They delayed our meeting for a Green Card for 16 months with no notification. We called dozens of times. When we had our meeting the agent told us it was delayed because of an investigation into my wife's background. We were served with an "intent to deny citizenship". We had 1 month to respond. We hired a lawyer for $3000 dollars and within 15 minutes she showed us that she would prove that their delay and intent to deny were not valid. Shame on you UTAH USCIS. We waited 41 months to get my wife's Green Card because of your ignorance, lack of training and general disregard for anyone who isn't part of the faith here in the state. Serving jury duty a few years ago had restored my faith in at least 1 branch of government . It was an amazing experience thanks to the professionalism of the judge and his staff. This experience was the opposite. My wife has visited 18 states including the historic sites like the White House, Liberty Bell, and the Freedom Trail. We have even been to the Iowa State Fair because she was so fascinated by our government. NOT ANYMORE. A woman who has paid over $18000 in taxes waiting for her Green Card for well over 3 years did not deserve to be treated like this. The agents had almost 3.5 years to present a rejection letter that our lawyer disproved in a handful of minutes. Shame on you. Learn the law and stop with the ethnicentrism so rampant in Utah. On the Eagle Archway downtown, the Eagle is above the beehive. That was the understanding in 1896 when Utah attempted statehood for the 6th time; The federal gov't is first and foremost. (it had been rejected the previous 5 times because Utah refused to renounce polygamy). I firmly believe that a federal agent in many other states would not have treated my wife like this. Now that we received the Green Card, we are moving in 4 days. We will never live in Utah again.

#Disrespectful # Non-professional security guard #Insincerity #Poor support #Very Disappointing It looks like the office works well a couple of years ago based on the reviews. I don't know what happened to them recently but they don't know how to run the office. It's a waste of giving them even one star. I met three aged Latino security guards. They didn't know how to help people's concerns. They only said and showed the attitude like 'No' & 'I don't know, that's non of my business.' I wonder why they only have a security place and don't have any place like the front desk/ information desk that people can talk to staff members.

I have visited here three times in support of a citizenship application, and each time the process was quick and efficient. The Middle Eastern security gentleman, mentioned in several other reviews, was actually quite genial - granted, we just brought in our documents, ID, and cell phones. The gentleman officiating the citizenship ceremony kept things interesting and humorous and was very accommodating to family members wanting to take photos. There were new citizens from countries ranging from Afghanistan to Vietnam. Fantastic experience all around!

We came for my wife's citizenship ceremony. The security screening officers were nice and professional, except for the Middle Eastern Officer. He was very loud and disrespectful of other's property. He heavy handedly threw our car keys back into the tote after yanking off my wife's pepper spray to discard. I understand they have a job to do, but it's not necessary to treat others this way. 4/25/23 at 12 pm, check the security cameras.

Quo Vadis, USA?! I think that never in the history of the USA has there been such a lack of transparency on the part of USCIS, even if our case involves an urgent medical need. There is no possibility of an appointment, and on the USCIS phone provided, it is almost impossible to talk to an officer because the AI robot is "inhuman". We are awaiting help from the Governor of Utah and the USCIS Ombudsman.

I have come to this office many, many times over the years. Today the officers were extremely friendly as usual but the men who was taking care of my sixteen year old son had a very rude attitude. He believed that he was alone, when he realized that he was with his mother, his attitude changed. It is important to always use the words please and thank you.

For those wondering where to park. There is free parking at the back of the building. It is covered parking and the entrance is located on the south side. There's parking on the street from 8am to 6pm with time limit of 2 hours. Hope this helps.

Each time I had to come here it went very well! -1 star because we were told that SSA would have the citizenship status updated on the backend and it didn’t. Just go check with SSA after 10 day like the written instructions say.

Don't bother calling. Trying to reschedule a biometrics appointment because it wasn't working on their website and the fake AI assistant literally would not let me through to a person. She hung up on me 5 times!
