Worse than pathetic!! No sense of responsibility or skill!! They lost my expensive kurta and haven’t been able to trace it, return it or get back to me. Please be very careful before sending your clothes, you’ll not get them back. Even spoiled one of my dresses. All the reviews seem to be fake. Highly disappointed as they are spoiling the name of a good brand. Local dry cleaners do a much better job. Regret trusting this franchise.
