They never sent anything in writing for me to review prior. I just thought their word was enough. Guess I’ve learned my lesson there. Chris Peterson was not helpful or professional and I had to call multiple times to ask about my deposit and when the movers would arrive. Damien (a manager) expressed his apologies but when I asked to listen to the phone calls that “I agreed to all terms” he stated “oh that won’t be necessary. We can lower your rate some.” (This shows me that either the calls are not recorded or they don’t want to get caught in what I said his representatives did.) Of the 3 movers that showed up, 1 worked very hard, 1 spent his time on the phone and complaining, and 1 worked decently. It took them 9+ hours on a job that took us less than 6 on the last move. My husband & I took apart all our furniture for them, we carried boxes out to the truck, AND took half our furniture out to the yard for them just to TRY & put a pep in their steps. At the end of the move they were goofing off and I had to say “come on guys, my budget doesn’t allow for this.” They moved items from inside a home to a garage…we are just praying our things are not damaged as they did not take care in moving anything. We are VERY disappointed and will not recommend this company to anyone nor will we use them ever again.

Do not use this company! They start out professional but end up charging way more than quoted. We used this company to move our stuff into storage. We had two guys and one truck for the first move. They both worked fast pace and were careful with our stuff. They had to take two truck loads which was more than what we were quoted but understandably so. One of the guys told us to get two trucks and four guys next time so it would be faster and easier. We booked them again to move our stuff into our house from storage. The storage unit from both moves was less than a couple miles away. Any ways when we called to book we let them know what we wanted, how much stuff we had, and what we had been told previously. They gave us a reasonable quote and we booked them again. When move day came one of the guys said he was hurt. They tried to call and find someone else but everyone was booked. We had specifically asked for the previous guys when we booked but somehow they were busy that day. They start unloading and were super slow. They had two guys loading the truck and two putting stuff in the elevator. They could have had both teams working on each storage but they didn’t. They got our stuff to the house and when they started unpacking, they busted a hole in a night stand and also broke my husbands game controller stand. They said to make a claim later with the company. They took their time and it took the same amount of time as it did with one truck and two guys which was ridiculous. They ended up charging us $1000 more than what we had been quoted and said it was because the person that took the call only wrote that we had 50 boxes. After everything was done we ended up unwrapping our fridge to find that it was dented and scratched up. This was a 2018 fridge! The owner still has not gotten back to my husband about these issues.

The packers on the first day were more like 1 star. The weren't very friendly and it was tough to tell who was in charge except that it obviously wasn't the guy who spent most of his time at the truck on his phone. The crew left after 5 hours and not all of the packing done. The movers on the second day were friendly and courteous. I had high hopes but unfortunately after the move it became evident how shoddy the work was. Only about 20% of the boxes were labeled and consequently were placed just anywhere in the new place even when it was obvious that kitchen stuff didn't belong on the bedroom. The wardrobe boxes were treated as just larger packing boxes and filled with about anything. None of the hanging clothes were hung up at all for transport. We've been in the new place 6 days and still can't find things that are fairly essential, like the silverware. There are things at the old place that are waiting to be moved. For small, simple moves that the crew wants to do, this business it's probably fine. For us as a larger, more involved move, it SHOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER. Update: As we have unpacked, we can see how they padded the expenses by using more of the supplies than necessary. As an example, we ended up with 8 rolls of unused tape that were certainly charged to us.

Everyone who works there, office staff, managers, movers, etc. was just awesome, and made my moving experience (which I was dreading, tbh) as pleasant as it could possibly be. I will definitely be hiring them again when I need to move. I would recommend them to everyone, and the cost was not as expensive as expected. They went out of their way to be as quick and efficient as possible, which saved me money because it was a local move so pay is by the hour. They came in at the very bottom of the estimate range they had quoted me. I was surprised and how easy it was, and how nice they all were. They even handled it very politely and professionally when one of my neighbors got obnoxious with them for supposedly blocking one of the driveways in the parking lot. Oh, and best of all, they did not lose, break, or damage anything of mine (unlike a certain LD moving company named after a boat that moved my family a few times when I was a child.) They also (unlike the aforementioned maritime monikered company) did not get rude or dismissive when I had suggestions, helped, or wanted things put in specific places. In short, they were a dream to work with. Thank you all so much!

