Do not give them your business. Membership: they deceive you by getting you to join a membership for only $6.99 a month however what they don't tell you and disclose and very very small print in a document that they don't even follow themselves is that you are locked in to a 12-month agreement. At the end of this 12 months you are supposed to be able to cancel at any time through the website as disclosed through the membership agreement. However this is not possible. There is no possible way to cancel your membership online. If you are to follow the membership agreement that would result in there being no way to cancel your membership because they say you cannot cancel membership through email through phone or fax only through the website. I had to call customer service to get them to cancel the membership. When I told them that I couldn't access the website to cancel they informed me that the only way that it could cancel was through the phone. This contradicts the membership agreement that states that you cannot cancel a membership to the phone. The shady practice alone is reason for me to never set foot at an urban air again. However there are other reasons... Toddler time: they make it seem like toddler Time is a cheap way to entertain the child by having them pay $8 to play for 2 hours. What they don't tell you is that there are no employees watching the area and places like the crash pad are sometimes not inflated creating a fall hazard for toddlers. Us parents would watch out for the toddlers however we are forced to pay a fee to be with the kids. If the employees are not going to assist the children in the equipment then the parents should be able to interact with the children but the Urban Air forbids it. Safety: as mentioned above there have been numerous occasions where some of the attractions were not properly roped off to prevent children from being injured on shutdown or broken down attractions. An example of this is the crash pad being deflated during toddler Time. another example is employees not being present during the running of the "Wipeout" attraction. When employee left their post they left the Wipeout attraction unattended and toddlers were heading towards the Wipeout attraction how to not stop them they would have been hit by The swinging bars powered by a machine. No employee was present during the operation of that attraction. During toddler time I found that the gate to the zip line unlocked and that the slide that comes from the zipline attraction is not blocked off during toddler Time. Children can easily get into the zip line area and fall from heights of greater than 15 ft. Harnesses for Zipline do not have inspection date listed. There are holes in the safety netting on the jungle gym. There is exposed wire on the jungle gym. The floor is peeling up in places which create a tripping hazard Cleanliness: ant infestation. Ants all around floor on equipment

Prior to my last even here, I would have rated at least 4 stars, if not 5 and am still giving a 3 because my kids have a blast here everytime we go. However, after hosting 4 birthday parties here over the past several years, this year's party was a let down. Our party host made it feel like she had better places to be. The manager that is supposed to check in halfway through the event didn't announce who she was, just walked in (didn't confirm who the birthday kids parents were), asked if everything was OK so far and then walked out... the whole exchange was like 30 seconds. In the past the hosts we've had were very engaging with the kids, asking them questions about what their favorite attraction was, chatting with the parents when the kids were playing, etc. And I would've cut some slack if it was busy, but we had one of the first parties of the day, the place wasn't busy at the time and no one made any mention to having to split host time with another party (which I don't think was the case). Now with the party package we got we had party supplies (plates, drinks, socks), 2 pizzas (I paid for an additional 1 as well) and wristbands for 10 people. After time is up in the party room, we checked out and got the t-shirt that came with the package for the birthday kid, but we had to go back and get the free pass the birthday kid is supposed to get and the prize cards for the party-goers to win something (we only got 6 of the 10 we were supposed to get). Now here's the thing that pushed me over the edge. The past parties I've had here have never reached full participation, meaning we usually never used all the wristbands that were purchased with the package. In those instances, we were given cards for each wristband that wasn't used to be able to return on other days for "free" (since we already paid for them with the party). So I booked the same package this year as I had each time prior but, unlike the previous parties, after only using 4 of the 10 paid for wristbands I'm told that "we don't give passes for the wristbands that aren't used". Ok was there a policy change? Did I receive them in the past when I wasn't supposed to? "I don't know, that's just what I was told."

