The manager (white lady) is very rude and I personally will never buy my wife anything from here ever again and she won’t shop here either. I came to purchase a $165 Chanel perfume for my wife, but on the ULTA app it was $25 off. Nowhere was it stated that it was “online only,” and I showed this to the cashiers as the manager seemed to just ignore me and provide no customer service. She made me feel like a thief for asking them to honor their own price on the app. They didn’t believe me and told me to order it online, “if it’s real,” and we’ll let you know when it’s ready. Pretty unbelievable. So after wasting my time and gas, I order the perfume online and have to go back the next day, which was a HUGE inconvenience for me. I had planned to confront the horrible manager, but decided I’ll go this route instead. I’d like to speak to her boss or somebody above her do I can explain how she made me feel, like a criminal. I was already uncomfortable being one of the few men in the store and then she basically tells me I’m lying and won’t sell me the item and it was embarrassing. I manage a $6.5 million/year retail store and if one of my employees treated someone how I was treated, they’d 100% be written up. If you can’t handle the stress then find something less stressful. You’re literally losing business over $25 on a $160 bottle of perfume. Pick your battles better. I’ve spent thousands of dollars and we’ll happily avoid this awful manager. Would give ZERO stars if I could.

Endless options and very clean store, employees are almost all unbelievably friendly and helpful! I went in to shop and get my haircut for the first time there, I ended up getting booked with April and I'm thankful for that. She did a wonderful job and she is sooo sweet, highly recommended anyone to see her for your next hair style. **!**!**!**!**!** 7/3 update: yesterday I went for another haircut with April and just like lady time she did an amazing job, I consider her my hair stylist now because I don't ever want to go to anyone else!! I also got an eyebrow wax and tint before my haircut, let me tell you if you have light messed up brows from being a 90s kid or prior I highly suggest this. When I saw my new eyebrows and could actually see them I was over filled with happiness!! The first color Carolina mixed up and put on me was absolutely perfect, these girls are both so good at what they do I 1000000/10 recommend seeing them for your hair/brow needs. Also you can shop when you're done or while you wait for your service!!

It was meant to be! I made a last minute appointment and was able to book with Carrie. I took up 1.5hrs in her chair and it was 1000% worth it!! My hair was crazy long and straight as a board. I did some major research on face shape and styles before going in. Even had some screenshots as examples! She listened and transformed me into a new woman for my new year of empowerment. I feel so much happier! My hair is bouncy and alive again. It frames my face and has some layers. She was even kind enough to sweep up my hair and bag it for me to take home (Im religious that way). The store was packed but still maintained a super organized atmosphere. Several sales people asked if I needed help, which is one of the reasons I love the ulta stores. A manager was able to find the curling iron I was looking for in the back. Lots of sales going on for the holiday season!! This was seriously one of the best days out of the entire year. The peeps here are amazing! Cant wait to go back for a trim and my highlights in a couple months!!

The Rockwall Ulta Beauty Store has a great variety of hair supplies, make up, and beauty needs. They just don’t aways have the quantity I need. For example, I like to purchase 3-4 Paul Mitchell hairsprays at once and their stock is usually low (only 1-2 in stock at a time), but they do always have at least 1 when I need it. I LOVE that I can return a product (especially shampoos) within 60 days if I don’t like it (doesn’t perform like I hoped). I ask like their reward program and being able to use coupons for purchases. I am signed up to receive their mailings and emails, so I usually have a coupon for $3.50- $5.00 off every time I shop. I wish they had the “20% off everything” coupons more often, but I haven’t seen that coupon for the last several years. Overall, their store is clean and organized well, and their employees are very helpful when asked a question. I just took a star off for limited items in stock. If I need to buy in bulk, I order from Ulta online.

The girls that were working by the perfume were very friendly and helpful. The girls walking around the store were nice and helpful. The girl that checked me out…. Not so much. When I first got to the checkout she glared at me like we went to school with each other and hated each other. I guess that stare meant for me to take the stuff out of my basket. She rang me up, out the stuff in a bag and as dropped the bag on the counter. I thought something broke it hit so hard. Then I couldn’t get my debit card to work so instead of staying by the register to help me she opened another one and took another customer. After the 3rd time of it not working ( my chip is messed up) I told her I was just going to use another card. I guess she didn’t hear me since she was busy helping the other customer and she kept saying it’s declined. I finally got my other card to work. I definitely will not ever step foot in this Ulta again!

