Went to the manager line with my two neighbors about the mail carrier dumping our mail at the wrong address. I won’t say the managers name but she is a short African American woman. There use to be man and a tall African American woman that were GREAT but this lady replaced them… anyway this new manager LIIIIEEESSSS. I won’t get into detail but this new manager is lie lie lie liar. She smiles and says yes, avoids addressing the issues and just. And lies through her teeth. Like why lie. No one is going to loose their job. All that can happen is better service. Seems like the only way she knows how to handle anything at all is lie. Children do that. This grown woman was a lie’ing child. Lie’ing when she absolutely didn’t have to. Disgusting.

The WORST USPS in California!!! There are 5 or 6 windows at this location and only 2 people work here every day. They are impolite and aggressive when they serve you. Today I was there at 4:45 and they didn't serve me and made an excuse that there are many people inside and they close at 5:00, so they didn't serve me! There is a black man who I guess is the manager and he did not allow me to go inside. He was absolutely aggressive while I was telling him that they should serve people since it was only 4:45! He was just yelling at me and other people. I think if everyone call USPS customer service and report this location they can not behave people like this...

Normally the people working here are nice. A woman named Tiffany who works here is very very rude and what a horrible person to encounter. I was here yesterday July, 23rd at 12:45 pm and that is when she was working. For no reason at all she was embarrassingly rude to me. All I needed was a copy of my receipt and she acted as if I asked her to do something out of the norm. Her tone, manner, vibe was so rude. She told me to get out of the line to find the info and said NEXT! Before I even moved. No idea why she thinks it’s ok to be this unprofessional! They need to remove her from customer service.

They don't process passports at this location. We waited several weeks thinking we had a valid appointment to get a passport for our child. Having to coordinate time off work and bringing our child was hard and this was our second appointment that was not valid so it is very upsetting. The website lets you make an appointment a month in advanced even though this service is not available at this location. This is ridiculous! Two stars because the post office worker was at least nice and I know it's not her fault.

I've only had good experiences with this local post office! Staff has always been very nice and patient. I haven't had issues with them losing packages I've sent out. Navigable parking situation. The only issues I've experienced seem to arise out of understaffing, which ultimately can't be helped and seems to be the case at most smaller POs. The workers do their best to provide efficient service, but lines can get long. The few times I've called regarding delivery issues, no one has picked up.

I went to this location to cash a money order issued by post office. The cashier said has only $500 and the other one has only 600 and I want 1000 and they wouldn't cash it for me. I do not get it. My best friend is an inspector in post office when I told him he said doesn't make any sense. If there is enough money in the branch they are supposed to honor the money order. BTW this was my 4th branch to visit but other locations at least they had only one cashier so it didn't upset me.

For some reason, they lock the parking lot mailbox slot to stop you from dropping off letters during off-hours/days. Use the nearby USPS Blue Box at 1401 S Robertson. Employees are very friendly, but have lost 100% of the things I've handed to them directly to pay for postage/shipping. edit: A few months after posting this review, the last midterm's mail-in-ballots I dropped off for my partner and myself didn't get scanned or arrive at their destination. Maybe avoid this location.

Lots of terrible reviews for passport service but we had a great experience. We made an appt on USPS.com and arrived for our appt with no issues. We were able to apply for a new passport for my daughter and renew my husband's passport during the same appt slot. We worked with someone named Simone and she was kind, patient and helpful.

Awful lack of communication that wastes people's time. I had a passport appointment scheduled for today, when I got there the staff claimed they sent out an email that said they have to cancel all appointments. I check my email every day and found no such email. They had no idea which other locations offer passport processing.

Possibly the worst post office in America. They lose packages about 20% of the time, never answer the phone and sometimes they completely skip out the whole street and we get no mail. **Update: as of may 18 2023: Lost another 5 packages. I am filing a federal complaint. This post office is criminal in its negligence.

Do not renew your passport at this location! Made an appointment on the USPS website, and received an email and text confirmation. Went at the appointed time and was told they don't have an agent (they stopped 6 months ago). Please, fix your site! I wonder how many people have been inconvenienced by this.

They lost my package that I sent to my mom and sister, so frustrating and I can't buy it again! i haven't seen my mom and sister for 2 years, because of world events, i thought it would be great to send a gift, but these people work terribly!! The lie a lot!! I do not recommend this place!!

My passport application was returned because my application “was not properly executed by the passport acceptance agent”. However, Simone was awesome - she helped me reprocessed the application when I walked in the second time. Hope it will work out this time!

Just had a great experience with a postal worker here - Black glasses and curly hair in case Management wants to recognize her. She was patient in helping me mail three small packages with forever stamps I had on hand. Kind and welcoming throughout!

Great experience whit my passport appointment. My appointment was at 11am and I did not have to wait at all. The lady named Simone took care of me in the best way possible, she was fast, polite and very nice. I was done in about 10 minutes.

Do NOT patronize this USPS! Worst experience ever! They don’t answer the phone and your package will remain “Accepted” w/ no updates for days! I’ve filed @ least 2 complaints w/ customer service still waiting for my package.

This used to be my favorite P.O. - now it's awful. Understaffed and the workers are rude and opinionated. It's grubby and you can't even mail a letter after hours. Wish no stars was an option.

One teller taking her time. 20 people in line. Third world countries have a better Post Office. What a miserable disgusting place.

  • Eli Rice

Great local post office, I would recommend using the self service area as the lines can be long.

  • Josh H

don't renew or even try to do passport at this location, it's not an available service.
