AVOID PLEASE - Went to view a car and the car had mould in it and the seat belt had not be reset properly. Paid £90 for an inspection and the car has not been repaired properly following an accident and basic things had no been rectified (the seat belt was faulty) which would fail an Mot (they passed it themselves a few weeks prior). The dealer agreed to make repairs but kept pestering me for a deposit. The dealer (AJ) kept delaying me and saying it was in the body shop and then I messaged and it had been sold. The dealer had people visiting and test driving without masks during lockdown. Terrible service. Can't believe the ratings are high so they must be fake or delusional. Please avoid. I wasted £90 and my time on this dealership.

Brilliant car dealership! Bought our new 7 seater family car from Unique motors and couldn't be happier with the experience. Very friendly, honest and genuine guy. Very helpful, didn't rush me, gave me all the time I wanted to check over the car and test drive it. From looking at his forecourt it's clear he doesn't sell rubbish cars, everything looked like a decent standard even at a lower price range! 3 month warranty offered on all cars. He even picked me you up from the train station when I returned to collect the car! I would definitely buy from here again without hesitation and I would recommend them to anyone!! I left a review on auto trader too... But here we go again. This is the "Most Honest" garage in Birmingham! This review is as honest as it gets. I was looking for a new car for a bout 2 days and found a low milage ford fiesta at unique motors. Although it was a cat S the team were very helpful and honest about the history of the car. I test drove the car and as soon I returned I paid a deposit and bought the car the following day!! They were honest, friendly and very welcoming. I look forward to building a positive relationship. I cant recommend this place enough! Extremely friendly , professional and helpful sales man and his collague. I had an issue with my bank and the Sales man even offered and gave me a lift to the city centre to sort my issue with the bank instead of me calling a taxi (free of charge of course). He helped me fill out all the paper work quickly and easy. Answered all of my questions with through explaintion. my new car comes with 3 months warranty with reliable mechanics. I bought a Toyota Avensis from Unique Motors 3 weeks ago, AJ was really helpful ,but not in a pushy way. I took my time checking the car which they were absolutely fine with, than took it for a drive ,he wasn't trying to hide anything, the car description was spot on , even better in real life than on pictures. Also 3 months warranty was posted to me ,which I got round a week ago .I would recommend them as a friendly and reliable service, I would get another car from them without hesitation. A+ !