This experience from the start has been incredible. The first phone call with Mike and then the first walk through with Joe and Mike was prompt and professional. Even when I was being difficult, Katy came back out and verified my needs. On the pack and load day the expertise was spectacular, these five professionals led by Allen were an orchestra of motion. The team walked through with me and what was being moved. Allen then put his plan in motion and five hours later the two trucks were loaded and heading for the shop. The trucks were parked overnight and the next day the team moved all of the furnishings and equipment 295 miles to the east. When the trucks arrived it was go time and Allen and his crew orchestrated the move in reverse. Two trucks from parked and unloaded with precision in under two hours. This company and team care about your needs. I did seek other prices from other moving company's before going with Two Men and a Truck. Their price was in my budget and definitely worth every penny it cost. Two Men and a Truck are my moving professionals from now on! Professional, personable and prompt, what else could you ask for in a moving company?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They broke my $300 tv and destroyed my $1,500 mattress. I have tried contacting them for over a week and i received not even so much as a email regarding the situation. I paid for a mattress cover but they never bothered to put it on. I’m going to be out more then double what I paid this company to move on replacing these items. If I could give them 0 stars I would. UPDATE they finally contacted after leaving this review and they have offered me $10.80 take it or leave it for all the damages caused.the reason for this style of refund is because a form that I was asked to sign with different valuation options. This was never brought up or explained in any way by the movers and when I wanted to ask questions I was just told “that’s nothing you don’t have to worry about that just initial here, here and here” They are taking absolutely no responsibility for anything the movers did or said. The customer service rep (who was quite rude as you might expect from a company of this quality) even went as far to say “I will not discuss this any further” what can I say I’m not surprised ‍♂️

We tried to move ourselves, and discovered while I wanted to believe I was closer to the age of 20 than the age of 40, my back had other ideas. We called for a last minute move. The estimator, Katie, responded super quickly with a quote to pack up everything we had left and move it over - a full two days earlier than we expected to get help! Our movers, Austin and Thomas, were friendly, professional, and made sure our possessions were packed and safely transported. When they arrived, all of our belongings were unloaded and put where we requested, still with a professional and helpful demeanor, and saved me a lot of pain and time. I have less work to do unpacking and it was worth every penny to not have to rent a U-Haul, move everything ourselves, and find friends willing to sacrifice their precious free time to help with the heavy lifting! All told, we were quoted a price, and the actual cost came in under that quote, (moving supplies - we only paid for what was actually used which was great!) Highly HIGHLY recommend Two Men and A Truck - my back and knees thank me.

Beware of this specific location in Leon Springs and Kim. They hire anyone. We had a table that was handmade, the young fly-by-nights even admitted they did not wrap it, so it fell in a 20 mile drive, fell on top of the door lock. They had to yank the door open, taking chunks out of the table, you can even see the screw threads from the lock. The worker had to slide under the door to move the table. When I called the office, a Kimberly said the workers never give her the pictures. She saw the damage, refused to come out and look at the table, they just estimate the damage. talked to the operations manager, unaware of what happened. He was going to look into it, and get back to me, tried 4 times, was told he would call me back. Not a word. As we unpacked other boxes, the workers damaged many plastic containers, they hid under other boxes. sneaky and a bunch of low life's. The movers also put our king size bed together, did not do it correctly and the bed broke in the middle of the night. Kim just stated "Oh sorry". Be aware of this franchise.

So, I used Two Men and a Truck for a move back in June. Those two guys were awesome, they wrapped everything and were so careful. They also hustled, I was very impressed. So impressed that I booked Two Men and a Truck again for this most recent move. Well, I was terribly disappointed. I watched one of the movers drop my stuff several times. He tried to move my couch by himself and he rubbed the back of my Pottery Barn sofa so hard against the door jam it actually put a dent in the wood frame of the couch. Not to mention they did not wrap my ottoman and there is a big black stain on the slip cover. He also hit my wall twice carrying a bed frame. As I unpacked I found they had bent the frame on my desk and now it is unusable. I still have more boxed, fingers cross that nothing is broken. I called and was transferred to the claims office. Really what I wanted was to have the manager speak to both of those movers about being more respectful of a paying customers furniture, home and other items.

