We had a membership here up until today when the so called owner cancelled it without being told to. I emailed Carrie the "owner" about an incident that occurred Sunday 01/29/2023 at around 5pm with her staff mostly Kenny who falsely accused my boyfriend of cursing at the staff which did NOT happen. The only issue was our tailgate of the truck didn't even get washed which had NEVER happened before in all the months of coming here and all we needed was to go back through which wouldn't have been a problem until being harassed by Kenny who even lied and said he was the new owner since the previous one couldn't run the store properly. Instead of calling me or my boyfriend back Carrie proceeded to cancel our membership stating she pulled security cameras and was on the phone the whole time of the incident. This really reflects on the business of how they choose to handle matters. I would HIGHLY not recommend this place at all!!! Not unless you want poor service, attitude from employees, being harassed and falsely accused of things along with your membership being cancelled without you saying to cancel it just because you wanted to bring a concern to the owner's attention. I will be contacting BBB ASAP!!

Do not go here! They have just lost a customer. Apparently the new ownership has issues. Six or seven months ago they asked me if I wanted bug spray remover I said yes and it has caused damage to my paint on all four doors of my car. The owners at that time apologized and gave me two free washes but it never came off. Today I tried to get my car wash out of the blue they volunteer that the damage on my paint is because I was spraying Tire cleaner on my tires. The next person standing with the owner contradicted that and said no it's just soap it will wash off. I tried to explain that they cause this damage but I still come to this car wash. They both indicated that I was lying I asked for a refund and the so-called owner as she handed me my receipt made a point to tell me that I was lying and that it was merely soap. Really? Soap damaging my paint for the last six or seven months that I can't get off? Terrible service terrible business I am contacting the Better Business bureau.

I was on my way to a different carwash when I saw this old place had been redesigned as an express wash so i thought i'd give it a try. I chose the $4 dollar with tire dressing. Price was good but the tires...meh. After carwash, i took my truck to free vacuum station (nice feature) where they offer two styles of vacuum nozzles at each station. One for broad areas like seats and carpets. Another narrow nozzle for slim, tight spaces. Both had good suction. Station also comes with compressed-air nozzle to blow-out loose dust, a nice feature for sure, and the main reason I stopped here, but the airflow wasn't very strong. There were maybe 6 other cars here so it's not like the compressor was overloaded. Overall, nice design of the place, introductory prices were cheap but due to low air-pressure, a feature I REALLY like, I doubt I'll return, or at least with any frequency.

I typically would not give a one or two star review. But this place has the worst customer service. The attendants are okay but it's the management and ownership that lack extreme attention to dealing with their customers. The situation was I had a vehicle that I took through the carwash and found the next day the rear wiper arm had been removed or basically torn off. When I went back the next day the attendant on duty had found the wiper blade gave it back to me took pictures filled a report out but that's where everything ended. I have not heard back from management nor ownership in regards to this issue I've made numerous attempts to stop in and find somebody who is in charge and yet no one has called me back. This is the main reason why this review is a one-star review.

So first off, if you want a “corporate franchise” style feel car wash that is only open 25% of the time, IF THAT… and oh, by the way, don’t ask if they have multiple car washes in the LV metro area, because they answer yes… and then when you tell them you only see one U-Drive that their response was “Ohhhh…. I thought you were asking if there were other car washes in the area…” Yeah, I was asking if competition exists when buying your highest premium package for almost $60 bucks a month… granted, i only got 2 car washes, I wouldn’t count it too much of a loss… What i would count as a loss is me calling to cancel my account after one month of hell and they said okay no problem and charged my card anyway…

Relatively inexpensive...4 different car washes, ranging from $4 to $15 with monthly memberships available so you can get one car wash DAILY, for what I thought was a relatively fair price. And their car wash system is pretty dope...all the cool lights when your being led thru. Totally a fun time for the kids. Plus, they offer free vacuums. I am a little disappointed that when I visited the website, they offer a free wash (which says will be texted to you within 3 days) to sign up for their Members program, but I have yet to receive it. But other than that, great experience.

The basic car was is $4. The next one is $11. The second option came with a rag i can keep and some stuff to clean my windows. They have 4 wash options and they also have a monthly pass I hope to have one day when my finances straighten out. Maybe it's three wash options and one monthly option. Im sorry I dont remember clearly. They also have a "rain guarantee" in case it rains within a couple days. Their vacuums are strong. I can do it by myself (aka no need to tip, in case you are tight for $). I like this spot and plan to try them again.

The men that work here are very nice and helpful. The woman that signed me up for membership initially said I would not have to stick the barcode sticker to my windshield, now she told me that I would have to or else she would cancel my membership. Which I do not mind, it better be prorated. It is a very basic carwash business, I am not paying a company to advertise their business. If you want me to advertise for you, pay me not the other way around.

Clean Employees are friendly and helpful. 2 different types of vacuum hoses . Vacuums work really good not like other ones that don’t vacuum at all or just make noise. The vacuums is what got me wow, because they actually work. They also have an air gun that you can blow the AC vents, between seats. Floor mat hangers. They ask before you go in the car wash tunnel if you want bug spray, sprayed on the car.