Unbelievable horrible customer service amd complete disregard for safety of the patrons. First off, my wife had confirmed with the general manager that we were ok to bring a small cake and a few balloons in since it was just our small family celebrating a birthday. After having been there for over 90 minutes, the kid working the sky diving told us we couldn't have balloons and a cake if we didn't pay for a party room. This kid went and got some 19 year old, Isaiah, who said he was the manager. After again explaining we had called ahead and told it was fine, he said it didn't matter and that we needed to leave. We took our cake and decorations to the car, but the kids wanted to keep playing and none of the employees said anything else. We also observed 3 other tables with cakes, balloons, and decorations, obviously not having paid for a party either. But we were the only ones singled out. Maybe rather than worrying about our small family gathering, the "manager" should've been more interested in supervising his employees, that were texting on their opine when children were 15 feet in the air, clipping and unblinking their own safety lines, flirting with girls when attaching safety harnesses to kids about to be suspended on the zip line and ropes course, or horsing around with each other on trampolines while paying customers waited. The worst part was, after I left with our younger children, the manager called the cops on my wife saying she was refusing to leave even though nothing had been said to us for over 3 hours since the initial conversation. When we bought our tickets for tonight, we debated about actual memberships, but so glad we didn't. We'll go to Altitude or Main Event in the future, rather than be treated like this again.

UPDATE 7/21/19: We decided to invest in the subscription to Urban Air and have not regretted it. Beat the summer heat with an affordably priced program. I did try to cancel at one point based on the economics and then realized that you are locked in for a year, but I am glad I did not go through with that. The lack of a choice bothered me at first, but after we have gotten as much use out of it as we have it has ended up being a very sound investment. I can get work done while the kids run around and get their energy out, a definite win-win. P.S. I was in Urban Air when the Regional Director (Mike?) was sweeping the floors and stopped by to ask how everything was going. That was a great gesture and really demonstrated his commitment to this organization, another reason while I will keep coming back to Urban Air. ORIGINAL: While not inexpensive, there was no time limit on Saturday and enough activities to get your money’s worth out of the experience. There is a snack bar, many things to do, and the staff and management was accessible and friendly. Most importantly is that this location was well staffed. With a fun, futuristic, bright, colorful experience, my only issue is that I didn’t have this when I was a kid. Easy 5 stars, especially compared to other jump/fun parks, including other urban airs. This is the best experience for ages 5-12 in DFW in this category of attraction.

I like this location everything is well maintained and the pizza is almost humorously better than nearby pizza chains. However, I have 4 kids and while I do watch them all, it can be difficult keeping up with them all. There isn't a safety mechanism in place at the exit to make sure kids are leaving with the proper adults. Kidz Mania nearby has one and it provides invaluable peace of mind. Additionally, we have a membership and there is a members only line, but the last 10 times we have been there we have waited for associates to get everyone in the other lines checked in, this feels exactly the opposite of the purpose of a members line. At the very least give members a way to check in autonomously. The last thing that annoys me is that they insist on having Urban Air branded socks. If I show up with 5 people and 3 have one Altitude socks with the same grip or even better, I am made to pay for Urban Air socks. I feel like charging me $20 for socks when I have socks that serve the same purpose under the guise that it's for safety reasons is a bit disingenuous.

We visited for a birthday party so it was a great visit! The staff were all present and attentive to the birthday girl. The facilities were fun for the kiddos, they played for hours. I deducted stars because there needs to be more security for the children. Possible an attendant at the door checking that the child leaving with the adult actually belongs to them. Or maybe a stamp? Something! As of right now a child can walk out the door since it’s right by the ball pit and it would be hard to notice if the parent is sitting at one of the tables further inside the center of the building. For that reason, I kept walking with my child everywhere and making sure I knew where my child was. There has been recent events in this area involving an adult male attempting to abduct a child from the mother (they claimed he was mentally unstable but that doesn’t justify the fact of it happening!), we live in scary times and need to be cautious. The equipment seems clean enough, as clean as can be kept by kiddos constantly jumping and walking. The bathroom had soap and a working sink to wash up before our meal, awesome. Overall a fun place for a child to play indoors!

