I attempted to rent an equipment two weeks prior to this recent rental. The front desk sales representative was incoherent either because he was "under the influence" or was totally disinterested with working. Maybe set up a weekly automated survey for workers to gauge employee morale and correct any issues.

Worst Uhal ever dont rent here! Waited 30 mins for an employee to show. Didnt have my truck took 1 hour to get a new one and it was dirty. I had to clean inside and sweep back?
