I needed another car key for my BMW. Contacted several BMW dealerships, they quoted me $500 to $700 or more and I would have had to wait a week or more, since they needed to order it. Then I did find this mobile locksmith company. Victor did an absolutely amazing job. We made an appointment on short notice, he did let me know that he is on his way in advance and arrived exactly at the agreed upon time. I was very impressed by his very clean and perfectly organized mobile locksmith van equipped with all the professional locksmith tools. Obviously he has many years of professional locksmith experience, since he knew exactly how to go about creating a new car key for my BMW in no time. This new key he created supports all the basic, advanced, proximity and smart functions perfectly just like my original BMW key. Well and he charged me less than half what the BMW dealership would have charged me and he was done in minutes and I didn’t have to wait over a week like at the dealership. He also showed me, that he has car keys for most car makes in his car. I really appreciate his help and I am very grateful that he saved me a lot of money. He is very reliable and professional and really did an absolutely amazing job. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to all my friends.

About a week ago my 2012 Audi A4 was stolen. Several days later the police recovered my car but it was without a key. I then contacted Audi for a replacement key. To my astonishment they wanted 3 days and 1000 dollars to replace my stolen key. I began calling locksmiths all over Tampa and even the mobile locksmiths I found wanted between 500 and 800 dollars. A couple weeks ago I contacted this company on Friday around 9am for a key fob replacement was told they could and given my address around noon..no call no show as I found a ride to work at 5..Saturday 830am I read a message stating he was sorry and FB blocked him from responding and said he could come anytime that day in which I called him and was told someone would reach out when they were on their way..appt being between 130 and 230 ..I said ok, I rcvd a call from a woman at 130 stating someone would call when they were on their way..again no calls no show, Again I found a ride to work at 5..Sunday I rcvd a phone call from him in which I chose not to accept because I have never been in such an unprofessional predicament, leaving me stranded and almost without a job 2 days in a row I thought I did my due diligence in researching reviews and credibility everything appeared good, but this was the MOST unprofessional experience I've had

I contacted Victor on Friday afternoon about getting a few keys made for my cars. He came out on Sunday and did the work no problem! He made keys for 3 of my cars in no time and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! 1 of the cars had a key that only opened from the drivers door. Come to find out the key that I had was an extra that was made incorrectly. Not only did he catch that but he made the correct key for the car and now all my doors open up from any door. On top of all of that his prices where amazing! I highly recommend Victor and will definitely be using him or referring him to anyone that needs a locksmith!!

If I could give less than a one star I would. They are rude and unprofessional. You pay for a service and get garbage. Instead of fixing the problem with my keys after they gave me new ones and reprogrammed my car, they were rude and assumed I dropped my keys because "everyone does that" then continued to tell me the person I bought my car from was only selling bad cars. When that person happens to be a very close friend. The owner just bad mouthed everyone but himself . Then expected me to get the car to him to attempt to reprogram, mind u it was done 3 times before already. This company is bad business.

My Ignition key snapped in half, and the year and make of my Mercedes proved to be difficult to re-key. I found Victor after calling multiple locksmiths and a Mercedes dealership. The dealership would have taken days to order and replace the key, and I would need to tow my vehicle to the dealership. Victor was easy to book with, arrived on time to the location of my vehicle and I was impressed with how quickly he went through several steps to problem solve and get a new key made. Victor from U Pick was a pro. I had only one key and it died. He came to the car and programmed a new key the same day and for a fraction of what the Mercedes dealership quoted me. If I had used the dealership it would have taken several days AND I would have had to tow the car to the dealership to prove the VIN. U Pick came highly recommended and did not disappoint!!!
