This is hands down one of the top storage areas around! I have had multiple storage units through the years to facilitate having a temporary surplus of inventory items, so I have experienced some good and some bad. During my search, necessitated by a recent move to South-Central Austin, I looked into a variety of locations and decided on this US Storage location based on location, accessibility, security, hours, and then price. I reached out via phone to secure a unit and was immediately impressed with the Customer Service! Nechelle the on-site Manager, was as nice as could be, verified availability, and even went out to the unit to verify that it had a light, as I often do work inside the unit after dark. When it was time to move in, I was delayed due to traffic, and she was nice enough to stay after, so I could move in that evening and get my U-Haul back that evening. Immediately I was impressed with how modern and clean the entire facility was! The facility is very well kept, the office has a wide selection of items needed to move, the security is top notch with cameras everywhere, and the grounds are kept impeccably clean. The couple of times I have needed assistance with something, Nechelle or her assistant have been happy to help me out in a friendly, upbeat, and prompt manner. Mainly I see Nechelle during my time there, and she’s always friendly, always says “Hello” when passing by, and always calls me by name. I see by their online, phone, and in-person actions that they treat their customers well and appreciate their business. I originally chose this location because of how convenient it was, but I will be staying because of the exceptional service that they provide and the peace of mind it gives me knowing that a great team is looking after me and my valuables when I am not around. Not to mention that they had the best prices around! It’s very seldom that you get a great price and exceptional customer service, yet they definitely deliver on both fronts! Do yourself a favor and check them out, or better yet just give Nechelle a call and see for yourself, you will be happy you did!!!

Climate control is apparently a way for this company to justify stealing. For months now the temperature in my building has far exceeded what any other storage facility calls climate controlled. There is no detectable air flow coming through the ducts and this was reported to the management about two months ago. I don't believe that Manny is responsible for this, as it doesn't fit his character. Nonetheless, it is not acceptable to defraud people for what they pay for. Today (July 23rd), it feels like they have the heat running, not the AC. On July 29, 2022 I received a rate increase notification informing me I would now have to pay $30 more. I'll be adding a screenshot of the notification, If I can. Maybe it's just timing but it looks like an act of retaliation for the earlier review. Today is July 30 and upon arriving at my storage unit I found pita chip fragments inside my unit, I don't eat pita chips. It could be coincidence but an ugly picture seems to be in the making.

All the raving reviews are true. I've been a customer for over a year and the property manager Nechelle not only lives on site, but is incredible. I didn't know what to quite expect for a storage center, but she's the reason I don't want to go anywhere else. Customer service makes or breaks an experience with any company, anywhere. She has been warm, friendly, fast, and efficient since day one. I've also had great experience with my unit. I did quite a bit of research before I chose them. They not only have cameras, but also Nechelle who lives on site. One of team members also informed me they walk the premises, and even sometimes check the locks to see if any have been swapped out. Incredible. Easy auto-pay set-up if you want the option, which I did. And great location. Six big stars from me.

All was fine until a break in this past weekend. I really hate leaving a negative review. Staff were great but have dropped the ball over the past 7 days. Somehow all too suspicious that they won't share video footage and I was there on Thursday with their staff at my unit. For months I have requested someone to fix my door. I was the only unit broken into apparently, targeted because I have a pool construction company I assume. What's worse is not the break in, but I would think MGMT would have security positioned for a gate that was broken and open access to the world. As well MGMT has done nothing to reposition me in a new unit, while the latch was grinded off. I have also requested a call back from a manager since Sunday or Monday and it's now Thursday.

Staff was so not only good looking great smile and tasteful fashion statement. I am currently looking for a place to store my belongings when i spoke with a staff member about a future move. She was not only eager to help but she also provided me with surprisingly reasonable prices specifically accomidated to my needs. That was really an impression to me. I felt comfortable knowing my unit would fit my needs specifically. My wow in all you mam deserve the 5 rating and i will see you soon. With specifics on dates and times. Your truely appreacated you would blow San Antonio away with your above and beyond service. Thank you for taking the time to focus on my needs and helping me save money with more room...