So your kids need to have grip socks, we brought our own bc my kids are sensitive to the skin. We come in and check in and I’m told they can’t have their own even if it’s grip. We need “urban air” socks. Great way to scam btw. Anyways they get me a manager and his name is Austin Vandiver; I explain my kids situation and he doesn’t seem to care. Still tells me they need to wear their socks. I explained they can get rashed and he doesn’t seem to care about my kids health STILL. In order for them to be in and play I had to purchase the socks. So if they leave in a rash I’m definitely calling corporate and doing what I need to do. They do not care about the kids. If they did he’d understand the sensitive skin. He was also rude and condescending same with the younger Asian girl upfront. They both were rude. I rather go to altitude and that’s where I’ll be going from now on. Also if you have littles 5 and under it’s way too much for them , they can’t do much. ALSO our wrist badge wasn’t working bc they never told us we needed to check it in or whatever. Very unprofessional.

I would love to give this place more stars because the kids have fun. However, it seemed a bit understaffed. The pictures attached shows how messy this place was. We were there for two hours before someone actually came out to clean anything. We had to use the Clorox wipes at the end of the counter to clean our own table. Our pizza we ordered was sitting on the counter for almost 5 minutes without our pager ever going off and I had to go ask them if it was mine before getting it. The bathroom was a big mess and the socks on the floor beside the fountain machine was there the whole time. They were soaked with soda from the spills all over the floor. I even saw the two young managers walk by multiple times not even acknowledging how messy it was. Now, the good side, the membership prices are excellent for the kids to be able to come and jump whenever. They have that going for them. We would love for this place to be what the sign says on the trash can and be the cleanest indoor theme park. I would also like to see a way for them to protect kids from being taken as there is no security or Adult employee working the front to verify relationship upon leaving.

The BIGGEST SCAM. We attempted to cancel due to constant bullying up there. Parents drop their young kids off and the kids have no rules or supervision. 99% of employees are barely 16. It gets worse every time we go. My kids have been punched, shirts torn, scared in the bathroom, kids cussing, etc. Oh and do NOT go on teen night! Cops are there, its actually a scary environment and not safe, esp for females. Its the wild wild west! But guess what?! It's impossible to cancel the memberships. Nowhere is it on their website how to do it. I'll save you some time: You're locked into a 12 month contract and IF you can't afford it, too bad. There's a $150 cancellation fee. Oh, and if you downgrade to a cheaper membership, it starts a new 12 month contract! My kids have been members since 2019. We supported them during the pandemic. Only 4 months in 5 YEARS have we not been members. And they won't cancel cause guess what, I'm locked into a membership until Jan 2024!!! This isn't disclosed when signing up. It's in tiny print where you can't find it. They're getting rich off of people who can't stop paying them. DONT JOIN!

We did a birthday party for our 9 year old here on a Friday 11/3/23. The birthday party was normal and I have no complaints about that part of the night. However when my 13 year old son had a horrible experience that night. He returned to the party room in tears and according to one of the 10 year olds, a group of teens had been throwing dodgeballs directly in his face. My 13 year old also stated that the group was getting in his face and calling him names that are considered homophobic. When we reported the incident to management, the staff questioned the group of teens and then took their word that they had done nothing wrong. Management told us that they could maybe review the security footage to see if my son was really being bullied, but they did not take the time to do it. I am extremely disappointed with Urban Air and the response to this incident as they did not do anything to discover what had actually happened and allowed the teens to continue to play. They lack adequate staff to supervise the park and prevent incidents like this, and apparently do nothing when altercations like this occur.

Urban Air or maybe Thrashed AIR the bathroom was a mess and the tables have trash on them for 3 hours plus. It’s obvious that they just opened and overwhelmed. The manager should have been ready for this kids using there shoe to clean up the ice spilt on the floor which my wife pointed out to be a manager of some degree Bwahaaa no way they were ready cars parking all over the place. The staff was nice though but the owner brought this bad review on himself for neglect to be prepared for new openings instead of telling people you will be towed on the loud speaker if you park other then the parking areas and you should have put a member of staff out there to help but I guess what you took there money and then let them figure out for themself that the owner didn’t prepair for the tragedy of cars circling like sharks waiting constantly for a spot while they are towing people off LOL!! Maybe this place will be a nice place to bring the family in the future but be prepared for the circus and the new to wear off a little to save yourself some sanity from chaos exploding in your face.

