Overall good experience. Pickup is quick & easy, everything is COLD. However, once a small mistake was made with my order (a thing that happens) and I was low-key about it, contacting them just to let them know. I didn’t appreciate

Deceptive pricing. Was told monthly I wouldn’t hit the monthly minimum of $250 with estimated product storage and movement. Was charged over $400 / month for storing just about three pallets.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They are also very fast loading and unloading. They are easy going with choosing a door to back into.

Old and dirty. Out dated and not food safe. The cold chain is comprised. Freezer is not cold enough. Don't store your product here.