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased items at the Hulen location to have it shipped to my home. I was sent an email after I got home with the incorrect address. The associate inverted the house number. I tried calling the store and they informed me they could not help to call customer service. I did that, 3 times and they hung up each time. I text customer service and they have yet to answer after 2 hours. I finally reached someone via chat, after they said they were not available try again three times. I explained the problem and she said she could only cancel my order and could not change the address, oh and by the way your funds will not be returned to you for 3-5 business days! What the?? I remember now why I have not shopped at ulta!! They have the WORST customer service and apparently their associates are dyslexic. I will not reorder or buy from them again. ZERO STARS

The 5 stars are for my stylist Kacy. She is Awesome and always does a great job on my hair. Zero stars for the remodel of the hair salon. Wow they have absolutely no room to work. There needs to be a wall between salon and cashiers. I was there on a Wednesday and what little people were there too loud. So I can’t imagine on a busy day like Saturday how crazy loud it gets. The salon is a place to go and relax while getting your hair done but not at the Hulen Ulta. It is just a horrible horrible layout. The stylist deserve a place with plenty of space and away from customers and cashiers. Shoot the cashiers probably would like not to hear all the chit chat and blow dryers. Other than the poor design Ulta is a great store.

I was having a great day. I walked into the store and was greeted right away and offered help. Wow, what a set up. I will never shop this location again. Customer service was terrible. I had to walk around to find someone to help me on the shampoo side. When I went to find Benefits and a recommendation for the color pallet I was looking for, nobody spoke to me. Three speople stood talking and the benefits employee didn't ask me if I needed help. When we passed each other on the way out she still didn't speak. The cashiers had no personality and was like a robot. Very disappointed and ruined my day. If I had been all dolled up, I know they would have helped me.

I usually like to make my choices alone, but a really sweet girl was doing her job well and just checked in with me. She lingered just a beat or two after I said I was fine….just deciding between basically two things that are the same. She offered that she’d actually tried both before but they each smell like this and that one you just use a few drops at the time vs the other one. So she was really helpful despite me thinking I wanted to be independent. I was actually making a return/exchange so getting the right product this time was extra important. The person who checked me out was very personable and great to work with as well. Great experience!

I got a blowout done by Abril a few days ago, and it is the best my hair has ever looked!! She is such a sweetheart and is so talented. For other curly hair women searching for a good hairdresser, go see her!! My hair is curly and thick and has been messed up in the past by so many hairdressers, but she knew exactly how to care for my hair and made excellent recommendations and was so fast too! I would highly recommend her to anyone for any hair services. I will be back! :)

Wanted to give a shout-out to Kamryn in the salon who went ABOVE and beyond today to make sure I left happy. I came in expecting to be there for maybe a few hours to fix my at home hair highlights/damage and she made me a priority and did AMAZING work. Although I was there for awhile the experience was very entertaining and fun leaving me in tears of laughter a few times. I’m happy I have found someone I can trust with my hair and also has a great personality!

Lynn in the Fort Worth Hulen location helped us out and was super great! She was super informative and patient and was able to help me get everything I was looking for (even if I didn’t know exactly what it was) and would best suit my needs but honest about what I didn’t need! I now feel like I have a good and simple skin care routine without feeling overwhelmed by it. Everyone is super nice and helpful.

I came here to pickup an online order. The process was super easy and the employees were friendly. Just make sure you have your ID ready for pick up! The store was very clean and organized. They had an employee at the door greeting people and making sure you could find what you needed. I’ll be back to this location - easy to navigate and clean!

Horrible service from a sales person with very huge earrings on. Didn't get her name, you know who you are. She made me feel like I was bothering her to ask a question in the Clinique area. Very rude, will NEVER go back there!! Maybe she should go to the Weatherford store for some real customer service training. I love that store!!

Britni Wallace is a fantastic make-up artist!! I went in to get my make-up done for my wedding later that day! She was so personal -able and so so nice!! And she did a beautiful job with my make-up which I have never had a full face and didn't want to fell like I had one on and well she was fantastic!! I felt so comfortable and confident!!

If you need beauty products, salon products; shampoos, conditioners, flat irons, blow dryers, eyelashes, mascara, etc., they've got it. No need to walk around offending. They've got body washes and scents you're sure to love. The customer service is great for the most part.

The lady with the smeared lipstick is terrible and needs to be retrained. She made my experience at Ulta horrible. If you're deciding on a location the one off of Chisholm Trail is much better.
