Very disappointed I ordered stock before lunch yesterday and they promised to deliver just after lunch time but I only received my order very late just before they closed worse part is the driver didn't bring everything I ordered the main things were left behind but they promised me to bring the balance first thing in the morning,it is after 14H00 still I haven't receive my stuff people are waiting they can't carry on working without these things and I must pay them for being there today.I really think it's unfair since time is money and they refused to give me my slip for things I paid for.im very disappointed because I went on friday last week and I wasn't happy.

I have recently bought asbestos from the hardware on 27 july 2020 and i have concerns about the quality of the asbestos i bought. Attached is a picture of how the new asbestos looks on the roof. I must say that this is disappointing and this looks like asbestos fungus. This does not look nice for a new roof.

Horrible experience. Its the 3rd day today in succession going there but each time, we pay for an item and its not packed. Had to return to complain. 2 Muslim old men at the door were very rude. They have such a horrible attitude over nothing. Not going there ever again. Its actually not worth any star

Nestled between Malaba Hills and V Section, the store is always pumped. The staff on track with stock and pricing. The management always willing and sometime over eager. The style of store is reminiscent of a mega mall but in a setting that's not. Don't be fooled, Umlazi is blessed to have this store.

Friendly staff. Always willing to help. Pity I could not find what I was looking for but the store is fully stocked. The checkout process is rather odd and gets frustrating when you have a large consignment of goods. There is ample parking space.

Had a terrible experience as the cashier who was helping me had no time and was rushing me, but thanks to one of the workers they helped me get the stuff I needed, and the cashier who was helping me had charged me more.

Worst service worse part asked for plaster sand was given something else even cement that I bought ended up getting another brand guys who were doing delivery asked for a tip

I ordered grey stone last week Tuesday and still waiting even today worse no one will phone me to let what's going on and I'm so disappointed I want my money back tomorrow

The prices are extremely high and they take long to dispatch your items.... But the good thing about them they never run out of stock, you will get wat you need for sure