I had to use their services twice in a week. Chris, Jonathan (both moves) and Ozzie all did great. Handled my belongings with care and were super quick and efficient. Finished up in a fraction of my quoted time. Edit: used them a two more times since this post and my experience has definitely gone down. 3rd move was unexpected and the pair were slow and inefficient. Took 2 1/2 hours just to load and another 2 to unload. They were not careful with my things and had poor communication. There was cosmetic damage on my furniture, not enough to report but definitely made me cautious to use them again. Gave them a second chance just this week. Was given a team of 3, these guys were nice and more time cautious . Just rough with my things. Broke my dryer and now the company will not cover it. The damage was reported within their 96 hour window, but since it is internal they are saying they aren’t liable, and their pricing has gone up. Some things to consider when looking to use their services.

Normally I would just leave the comments on the website for the review, but I didn't think 400 characters would be enough. I had a fairly large storage unit (35 x 10) that needed to be loaded up on to Uhauls for an interstate move. Jonathan C, Eli, Gabriel, and Michael were absolutely amazing. They kept a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and were extremely helpful and courteous the entire time they were getting the unit unloaded and onto trucks. They even managed to get things packed securely enough on the first truck I was able to use a smaller second truck! Their work ethic was wonderful and they worked together fantastically as a team. In fact I was so pleased with them that I left their names at the front office of the storage complex for anyone who might need them in the future. If I'm ever in San Antonio again and need movers, I'll be calling Two Men and requesting them. I could not have asked for a better move-out from the unit. Thanks again guys!

Overall I had a better than mediocre experience. There are a few things that I was not aware of during the move, such as having to waive liability on basically everything, up to and including movers dropping boxes from their trucks and not being held liable for the broken items inside (which happened on my move). They don't provide insurance on the move, just extra coverage, which I'm not entirely sure what this covers as, again, liability was waived on almost everything. Just beware that when you pack your own things, they may still get damage either intentionally or not, and they won't replace items that break. Things I did like, they finished it all in one day. The few personnel that I talked to on the phone were professional, but did leave out a few items you're required to pay for which I did not find out until moving day (after already paying deposit). Just make sure to get ALL fees accounted for so you can have a better understanding of the total cost.

Two Men and a Truck did a fantastic job moving us! The crew was professional, had a great sense of humor, and did a great job of taking care of all of our belongings. The office staff was also a pleasure to work with and was very flexible. We originally booked our move for immediately following the Christmas holiday but unfortunately contracted covid-19. Two Men and a Truck was very flexible and allowed us to reschedule our move without a fee. On the day of our rescheduled move, the team showed up promptly and quickly moved us out of our old location. Unfortunately, we had a very heavy piece of furniture that required more than the two movers to move. The team was able to call in a third person to help move our item. We really appreciated the willingness of the third mover to come in on his day off to help with our move. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. This was our first time hiring movers and we would 100% hire Two Men and a Truck for a future move.

Move went ok. The movers showed up on time and did the move in a timely manner. They had a newer worker, younger which slipped and fell while moving our $500 desk which made it unusable as the screws ripped out and not repairable. I made a claim with the office and they reimbursed me 150 which isnt even close to the cost. I sent them a link of the desk and office manager dismissed the link and said she found a desk for 208 so she felt 150 was fair. Just because you found a desk for 208 does not mean it was my desk and you werent present for the move and never saw the desk. Id highly recommend not to use them as I felt mislead. When I booked I was advised if anything broke Id be fully reimbursed up to 2,000 which was not the case. Not to mention the worker kept asking for bottles of water, I had no problem supplying but for them to ask was out of line if you ask me, showed a lack of professionalism.

