"I wish I had the option of giving 0 stars"
I wish I had the option of giving 0 stars. Because considering the amount of money I pay for a platinum PPO , 0 benefits is what I'm getting out of this insurance.. it has been headaches for the past two months my company switched to them. And ever since every god damn time I have been at my OBGYN office, the insurance initially rejects it, my Dr office has to call them, and THEN United says "Oh,beverything is Ok! Nevermind!" I'm outraged and disappointed and I think my blood pressure is going up in the lobby before my appointment, waiting for this madness to be resolved.