I would like to start off by saying the kids had a blast. Now as for the person paying for the birthday event I didn't rate a complete 5 stars because of what I paid for I didn't necessarily get. I got a random text on the day before saying that they were short staffed and I would be sharing a host which was included in the package. It went on to say I would be comped 4 pitchers of soda for the inconvenience I didn't want the soda but could have used something else never got the soda or anything else for that matter. I didn't want to complain to our hostess because she looked stressed and over worked. Had to go keep locating her once we needed something which I was ok with seemed to take a burden off of her. I got the glow in the dark theme only thing we received were 10 glow stick necklaces. Those large pizzas were more like mediums but delicious. Overall the experience wasn't as bad as a lot of the reviews that I've read. I think that depends on your visit day and time. Kids loved the location especially the sky diving tunnel. We will be returning thanks for the experience.

Took 4 kids to the North Fort Worth location on Harmon road yesterday evening and had a blast. This is the very first time of many visits that ALL the Staff were super nice, helpful, patient and very very professional. Mind you we've been here a gazillion times but this visit was by far my best experience here ever. The manager and all staff helped me with any and all questions demonstrated the lights for the glow party I was inquiring about and everything. Maddie was the front desk person and so so nice and patient with me. The Cafe lady was the same way and it was her first day.... Of course when it's time to go you've got the 1 or 2 kiddos that you've got to chase and so we were late getting out the door. But that didn't deter the staff's patience at all. I think they all deserve recognition for how smoothly and professional they ran that place. Way to go Team Monday!!!! Thank you so so much for all you've done and continue to do......

Make sure to get your change and receipt at the time of purchase when buying food and ice cream from the concession stand. My 10 yr. old had to learn the hard way. She was told she would get her change when she picks up the food/ice cream. Of course that wasn't the case and since she was unable to provide a receipt she wasn't given her change or her ice cream. She paid $30 for 2 icees and fries!!! SMH. After this event I called Issac, the on duty manager, to inform him that he needs to keep an eye on the processes and enforce better policies at the concession stand.....he proceeded to defend his team members and deny that it took place. Either way I didn't ask for compensation of any kind. Just accountability and to be ensured it won't happen to anyone else's child. I will NEVER go back to this establishment since they CAN NOT BE TRUSTED and management could careless.

  • Joseph Cantu

The most convoluted and inefficient ticketing system on earth. There’s no way to purchase tickets in person. They make you scan a QR code posted 15 feet in the air in order to purchase tickets online even though you’ve already been waiting in line 20 minutes. The website is trash and if you even so much as make the slightest mistake when making online selections, there’s no way to clear your cart. The pop-ups asking if you’d like to upgrade your tickets to platinum level are aggressively annoying. Finally once that’s all done, then you can attempt to proceed to the front counter where you’ll have to stand in line another 20 minutes. And to top it all off, the air conditioner can’t keep up with this massive building and 100+ temps outside. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

  • Brittany Marshall

I’ve started to like this place less and less lately. Snack bar is always slammed and people just standing around. Teenagers helping run the park which is fine. Everyone needs a first job but when it comes to looking the other way when other teenagers aren’t following the rules, putting little kids in harms way that’s an issue. Said teenagers hanging out with their friends more than surprising. All hanging out in the same area. Some even hide behind the scenes of the play area and just hang out back there. Seems they’re allowed to run the roost unsupervised. It’s not all of them but a good 4/5 I’ve noticed just today. When you try an address the safety concerns you get attitude. My kids love this place but please do better Urban Air

  • Brian Stuhler

The kids had a blast here. My only complaint was there was no safety check or protocol for leaving. Just doesn’t seem that safe when you can just walk out the door, that’s a liability waiting to happen. Aside from that We came when there was pretty much no one there and it was great. The kids had a great time there were so many things to do. Although a lot of the other attractions were closed off as there was not anyone to work them. Nothing like a ball pit to build a kids immune system, like an old McDonalds play place or Discovery Zone but they had a blast in it. It certainly was the coolest trampoline park it had so much to do. I will bring the kiddos back my only complaint was the music was to loud and it wasn’t even necessary.