Laura was absolutely amazing at Two Men and a Truck - she knew exactly what I was talking about in my ramblings and set it all up right. Christian and Luke called early Monday morning, arrived promptly, assessed what needed to be packed and moved and they went to work. These men were two of the kindest, understanding and friendly people I’ve ever met. They could not do enough for me. BONUS - they LOVE dogs and my dogs LOVED them both! I added a furniture drop off about a week before my scheduled appointment and the company took it in stride; no worries at all for them. I really liked the constant contact from the company - there were a few unforeseen glitches but it was mostly paperwork related! *Do check for emails regarding your move as I never got one but it was sent promptly. Also, you should confirm a fuel surcharge - I don’t recall hearing it but I am also going through a very stressful time.

The movers were good workers, but the company's has a very shady way of wording their service fees. I only had 1 queen size bed an adjustable platform that you remove these pins and folds in half. Two entertaining centers that were not big nor heavy and 1sofa bed and about 4 boxes. It was done in less than two hours. It was $125.00 per hour with a minimum of two hours and a $35.00 fuel SVC. At no point did they mention that the drivers clock started from the moment they left the garage until they returned back to the garage and charge you an additional hour for traveling time. So in reality the minimum is three hours at $125.00 plus the fuel service fee. I also specifically told Laura Jordan that the movers couldn't start before 9am, but they came early and I wasn't ready. They called at 8:15a.m. and were done by 10am.

OUR MOVE GOT DONE...BUT...First, the movers showed up with a small truck ( we have had to go back and forth to move small misc items left off the truck). THEN, for the size of the job we were originally scheduled with THREE movers....but because the schedulers scheduled the move at 1230 in the afternoon in 100+ degree weather, one of the movers started cramping up due to dehydration! My family and myself started unloading the truck on our own! I was up on the truck pushing boxes down the ramp! FINALLY....all was done, but not after a miserable day! The movers really are working in hard conditions this summer and large jobs should be scheduled first thing in the morning! Disappointed by the office staff for letting this happen to us and their employees....common sense should have avoided all this!

Extremely unprofessional intoxicated movers. When my wife (ESL) called the managerial behavior was haughty at best. They told us we would continue to have the same movers who were too high to put the correct type of fuel in the truck on the way to our home, so the truck broke down at the gas station apparently. They also said the issue would not be resolved the same day if we wanted different movers for the remainder of the transaction. When I called they were appropriately apologetic and promised to have it resolved, with different movers, within 2-3 hours. You can draw your own conclusions about that. I also have multiple friends who have had bad experiences with this company. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone based on our experience.

Extremely disappointed in this service. I had Rasheem and Christian come to my house to help pack a loading truck. We got a 26’ truck and they barely left any room despite having TONS of empty space. The movers took a LONG time to move everything, one was on the phone almost the whole time. The guys then told us that not everything was going to fit towards the end. However, if it was packed to maximize space it would have fit easily. They left trash all around my house, and materials. They took a LOT longer than was quoted, I didn’t get a receipt till 2 hours later. I tried to call and complain, left two different messages with a person and on voicemail but have not received a call back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The two young men that moved me was absolutely AMAZING!!! They were very polite, professional and handled my items carefully. I had alot going on that day with closing and moving and they were quick, efficient and got the job done! I did not get their names (UGH) because this two young men deserve recognition! They went above and BEYOND for my family and I. They were very careful with how they handled my items and I truly appreciate them both! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! The office employees were amazing too! It was so easy to schedule the move, their website is user friendly. I had to change my dates and the young lady in the office was so polite and took care of it for me quickly. GREAT COMPANY!!!

Damaged our 65" flat screen TV and won't cover it. They require you to sign a release of liability stating that TVs without original boxes aren't covered. Who has an original box for a TV that's not new? Even if we had the original box, I'm sure they would make some other excuse to not cover it. Great way to exploit their customers. They're supposedly insured but won't be bothered to take responsibly. Won't ever use again. Maybe legal but definitely unethical. After spending over $1300 on their services, now we have to spend even more money to fix the damage resulting from their services. Wish I would've looked around for a different company. Don't go with them if you value your possessions.