Wow. How can I express properly how well this facility is run. Nechelle has been the best property manager I’ve ever encountered, period. This space is very well protected, covered and has the best prices in Austin. I’ve used public storage for extra space for several years and by far this facility is above par to say the least. Also this facility goes up and beyond not just to provide you with first class service, they have actual donation unit that gets donated to cancer charities. You won’t be disappointed renting a unit here, I would highly recommend. Nechelle is a very empathetic and personable human being which you don’t see often enough!

This place is awesome. I won’t store my items anywhere else, customer service is always, and I mean ALWAYS UP TO PAR!!!! My property manager, Nechelle P. always makes sure things are how they are should be and she and her Staff are fantastic to see. Usually, before I found this store and location..would, like others dread going to my unit. But Nechelle always remembers My name and always ask me how I’m doing...I’m not just another number to her. Five out of five!!!! Always feel safe no matter when I go to my unit. She makes sure of that!

Nice facility with all sizes of storage space, climate control & multiple floors with cargo lifts. Client access from 06:00 to 22:00 everyday with a manager on duty at all times. The property manager, Nechelle, was thorough, confirmed my understanding of policy & showed me to the space I've leased. Things couldn't happen better than things went; I feel comfortable & eased thanks to Property Manager Nechelle's excellent Client Facing skill, knowledge & the new client's concerns. It is very rare that you find not just great customer service, but phenomenal. This is not something a company can hope to train their staff to one day understand. No its something that comes naturally to few people in the customer service industry. All of the staff here are wonderful, but Manny really has a knack for making you feel like your truly cared about by this company. For that reason I highly recommend coming here. Hes patient, kind, understanding, and really listens to you I'll never store my things anywhere else.

Disclaimer: I was asked to give a review so I could get out of the 10 day notice to move out. Pros:The process was easy to sign up, it was relatively cheap with the half off two months discount. The guys up front are super nice n helpful. They prorated my rent to just one day because I was moving the 1st. That was super nice of them. Cons: Cart to move items needs fixed or replaced. Super hard to move around without banging the walls. The gate was open for a period of time and the area has a large homeless population.

The folks here are super nice! Ivan (the assistant manager) was very helpful and friendly with us. I feel like my things are very safe there. There are people looking out for the renters all the time, and regular surveillance to make sure no one is around who is up to no good! (This is important to me; the place my parents were renting for storage got broken into!) This place is very clean & I got a great price for the unit I rented. Highly recommend!

So i recently moved to Austin, US Storage not only has the best pricing as far as units go, but they also have awesome customer service Ms. Lolita, is always super nice, patient and accommodating, she goes above and beyond. Whenever I go/call she always super welcoming and warm, she never gets annoyed with my questions or request, because i can be annoying huneyyy! Thank you Ms. Lolita for making this transition so easy for me!! Your the best!!

Superlative experience! I was here in October to help an acquaintance with clean-out of a lien sale unit. As someone who was previously worked in this same line of work - and who has rented units multiple times - I have exacting expectations....all of which were exceeded. This facility is clean; and the staff is not merely professional, but also courteous and customer-service oriented. Kudos to Emmanuel for so capably managing this storage!

My experience at US Storage in Austin Texas off Stassney was FANTASTIC!!! Manny who was our very informative, polite and sincere person gave me great suggestions and options as I was in need of a place to leave my belongings. Ivan was very helpful. I needed a climate controlled room and had already paid for a non-climate controlled room online by mistake. I only realized it when I got to the place. I already moved somethings into it on the first day my storage unit lease started. The next day I called their office and asked if there's a way for me to upgrade my unit. He was very helpful and it only took him 3 minutes to do a transfer.

I would highly recommend! I made a phone call a few days in advance and received great customer service from Daniel, as he was able to take care of my reservation immediately. As far as the facility, it is very nice. I’ve seen others that have been in poor condition and I can say that US Storage Centers is in a league of it’s own. Lastly, the pricing is great and they make sure you have EVERYTHING you need.