  • Ashley Farris

Do not have your school fundraiser at this location! They tried charging our parents $34.99 for entry into the park when they were running a special for $20. We asked them if they would consider reducing the price and still honor the 20% that they told us we would get for having our fundraiser at their location. Instead they said that's the corporate pricing for fundraisers... this means that they were spiking up the prices only to make more profit. They were going to give us $7.00 per ticket and make an extra $8.00 for themselves. All we wanted to do was make a little bit of money for our non-profit organization and instead they chose corporate policy. So sad. I won't be going to this location or other urban air locations again.

  • Lee Perez

This place is awesome if they could have enough staff definitely the city should look into this place to see if they can guarantee supervision to the entire place, you need to keep asking and wait long time for someone to open each activities which mean they don’t even have enough personnel, I’ll would said they have at least 75 kids at the time of this post with only 4 employees that actually open rides not counting employees at the kitchen, cleaning crew and front counter which wont count. Manager on site is Isaih I asked to open one ride and they lied to us since they don’t have enough employees they came back to said it was broken 5 minutes later another employee came back and told me it was working perfectly fine.

  • Kendall Romero

I would give this place 5 stars but theres just a few minor things that held me back.I love coming here with friends, especially tumbling on the tumble track. I don't like it though when I wait in line for my turn, and little kids nearby just run in front of me down the tumble track. And the parents are right there just watching it happen instead of saying, "oh I'm sorry" and getting there kid! And I come here regularly and me being 14 year old female (which is the age you can start working here) the workers recognize me and some of the young boy workers have tried flirting with me. Overall though I have a lot of fun here and the staff is pretty helpful.

The kids love coming here normally l, and we went with the Ultimate Membership a few months ago, knowing the kids could do the attractions they enjoyed, including the sky rider. Showed up today, kids got in line and we’re informed they could no longer do the sky rider. Apparently they changed it and we, as members had no idea. Disappointed kids for sure. I don’t think it’s right. We paid for a certain level and then that gets changed, and I’m told we can’t cancel our membership before the year is up. On top of that, two of the attractions have been closed for a long time. One is definitely in need of repairs and not sure about the other. Hate having to pay and not get full use of the facilities.

My 9 year old daughter was invited to a birthday party at Urban Air. We had heard the mythical talk of zip lining from the ceiling and fun everywhere but it wasn't till I saw it with my own eyes did I believe this! It was amazing and fun and loud everywhere. They even have a skydiving simulator! That was not included in the party but everything else was included! As far as age range goes this place is definitely gear towards 5 and up. They did have an area with slides and a mountain to climb as well as trampolines for little kids but it wasn't for little kids exclusively so be aware. This place is a blast! Super awesome for a birthday party or a fun weekend night and worth every penny!

  • Leanne D

We decided to bring my son here for his Birthday, but the smell hit you once you walked through the door!!!! They have teenagers working here, NOT ONCE did I see these employees helping anyone out when it came to Zip lining and rock climbing, my son had a hard time getting equipment on. While the worker was there and seen my son was having issue's we had to ask for Help!! Adults needs to be running this place. These (Teenager) Employees, LACK Customer service skills and need to be trained properly someone can get hurt!! We'll be returning just NOT this location.

This place has a lot of really cool equipment to play on for kids. I'd say ages 7, 8, 9, and 10 would have the most fun and be able to do all of the activities. Little ones could maybe participate in some with help. The employees were super friendly and helpful. However, there was carelessness to the trash/cleanup at this location. I can't speak for other ones. It was ok. There wasn't anywhere to sit and watch my kid play, so I was on my feet a lot, and it got crowded when trying to navigate around the different areas. I'd say there's room for improvement, but it was a blast for my 7 year old, and she didn't want to leave. Worth trying.

