I was absolutely disappointed with the multiple areas I had to personally place "painters tape" on to complete the job. The owner should have done that to ensure the employers are completing the work efficiently. I also was not pleased with the total invoice based on the poor workmanship. To get my monies worth, I wanted another small bathroom and my office painted but the owner did not agree to that and just took my money. This company had about 3 days to get the paint job right and I'm still finding imperfections. They also charge extra labor charges. It should be 1 total labor charge for 1 entire job. If you're going to use this company, please make sure you have your total invoice amount upfront so there are no discrepancies on the back end. Don't have any work done until you know the exact amount(s). Unfortunately, I will not be using this company again. I have found another company to paint the rest of my house who is much more efficient and economical.

We used Umanas Painting And Remodeling Co to paint to perform some painting and remodeling prior to moving into our new home. Jose produced a very detailed and itemized quote and stuck to it. He started on the day requested and finished 3 days early. I was very happy with the quality of the work, attention to detail and the attitude / friendliness of the staff. Will certainly use Jose again.

Jose and his crew did a great job for us. He provided an itemized quote for the work to be performed and the pricing was very reasonable. More importantly as issues came up and additional work outside the original scope was needed, Jose was very accommodating to our schedule and the prices for the extra work was also reasonable. We would use Jose again and recommend to our friends too.

This company has great workers. They work very hard and take time to do the job right. Painting and flooring installation were done perfectly. I highly recommend them.

Full exterior house paint, drywall repair and interior paint. Very satisfied. Completed work on time with great quality. Jose and his crew were very professional.

They did great work for us and when his guys accidentally took off with our hose, Jose bought us a new one with an attachment. Good guy. Honest and reliable.