Nechelle was very patient and helpful when I called to ask several questions over the phone. When I arrived at the location, it was neat and clean and the property manager Nechelle was friendly and professional. She went the extra mile in showing me multiple storage units, so that I could find one that met the needs of myself and my business. The entire process was very simple and straightforward.

This was my first time using US Storage Centers, when I initially went to purchase my storage their internet was down. Manny quickly tried to accommodate me. I eventually had to return the next day and Manny helped me. I was very please with my experience and thankful that Manny assisted me through my entire process of purchasing a storage. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I knew I was at home and that I'd found right place by the warm welcome I received from the leasing team led by Manager Laqueeta Humes. I was shown several units by team member Lolita. Patrick was also very kind to me and helped me feel at ease about the price and choices. I felt safe and that I was getting good value for my money. The property is very clean, well lit and secure.

I closed out my account with them and paid my final month. Now almost one year later I receive a notice on my credit report that I am delinquent on payments for US Storage Centers. Had to go through a lengthy process to dispute and remove the incorrect delinquency from my account. Maintain records of everything to ensure they don't try to screw you in the end.

Manny the front receptionist representative was a great addition to my experience at the storage site. I was giving great customer service over here and hope that one day other people will add to the Unlimited Supply of positive reviews about Manny at this location. I enjoyed my first time at u.s. storage and will continue to be a customer I do appreciate

Great staff. Answered all my questions and were helpful accommodating my storage needs. They gave me a tour and the unit is clean. :) Update 6/30: today my my last day renting storage locker, Emmanuel and staff was accommodating when my key broke on the lock stuck inside the locker handle and now I’m squared away. Overall, I’m pleased with service.

Very reasonable prices. Very clean units and building. Easy to get in and out. Nechelle makes paying easy and is very knowledgeable about the storages. She has an outgoing personality. I could not have had a better experience. To be completely honest I was crying when I went in there because of a rough time I've been going through in my life and they were all so kind and reassuring that everyone needs storage for various times in their lives. The staff at the Stassney location are incredible. Absolutely the best experience.

Cody is exceptionally courteous and professional. He called me twice in the same day reminding me of my reservation and I like that when someone needs to remind me and I profusely apologized since I was running late. When I got to the office, he greeted me with a smile and showed me the place right away. I'm glad I chose this place.

I have stored my items here for over 2 years. I enjoy the convenient location, gated feature, and online bill pay. Overall I am satisfied and would recommend US Storage, but I can't quite give it 5 stars. The elevator is often out of order making my unit more difficult to access, and the price crept up over the years as well.

US storage center is the best. They handle all of the details with precision and efficiency. They are personable, and knew all of rhe answers to my questions. The physical attributes of the site are being updated and remodeled. I wish all of the places i do business with was this pleasant of an experience. Great job everyone.

Honestly this has been one of the easiest experiences I have had, Daniel was so personable and offered to show us all of the available units, the area was clean and very secure. We are very comfortable purchasing a storage unit from this location. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to store their valuables.

Great experience with us storage centers. Called at noon and was in a great drive in unit an hour later. Manny was really helpful and kind, and expertly walked me through the booking process. Highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a fairly priced, clean, and well maintained storage unit.

It wasn't all that good. Security seemed good but as soon as I got passed the security gate. I saw a gentleman sleeping in the shade. He didn't have a car. All he had was a backpack and a beer. Not sure if he lives in a unit or is looking for an open one. He sure did look like he was up to no good.

My boyfriend and I came here to rent a 5' by 5' unit for the year. The property manager, Laqueeta, was SUPER nice and extremely helpful. She was flexible with us coming in and offered various discounts. If you are looking for somewhere to store your things, US Storage Centers is the way to go!

Us storage center has best price deals that are undefeated they change at low cost for a good size! storage unit I was able to get a store unit size 10×5 for $70 & I've searched around for cheap reasonable price and service is straightforward ! ask for Danny he helped me !

Everything was great here! Check in/payment setup was fast and easy, and the units are very reasonably priced. There aren’t elevators, but the stairs are wide and easy to maneuver. I would highly recommend using this for your storage needs!