This place I can honestly say the employees are nice they help they're very helpful. I've been going there for a little while now and every single time they always have a smile on their face they always have an upbeat personality and that is very much appreciated and contagious LOL. The car wash alone the vacuums are better than any other car wash I have went to and also my car comes out a lot cleaner.

They offer you a really thick free towel to dry your car when you purchase the $12 wash. They also include a free glove, air freshener, and dash wet wipe. Due to covid-19 they have made the free vacuum area have a space in between each car which is nice because you get to use one for each side when cleaning. Everytime I go there person assisting me has been very kind and welcoming. I appreciate that.

Great affordable car wash by far. And I have been to quite a few. Great employees and clean. I do wish there were more to choose from it is a bit far from where I live. And one more thing I do wish the air nozzles had a little bit more pressure. Or maybe I'm just getting a low pressure one. Other than that I love this place. Hoping more locations pop up throughout Vegas and Henderson

$4 for the light car wash. Very new so all machinery works like it should. Touch screen, accepts cash and credit cards. Monthly washes start at $18. Vacuums are also limited to 10 to 15 minutes when it's busy. No loud music, no exceptions. Employees are very courteous and friendly. Only thing i don't know is the business hours. I highly recommend this location to all my co workers and friends.

I'm from Virginia on a 3 month healthcare assignment. Was so fortunate to come across this self service car wash station. I chose the top quality car wash at measly $15 plus they gave a free microfiber towel. The vacuum is free of charge and it's on automatically. They also have a sun shade above where you park your car. The staff are nice. Very cool place. Will definitely come back again!

So after my horrible over priced wash I decided to wash my car myself and found this car wash i signed up for the monthly wash package it was a good deal $13 per month special and i can wash my car everyday if i want to the vacuums are free to use and they have special tools for cleaning your car and dont forget free towel and air freshener day too

they can't even provide a simple car freshener, They have started to say I have asked them every time , yes I have because on the member appreciation days they have not had the car freshener like they are supposed to so I have asked other days to get it for the day Was supposed to. its has been several times now.

Very nice car wash. Easy, inexpensive and it does a good job! They have a vacuum station after you get your car washed that is fantastic. The suction is incredible! They also have compressed air so you can blow all the water off that gets in between trim and tiny places that you can't always dry.

Free vacuums!!! Probably the best feature, seriously. I can't stand having my car having debris on the floor. Living in an apartment, I can't just plug in my own and clean thoroughly. The light show while you go thru the car wash is pretty awesome, it spices up the experience.

Would be better if they stayed open later and also there was no announcement that they were closing. All of a sudden the vacuum just stopped working and I only got to complete half of my car. Had I known that it would be shutting off soon I would’ve moved a little quicker.

Worth every dollar. New machines, good vaccine & an air compressor for dust in your vehicles vents-crevices. The monthly subscription is clutch & the car wash attendant is always attentive/on point too. I’m very glad to find a legit-efficient car wash here.

I hadn't used this Car Wash before, but passing by caught my eye and I was really pleased with how efficient, and inexpensive this drive through wash was. Especially impressive were the high-power vacuums for personal use on one's vehicle interior.

For an automatic car wash it does a great job. The machine gets my tires very clean which rarely happens at any other automatic places. The complimentary towel, vacums and compressed air hose for cleaning all the tight spaces is a great bonus.

$4 Car wash. That's really all there is to say. It's much cheaper than the car wash across the street and your car gets just as clean. Once you go through the wash you get free vacuums. Each stall has a detail vacuum and a regular vacuum.

This car wash is now $6 for a basic wash and it seems to be doing almost nothing as your car is going through. We got a better quality car wash when it was $4. For $6 save your money and go elsewhere like I will do from here on out.

Automatic exterior wash and you vacuum / clean the interior. Economical answer if you just need to knock some dust or road grime off the ride. The process does a good of cleaning but you should have some rags to finish up.

This was great. They have a few different levels you can choose from. I got basically level 2 I think and I'm super happy with how clean my car is. They also have a rainy day garentee which is really cool.

Probably one of best drive through car washes in the state. High quality equipment, soaps and waxes. Blowers do a thorough job of drying your car and the final towel wheel is a nice touch.

You can't beat the price! I don't mind doing the inside myself. The high pressure air hose really gets seats and carpets clean. Do the monthly unlimited! You can go every day if you want.

Use the wash bay almost daily for a year now, never had an issue with the wash, always get my free towel and deodoriser for members, staff is cool very helpful. In and Out with no issues.

I pay for premium and I can never enter, I always have to wait for someone to help me, they told me that I had the right to 3 towels per month, and they have given me one for 4 months.

New car wash. They apply tons of soap a lot longer tunnel compared to other car washes. Clean my car very well and I would reccomend this car wash over any other one here in vegas.

I usually get the $15 car wash and my car comes out beautiful every time. I’ve never had any issues. The staff is also very friendly. The car wash line moves rather quick as well.
