We've utilized Unifirst Edmonton (Rep - Barry) for several years and continue to receive impeccable service. We have a weekly matt run, with other supplies such as soap, hand cleaner, facial tissue and toilet paper. We've also orders overalls for our dock staff, that are very high quality and professionally embroidered with our company logo. During the pandemic we've been able to obtain hand sanitizer not only in bulk quantities for our office but individual bottles for us to hand out to our local and long haul drivers. They've adapted to all COVID-19 protocols in our building to smoothly continue with our required services. We would highly recommend using them and do not hesitate to give them a five star rating.

Bear Humeniuk has been visiting our branches here in Edmonton for the past roughly 15 years and I have nothing but the best words to describe the experiences we have had with him. He is always so happy-go-lucky, friendly, cares about his clients and will go above and beyond to ensure that we are happy here at F12. If something gets missed or the wrong item is dropped off, he is quick to resolve the issue and is back in making us as happy as ever with the services provided. We get our mats, terry cloths and tea towels from them along with soap, TP , facial tissues and paper towels. Thank you for all the years so far Bear! You rock!

We switched over to UniFirst a number of years ago from their competitor and have never looked back. Bear is our representative, he is efficient, friendly and always suggests products that will improve our staff's experiences at work i.e. more effective hand wash or Hand Medic for excessively dry skin. We currently utilize their services for Mats, Bathroom Products and buy direct sales cloth items. We've ordered uniforms through them as well, the quality is exceptional, the fit and look are far above other suppliers we've used previously. We would highly recommend UniFirst to anyone who is looking to switch suppliers.

Great Service and Great People! My experience dealing with Unifirst and it's people has been a positive one. Although we're a relatively small client for them, they pay attention to our requests and treat us with respect. For instance, we had an issue with two of our mats and they immediately replaced them that very same day! Every interaction we've had with any of the Unifirst employees and managers has made us realize that we are dealing with a company whose culture is not solely driven by profit.

I work at a car dealership, and the Logo Mats that we received from UniFirst have been excellent quality! We have weekly carpet cleaning that feels like it takes care of itself, with outstanding service from our rep, Bear! Not only do they provide excellent quality products, but our rep is a welcome face in the dealership for all of the staff here - he shows that you don't need to work for the same company to be a part of a team! Proform has been with UniFirst for almost a year now, and service has been great the entire time. Our service rep is Bear, and he is great at what he does. You can definitely tell that he loves his job! He is super friendly and thorough every week. If we ever need our order modified or extra stock he takes care of it right away. We use UniFirst matts and cleaning products at our office. Could not be happier with the company, products or service!

My company has dealt with Unifirst for the past 14 years. They have completely met our service requirements and maintained our inventory levels. Our representative, Barry, is friendly and hardworking and has no issue meeting our demands often without notice. He is eager to make sure our needs our met each week. Based on the service we have received from Unifirst and Barry, I have no problem recommending their services to others.

Park Landscaping has been dealing with Unifirst for a couple years now and have found the service Bear gives us is Exceptional. He takes care of the inventory so I never have to worry about being out of anything when the Janitorial lady is here to clean. Also, if anything new comes out he always lets me know. The service is awesome, Bear is always so friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Quite unhappy with the service for our company. We have been overcharged periodically on statements for services we do not use. We have had several occasions where our uniforms did not show up. We have requested repairs that get neglected for months at a time. I would rather invest 5k in a proper set up to service our own uniforms then even consider giving these guys $20 a month

Our service rep Victoria just left our business and I just have to say that I really appreciate her service, kindness and professionalism. She is always very pleasant to deal with and always goes above and beyond to make sure that we are happy with everything. I haven't always been pleased with Unifirst, but I am always happy with the way Victoria does her job. Thank you.

I have recently switched from Canadian Linen to Unifirst for coverall service and I havent looked back. The entire process from ordering with Susan to doing weekly pickups/drop offs was made so easy and convenient. Our driver Nathan is polite and accommodating. Even though we run a small business I truly believe they treat us like we are a huge corporation.

Hands down the best service from our weekly driver Nino. Always comes in polite, happy and shows interest in our concerns. To be honest I look forward to chatting with him every Friday. This company is nothing but a money grabbing pile of lies. I received 5 price increases in 1 month. It took over 4 months for them to correct their errors then finally give me one. I just got ANOTHER one on top of that and now a new "mat recovery fee". What's next a "we feel like it fee" or a "buy us lunch fee" Worst company ever.

I have had 2 people del.the coveralls to our location.and was pleased with both.one moved on and Victoria is the person coming to our 2 locations now.it is great having some one that checks to make sure everthing is ok and if we need anything.it is great to have that smile once a week with everthing that is going on in the world

I have been using UniFirst for some time now and am happy with the service they provide. As no one is perfect there are on occasion some hiccups but it is how these situations are dealt with that matter. UniFirst has taken care of any concern I have raised in a timely and very satisfactory manner.

Very impressed with the service we get from Aminder here at Ideal Products of Canada. We used to have a lot of issues with missing/lost coveralls, coveralls that needed to be fixed and not getting fixed, etc. But ever since Aminder took over, we haven't had any issues. Thank you Aminder!
