Out of 5 clerks 3 were customers oriented, and service efficient. This post office is much better than the others poste Italiane suburb out side the city. I am observing every postal service here in italy . Generally this institutions are not giving efficient and customer satisfied service. I think the company has to train the employees better and evaluate the progress of the employees minimum 6 months time regularly to confirm their appointments. Because the attitude, efficiency, customer care, has to be improved.. Most of the officers are so arrogant. And aggressive. Please the CEO And HRDM of the company, please pay attention and take this constructive comment as speedy necessity to build up your company. You have a very feeble impact on the service.....

Out of 6 workers, only 1 does any work. 2 are sitting looking at window doing nothing and other 2 are watching movies under the table, one guy is just walking in a circle. None of them bothered by waiting customers. Also all of them combined can barely speak a sentence in english. 0/5

Rifiutano, dopo la consueta fila, di accettare la richiesta di SPID, dichiarando che può essere effettuata esclusivamente online. Circostanza poi smentita dal loro sito. Infatti è bastato cambiare ufficio postale per richiedere lo SPID senza problemi. VERGOGNOSI

Yes, they have a ticketing system but the problem is how slow everyone works here. Only half the counters were open although each was occupied by a worker. I waited over 40 minutes to send post cards home. Won’t try again.

Gli sportellisti sono lenti e impacciati.Sono da più di mezz'ora per pagare una bolletta.Sono correntista

Dipendenti incompetenti che danno informazioni sbagliate e fanno solo perdere il tempo!