  • Angela Roberson

The kids had a blast! Luckily, there was a coupon for the time we went. But, if we had to have been paying full price; I would have been more upset. This "indoor adventure park" was not properly staffed. Many of the attractions were not open until later in the afternoon, due to lack of employees. This place is packed with a lot to do, and everyone involved to not be bored. Even if you are just a spectator. Just be aware of the time you go. Staff is more visible as the place gets busier. Thankfully, there were other parents and patrons that knew enough of what they were doing, without staff assistance.

  • Kevin Luker

I definitely recommend getting the membership. I have 2 kids (ages 7 and 10), and for them to have access to everything is like $35 each for a single visit. Meanwhile, a membership that gives them access to everything is $18 or $19 per month. Plus being members lets us skip the line, gave each of us a free pair of socks and gives us free pizza and popcorn every visit. Would give 5 stars, except they used to give cups of water, but now if you want water, you have to buy water bottles or use the fountain.

The staff seem really young, like younger than 16. I overheard that they hadn't received their breaks since opening and it was well into the afternoon. The staff seemed stressed and overworked. Children are not being supervised my adults, and on several occasions I witnessed older children doing really dangerous stunts, and almost harming younger children. It's unorganized, there's no supervision, and employees seemed overworked and stressed out. I don't support management for allowing this place to be so chaotic. I feel like this place could be really fun if there wasn't so much chaos.

  • Jennifer Gaither

My family had a blast here and the kids were wiped out by the time we got home. Bonus! If you think you might visit more than once in a year, just go ahead and get the membership. The value is remarkable. When we first got there, the staff was less than impressive and you must purchase the membership online so it was pretty self service but when I had an issue with the way I set up my membership, a new staff member helped me out and he was very polite as well as all of the rest of the staff and so accommodating to my kids' whims. Super clean play area and fun for all ages.

Came here for a birthday the kids and adults all had so much fun.You can book private rooms for parties or there is some private tables downstairs you may reserve for parties. There is also open tables in the food court area. They offer food and there is beer for adults if you drink you can not do the activities they will remove your wrist band. The hostess for our birthday party was very attentive and did a awesome job.Great fun for all ages.Bring a book or laptop to keep yourself busy if your just letting your kids play cause they will play all day long.

I tried calling every day for a week to plan our large group trip. No one would answer the phone. I tried emailing thru the website, no response. I left voicemail and no one returned phone calls. We arrive on the day planned. They do not offer a group rate discount. They would not allow us to bring our food in or allow us to leave and have our picnic outside and return with our wrist bands. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Lots of stuff for kids to do, friendly enough customer service, the girl who's always up front is so helpful and patient. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is the security here.. there is none. Kids running around going in and out.. I have 3 under 7 and once I can't find one I freak out. If they had something like at chuck e cheese to make sure kids can't just walk out with anyone I would give urban air 10 stars.

Terrible!! Nothing but children working here. No type of supervision. Kids on Leap of faith using it incorrectly while the worker isn’t paying attention, just standing there doing nothing. Teenagers in the ball pit throwing balls outside and at adults. Dirty tables everywhere and nasty nasty restrooms.. THE FOOD? Boy oh Boy! This location needs major improvements and ASAP.. Definitely not coming back to this dusty establishment.

I have to say, i have been to a lot of trampoline parks and this is not one of those. This place is sooooo much more and offers enough different FUN stuff to do to keep you having fun for many hours. We had my son's 9th birthday party there today and it was the best place we have ever used. We opted for the upstairs private room with the solo party hostess. KALIYAH our hostess did not disappoint, she was very attentive and did not leave us hanging @ all like most host's. We will definitely be spending more time @ Urban Air from now on.

  • Alex Kientz

This was my first time ever at an Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park. While I was there with my son to join a friend's birthday party, it was pure excitement and fun from beginning. The manager on staff came to ask how the birthday party was going, Customer's children were respectful of one another, and the pizza wasn't bad at all. I would recommend going back and even considering joining if I lived closer.

We only came here for a birthday party for a young teen. We did not take part in the activities but everyone who did said they had a great time.our event coordinator was a 14 year old young man who was on top of everything. Very helpful and made sure all the special moments were done on time. It was a good experience and as a grandparent, i would definitely suggest this place for the youngers to have fun.

