Called to make an appointment to bring in my sxs and they said bring it in. Loaded it up took it the next morning and the lady said oh I'm not sure we work on on Sxs's anymore. She sent to the garage and talked to some one and came back out and said yes it's fine. I left the sxs there and then 30 mins later they called saying sorry we don't work on Sxs's anymore. I had to leave work and go back out to get it. Such a huge waste of time and a terrible way to run a business. Next time just say no we don't work on Sxs's and u would of been fine with it.

This is the second year that I have used Unique Cycle to service my Harley.... tires, battery, suspension, fluids, carb problems, repairs.... I am 100% satisfied. Jeff takes the time to explain the work, options and answer my questions, pricing was fair, job completed on time. Jeff is very knowledgeable about Harleys and Wendy is wonderful to deal with in the office. I highly recommend.

great place to deal with. I want to swap bars and they took the time to help me out, I supplied my own but unfortunately they wouldn’t work but these guys explained everything and then had the new ones I chose there and swapped in a decent amount of time. The finished result was awesome, super clean and looked great. I will be going back for any other work I need done.

Found these guys on Google, after calling around to other shops to price out a new set of tires. Not only were they substantially cheaper, but they had a way better timeline for actually getting it done. They’re nice people and do good work. I’ll definitely be going back for any service I’m unequipped to do myself

Outstanding. Took my 2018 KLR to Jeff for the Doohickey Mod, New Tires and a few other things to get ready for the season. I wasn't expecting my bike back for a couple of weeks, but I got a call the next day that it was ready. Unique Cycle is Top Notch. This is the standard on how all bike shops should be.

Took my Road King in for tires,brakes,drive belt, shifter linkage issues. Unique cycle did an awesome job, my bike rides like brand new. I highly recommend them. Friendly staff and affordable. Thanks again for great service.

What a great shop, had my DR650 geared up to go on a 4K road trip to the north (Nunavut) at the end of last season... they did a great job! Very happy with that work, will return again soon :)