I see you deleted my previous review. Well I’ll post it again. These guys ripped me off because their pods are too small. I was told they could move me from San Antonio, Tx to Florida for 5k. Well the day of the move they said they couldn’t move my painting and my couch because it was too big. So I had to pay an extra 5k to move to Florida. Due to my place not being ready I inquired about storage which would cost 225 a month. They were also going to charge $1200 to move to storage and charge the 225 a month. Well I don’t want anyone else making the costly mistake I made. Look up PODS and Pack Rat. Way more professional than these clowns. I’ll never use their service again.

Scheduling these movers went great. After submitting an online quote, I received a call within 15 minutes to talk through the move, what items I had to be moved, as well as fully explaining their policies and pricing. I was told that the movers would contact me between 8-9am on the day of my move, and I received a call at 8:10am to let me know they were on the way. Franco, Josh, And Daniel helped me move today and it was a great experience. They arrived early within the estimate time frame, and were able to finish the move in less than the quoted time. They were extremely helpful in fully explaining the process to me upfront, and answering any questions. Highly recommend!

From the first phone call with Mike to the delivery gents, Robert and Dominic, everything was handled with care and professionalism. I was also updated by Joe every step of the way. I appreciated Robert's smile and the enthusiasm both him and Dominic put forth during and after the delivery. They didn't just deliver, they made sure I was satisfied with the placement. I never used movers before, but I will not hesitate to give these guys a call in the future. Finding Two Men and Truck was well worth it, even after I made 20 plus phone calls looking for quotes everywhere else. Save yourself the time calling and lookingfor quotes, I already did all the work!

I can not say enough positive compliments about how great our Two Men & Truck team: Alan, Darryl and Tristan were. While the day and the move could have gone right down the drain because I fell and need stitches, it didn't. The team worked with us so that I could be stitched up and we could still get the move completed. On top of that they were kind, helpful, efficient and funny (yes, being funny is important when you have a cut on your head and feel like screaming). The office staff were also helpful relaying messages to the team when we left urgent care and were on our way to my new house. I would recommend our team and Two Men and a Truck any day.

I highly recommend this company! Everyone starting with Katie who dealt with all my questions and problems arising from a family members sickness to Allen, the supervisor and his 2 crew members + 1 who was learning by on the job training. We had 2 individual moves and they coordinated them perfectly! Myself and my family members are very happy about the way this whole process has been taken care of. Nothing was damaged and Allen pointed out a few minor things wrong with my existing furniture. The bill was spot on the estimate so you can't beat that! A nice tip was given at the end of the day!

From booking my move to the big day, Two Men and A Truck were excellent and come highly recommended. Chris answered all of my lengthy questions and expectations were exceeded by the moving crew. Moving day can be very stressful but the 2 gentlemen alleviated a lot of that. Demante and his coworker were quick, careful, and efficient. They were timely to ensure I didn’t go over and have to pay extra. Demante carried an entire Queen size bed by himself while his colleague was unloading the truck - IMPRESSIVE to say the least! 10/10 service and quality! Highly recommend for any moving needs.

I hired Two Men and a Truck only to move several large, very heavy items which I was unable to accomplish by myself. Setting up and scheduling this was a breeze. They sent a three man crew due to the heavy items that needed to be handled. These three guys, much like the office personnel I spoke to on the phone, were personable, friendly, efficient, and hard workers. They accomplished this task, while adding several extra items to the load since there was space on the truck, for me in a much shorter time than I expected to pay for. I could not be happier with this experience!

First off they didn't quote nor mention the 15% of bill added for gas. They moved me 1.2 miles and added an additional $250 for gas. Next, they won't use the pads to cover furniture and left them stacked taking space that required me filling up my car and roof rack. Damaged big entertainment center not using any type of straps to move it. Separated the base and destroying one interior divider. Next they charge you before they finish leaving them with an extra 30 min of extra labor pay. Took off front door and now it's jammed openinging it. Would not recommend at all.