This place is getting more and more expensive to host a party, since they keep taking things away. 1) Those kids who have a membership can't use that membership if they are attending a party, which didn't used to be the case. 2) The highest tier party package no longer comes with fruit punch, just water. 3) Etcetera... Also, every party we've had, there's always an issue with Ms Attitude in the Blue Shirt. She straight up accused a parent in our party of not paying for her food. Isaiah should be running things, not her.

  • Mark Ford

Shelby the manager would not let re enter after leaving for 15 mins to take a bathroom break at apt across the street. Same day within 20mins from purchase. Employees could not answer any question I had about the park. Def not helpful what so ever. Also refused to provide corporate number and or refund. Poor business choice. Never again will I visit this location. Thx for nothing but taking my money.

There are a lot of activities for the young and young at heart...It is a fun place. But, I did have some safety concerns. The workers are very young and not well trained. The staff had a hard time working with the harness for the rock wall as well as the skywalk area. There was a young girl (7 maybe), at the rock wall, that could not get released from the wall and there were no workers in the area. There was one young man that was very good and professional, but most were not well trained.

Great place for my nine year old to play...a great deal for 19.99 a month with a slice of pizza and popcorn every time. My reason for the three stars is the food. It's really expensive, and awful! The pizza is way below average, but edible. Inedible cold chicken tenders, cold fries replaced with microwaved hard ones when I complained, super slow service and nice but clueless employees. 45 minute turnaround for food including waiting in line. Great, fun place with horrible, overpriced food.

  • L. K.

Good facilities and location for kids events. The host was attentive and very professional. Customer service desk in the back needs improvement. Stood there waiting for service while staff walked by. Then staff tried convincing me a youth medium size tshirt was actually adult medium. Manager appeared agitated when I pointed it out and handed me a adult large shirt stating "it's cotton and will shrink"... turned to the smallest thing diminished an otherwise 5 star experience.

Terrible customer service. I stood in line for 30 minutes to purchase a ticket. When I got to the counter, the waiver apparently didn’t go through. I didn’t mind redoing the waiver, but my frustration is he made us wait in line another 30mins to purchase the ticket. My child enjoyed himself but his time was cut an hour short. Go to the Southlake location. Wayyy better!!

Today i had the most horrible experience. The sky diving trainer at nort fort worth. Told my son on my face that he can't do it due his weight that the minimum way was 220 when my kid its not. He had a discrimination with my son. When i ask were its the rule about the weight. Isaias supposed to be the manager said that he made up this rule. I sent time money here due my kids love it. Its really disappointed how people can be so cruel especially at kids.

Very cool place. Literally so many people use this place as an all day daycare. I talked to a 13 year old when I was there today. He was soooo athletic! He was jumping so highly, that I HAD to try what he was doing! As a former collegiate football player, walk on, I injured myself! Hats off to you, parents of this kid! Greatest idea ever! You have an extremely healthy, talented child. He has unlimited potential! Great, smart job guys!

Plenty of activites for the kids to enjoy. Pricing is not to bad. Good selection of food and snack items for the whole family. Specified sections to eat your meal away from the action. Free Wifi available for use. Not so fond of the socks provided though. Otherwise, a great place for the kids to get lost in.

We went here for a birthday party. It was our first time here and I have to say there was so much to do. Definitely keeps the kids busy. The staff seemed friendly but I didn't interact with them much since it wasn't my child that didn't have the birthday. I do know the manager came by and asked if everything was good and if there was anything he could do to make the experience any better. That's something you don't see much of.

  • Thu Hoang

Visited Urban Air adventure today (Sunday) and although it’s very crowded, there are so many fun activities to do and wait is not too long at all around 15 minutes at most. My kids love the sky flying/riding, dodge balls, so many types and levels of rock-climbing and obstacle-passing courses, and of course the basic trampoline-based basketball! The staff are young, polite and nice. Foods are very basic pizza and hot dogs.

