I would not recommend that anyone ever uses this service. I took my car for a service and not only was I charged a ridiculous price, but the parts used were cheap and installed without care. There was damage inside my car from the work done AND there were more problems created after they finished. When I expressed my worry about the car feeling different, one of the men explained that it's just how cars are and brushed it off. The issue they caused made my car stop in the middle of the road. When I took the car back to be fixed, the owner complained about lack of staff and said to call a tow truck. It was only after I got angry that he got someone to look at it. The owner overall was unhelpful and rude. After taking the car back THREE times, it is finally operating at a reasonable level. Never use this service.

This is an excellent service. I'm a nervous mechanic visitor and always feel quite worried that my car will cost extraordinary amounts of money to fix whenever I take my car for a service. Geoff and the team are fantastic - they will quote you on anything extra that needs doing, without just doing it and then coming back to a huge bill. They are respectful and understanding, and are phenomenally good mechanics as well! They are genuine and do go the extra mile to make sure the car is well maintained, and are also amazing in emergency situations. Really excellent all round experience that I would recommend to everyone.

Geoff is the absolute best! So professional, fair and up front about costs. Never feel ripped off, work is always very well done. Opening hours are great too (Saturdays are perfect for me). Feels like a small, family business - will never forget when Geoff gave us a handful of citrus fruit he'd grown in his garden at home, just because. Just great people and great mechanics. I've taken my old 2004 Subaru and a newer Hyundai i20 here, Geoff is my go to! As a young woman I felt super safe here. The team always took care of my cars promptly.

The team here are amazing. Just yesterday on my way to work, I had pulled into the servo next door as my car was over heating. I thought I'd try my luck with them before calling RACQ. Sure enough, they were more than happy to help - even with them being understaffed and having a massive work load already. They found the issue straight away and ordered the part that needed replacing and had it fixed within a few hours. I couldn't recommend these guys enough! Appreciate all their help.

Fantastic people, I sheared the gears in the rear diff of my work vehicle, a Patrol Ute. I had the vehicle towed to the workshop by 10.00AM. A replacement diff was expensive, so they built me a reconditioned one from the components of a front diff, and had me on the road again the following afternoon. An added convenience is the service station attached to the site rents vehicles that kept me working for the day while my Ute was being fixed.

I couldn’t thank Jeff and his team for fixing me car and getting me back on the road so quickly. I’m from NSW my car had broken down at the accommodation we were staying at. I contacted a 24 hour service and was given the runabout for 2 days before I gave up on them and then contacted ultimate car care, Toowong and Jeff was so helpful and said he could do the job and he and his team got me back on the road in no time, ever so grateful.

My vehicle broke down on the Western Freeway. RACQ put it on a tilt tray and dropped it off at Ultimate Auto Care Toowong. I spoke to the technicians who were having lunch at the time, they went out to my vehicle saw the problem, fixed it and for no charge. You don't see that happen very often these days. Good Old Fashion Service. I hope they went back to finish their lunch? Thanks Guys.

Prompt, fair prices and a wide range of services. My partner & I have had our motorbikes roadworthy certs done on site. While never a great experience to have your car towed due to breakdown, Ultimate auto care replaced the all-drive belt the next day so I was back on the road. This business does reliable work & gives sound advice on both diesel & petrol engines.

Consummate professionals who really know their Fords. I had a basic service initially. Honest work and pricing. I returned later to have an Eaton mechanical Limited Slip Differential insert fitted inside my existing BF bell housing. Great service and pricing. New seals and bearings. The boys really do know what they are doing. I couldn't commend a better crew!

I took my car here recently. I’m generally sceptical about mechanics having been made to feel like I paid for something I didn’t need at other mechanics. But these guys were really knowledgeable and explained what they needed to do. Car works a treat now and customer service was fantastic too. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I took my car in to Ultimate Auto Care in Toowong, due to the “check engine” warning light. Geoff diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty can shaft sensor within a few hours, and charged a reasonable cost. He was professional and clear in his explanation. I will definitely be taking my car there again. Highly recommend.

My car was having vibrations in the steering and after some new engine mounts, caster bushings, and a wheel alignment my beloved SSV ute is running good again. Jeff showed me the destroyed mounts and explained the parts of work completed as per the quote. Fair pricing and no BS mechanics. I will be back!

Really nice guys, they sorted out a new waterpump for my old car very quickly and even noticed i had a loose universal joint that they tightened while they were there. Very happy to have my car running smoothly again and will go back to them if i have any other troubles. Thanks Auto Care Toowong

Super friendly, honest, speedy and reliable. I have been looking to lock down a mechanic for some time now and always seem to be overcharged or not engaged fully or made to feel like I'm being led up the garden path but not with these guys. I will be returning for certain.