This was the first time I've used a moving company and I was super impressed. They handled all my furniture with care, and I communicated which of my furniture had flaws and what to look out for to prevent damage. Everything arrived without damage, even as I was unpacking boxes I didn't find anything broken. I didn't get the packing services but the job I did myself with bubble wrap was good enough to not break fragiles, combined with their care of course. Everyone on their staff was kind, personable, respectful, and efficient. 100% recommend this company.

From the office team (Natalia & Laura) to my moving crew (Albert & Jovone), I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to trust Two Men and a Truck with my interstate move from San Antonio, TX to Shreveport, LA. True professionals!! Prompt communication and arrival for services, courteous, careful and respectful of my household goods, and ensured I understood the process from start to finish! Absolutely happy with this service. I was skeptical about using this company because of a few bad reviews, but overall they had more good reviews than bad. The guys arrived promptly and handled the items with care. There were 3 guys (1 in training), two who hustled and got the job done efficiently. The quote I was given didn’t even come close to what I actually paid. My payment was less than expected which was a plus. I would highly recommend this service to anyone and would use them again in the future.

I used these people to move me on June 20th. While the overall experience is what I expected, I've discovered some of my belongings are missing. Specifically some batteries and chargers for my power tools, and my Ring security system. I did call a few days after the move and report the missing items. On the day of the move they had me sign, electronically, about 20 or 30 pages of waivers which I could not read as I was signing. So they've effectively removed themselves from any possible liability.

I will not use them again. I called for a quote and was given the,per hour rate, insurance and gas prices. I accepted the price quoted as stated to include everything I was told. Well, I was charge $5 over the quoted per hour price and the gas was there but conveniently forgot to add the insurance. Of course my new TV was completely unusable due to poor packaging and can’t place a claim. I will definitely consult with the BBB for poor business practices. Not cool at all!,

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! They demolished two of our bookshelves and didn’t even tell us! They had the guts to hide the pieces in their truck. We didn’t find out the bookshelves were missing until days after the move. Also, THE MOVERS STOLE SOME OF OUR ELECTRONICS!!!! Can you believe that??! A mini tablet and a nice Bluetooth speaker were missing as soon as they left. Of course the two guys denied it. Bottom Line: DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DISHONEST THIEVES

I scheduled my move only a couple of days in advance but they were right on time when they said they were going to be there. They got done in about half the time they had estimated. I had Jonathan C., Darryl and Daniel as my movers and they were all wonderful!!! Especially Daniel! He spent extra time putting the little sticky felt pads on the bottoms of all my furniture as he unwrapped it. These guys were easy to work with and I would definitely use them again!!

The best movers in town. We have used them several times. Best part is they always come in the window allotted. They call 30 mins before coming and arrive in their scheduled time. They work quickly and efficiently while caring not to damage things. The first move they just moved our boxes and large furniture. For our second move we had them box up and move. They pack so much quicker than me I told my wife we will never pack boxes again. Highly recommend.

The entire team I worked with were: professional, timely, extremely helpful, and at a fair price. In particular the moving crew of: Alex, Adrian, OJ, and Tee were amazing! They were careful, attentive, quick, and professional. They were also training 2 new team members that day, and as a previous trainer myself, I appreciated their commitment to getting right and yet being patient. I will definitely request them the next time I move. Thanks everyone

A horrible experience, they damaged my furniture and made a hole in the wall, I purchased the insurance that is good for Nothing, they keep giving me push back to repair my furniture and wall, gave me the phone number of the vendor for me to deal with him, the vendor kept lying and giving me dates to come and see the damage, never showed up, need to sale my house and still has a hole on the wall, horrible experience. Do not hire these people.

The receptionist, Jackie, was incredibly helpful in figuring out everything i needed to know for my move, after dealing with several calls from me im so glad I was able to have her aid. The movers, Dylan, Kat, and Tristan (forgive and potential misspellings) were incredibly quick but also incredibly professional, being careful with all our furniture while also not wasting any time.I will definitely use their services again in the future.

I used this service and was quoted one price and once the service was completed I was charged an additional six hundred dollars. The move took 10 hours. They did not send enough help to complete the job until the time of service to be completed per the quote was over. Then one of the workers did not want to work. They sat majority of the time talking and the other worker did all the work. I will never use their service again.

I wanted to a high five to the two gentlemen that came to help us today. Luke & Brandon did a great job today. They were very professional and accommodating for the help we needed; relocating items, assembling equipment & hanging materials. I just wanted to leave a review for Franco and Rudy. They helped with my move last week and were very professional and polite. From the moment I spoke with them on the phone, till the last item left their truck, I was very impressed with their work! They made sure to take care of all of my belongings and safely transported them with no issues. Thank you Franco and Rudy for your help with my move!

Make sure when you ask for a quote that you include everything you plan to move—do not tell them just the big items when you also have boxes to move. If the person on the phone were clearer, my move today would have gone smoother, but the movers did agree to move the boxes they had time for (they had another customer after me), and nothing was damaged that was the result of their error.

Katie at Two Men and a Truck was very helpful responding to my inquiry the day after the Thanksgiving holiday. One other company never responded back to me. On the day of the move Albert and Joseph were very professional and courteous. They were on time and did not waste time getting the job done. I would definitely recommend their services and would use them again in the future.

From the first call to the office to the move itself, Two Men and a Truck San Antonio was SUPERB. Only charged for the time they worked. Loaded more than expected in one truck, reducing trips. The crew itself was absolutely amazing! Extremely friendly while being hard working and careful with our items. Did a whole house move with them and it was seamless. Cannot recommend enough.

Office staff was very helpful by providing several different quotes. On day of moving, the movers were punctual and very fast. They even moved our chest freezer full of food, making the move to the new house even faster. They had no problem moving furniture into a three story house and were able to negotiate tight stairs with no damage to walls or furniture. Highly recommended.

Cost was a little high, but service was amazing, and they accommodated me the very next day. I had originally scheduled with College Hunks, but they did a no call no show on me, so I called Two Men and they were right there to pick up the slack. Thank you! Price was $240 on hr, estimate take five and a half hours, it took about four and a half.

Lost boxes of personal items of mine for which there are no answers to where these items could have gone to. This happened during a crate moving option. I have used this company many times for years with no problems. However, I would NEVER use them again. There are other reviews from June 2023 indicating people have lost items as well.

When I spoke online, I was quoted one price per hour, but I was charged $40/hour more. However, Eric, Brandon, and Dylan did in 2.5 hours what it would've taken myself and my roommate all day to do, so despite the extra cost, I am very happy with my experience. I would definitely use this company again if I need to move again.

Definitely recommend this company. Promptly received quote, office staff were great, and got my move scheduled in the same week. The 2 gentleman moving our things, were amazing. Very professional, great attitudes, they handled everything with care, went above and beyond. Definitely will use them again if needed.

Mixed review. I had a better experience the first time I used this service. The most recent move I had was not as smooth. Workers seemed very inexperienced and moved very slow. Something that should have taken the 2 hours took them almost over 4 hours… Not planning on using them again unfortunately.

We got charged extra for having a 3rd person but the whole crew was pretty new so the team was overall inefficient and it was frustrating to get charged extra for something we didn’t actually get. I reached out to the company after they asked that I do so and have yet to receive a reply.

I went in for a job interview, which, went quit well I think. The manager Mr. Damien was awesome and I look forward to working with him & the rest of the team. But, I was in awe at the message my Higher Power sent me through their Mission Statement, " helping people move forward".

Don't do it y'all 900.00 and this is what was left in my storage 120.00 tip before I went to sweep storage out and square up with U-Haul…. And found this What a joke they knocked off 90.00 Really?!?!?

Santiago, Luis and Adrian did an excellent job with our move! They were professional, efficient and very receptive to my every request. The price was very reasonable for all the work they did. I definitely recommend them to help with your move.

I LOVE using them! They are very easy to work with and fast, however I wish they made more of an effort to organize my items in my storage unit. I could have had a lot more room if they stacked it better. Everything else was great!

As far as movers go, these guys have my vote. Katie (in the office) is super helpful and responsive. The two man team were both friendly, professional and on time. Will use again (if I ever have to move again)