  • Soulsin Chanlasen

Nice place but the staff here will see you standing at the cafe look at you straight in the eye and your making it pretty obvious you are waiting for help but will not once ask if you need help. I had to say to one staff “ what can I do to get help around here” then finally she says “oh, what can I help you with?” What??? Mind blowing. Staff definitely needs to be trained better. No one seems to not know what their doing.

  • Kathryn Miller

Best Birthday Party ever quote my daughter. We had Mallory as our Party person and she did an amazing job. Kept the party on time and fun. She engaged all of the kiddos. Eli Johnson was the other person who stood out because he helped me as a mom get through the rope maze and zip line. Great kid very professional and helpful! Thank you to everyone at Urban Air for helping make my daughter’s birthday the best this year.

  • Esther Sanram

Fun but a very gross place ran by teens not a single adult there to make a decision of getting the place cleaned up. The cafeteria side was worse! soda and food on the floor and no one to clean it. There was a fight and the employees wouldn't focus on their job they kept telling to each other about it making the kids unsafe while rock climbing. They wouldn't even make sure they were well buckled. Very disappointed

  • Casey Kimbler

Came out here to do some plumbing work. Management and staff was exceptionally friendly and understanding of our presence. I don't think I saw a child not having fun. They have many means of entertainment. The seating areas are large and spacious to accommodate customers. My crew and I took lunch and ordered a pizza from their dining area and it was pretty good. If I had kids from 5 - 14 I'd totally bring em here.

  • Rachael Flick

Went for a bday party. Kids had a blast. The gentleman working the indoor skydiving was superb. Explained everything to the kids perfectly, even put on a little show after they were all done and they were amazed. I wish I would have gotten his name. He definitely deserves a raise!

The staff is phenomenal and kept everything running smoothly and clean. There was a group that was trashy and disrespectful to others in the play areas, but the staff kept up with everything pretty well. The only thing that brings down a great center like this location would be parents who do not supervise their children. To the team members working, GREAT JOB!

  • Rory Corrigan

I was here for the soft opening, did not get to fly in the tunnel, but I finally got back to it! Che, Lucas, and Trevor were awesome and friendly, really enthusiastic about what they get to do. All the other flyers left the flight area with BIG smiles, I had a lot of fun as an experienced tunnel flyer/Skydiver. Definitely worth the upgrade for the airtime.

  • lotus davidson

All in all it was a good experience, our host was very attentive and helpful. The only problem we had was the room was a little hot, but they tried to make up for it for giving our party free slurpy and took off $50 from our bill.

Wow! I would have lived in this place when younger. What an amazing place for kids to explore, burn off some energy, and test some of their adventure boundaries. Day pass fees are outrageous, highly recommend membership, and bring your own snacks (or buy the membership that includes them) because the snack bar takes gold bars or something ;)

  • Demi Cole

It’s a pretty funny story, but I drive lyft. So I gave someone a ride to work here and came in to use the toilet! They were super duper friendly and showed me where the restroom was then invited me to try out the skydiving tunnel. It was an absolute blast. I will be coming back. Cheers and a huge thanks to Travell, Kyle, and Jeffrey.

This place calls itself the "cleanist indoor theme park" yet it's disgusting. It is clear that routine cleaning of the play areas isn't happening. Even the easily accessible screens are covered in dust and filth.

Manager Isiah was awful! He is just a rude individual that does not belong in a management position, especially one dealing with the general public. He is just one of the several issues with not this location but urban air in general, done trying all these different locations with the same type of staff. Don't waste your money!

They have sky diving here! Wish we could do this at Urban Air in CO. I think every location has a zip line? We were hoping for bumper cars and laser tag as well...kinda wish they would streamline what each location offers (esp for the price) As always a ton of fun and super expensive! …

Good place for bring the kids and burn all the energy they have! With many activities from trampoline, dodge ball fight with trampoline, rock wall climbing, pool ball obstacles course, and more !, food court area with big screen for watch football, games, good food , come and have a blast !

  • Steve Coen

Terrible staff. I'm all for hiring teens and them getting experience but at least have one grown up professional around to steer them in the right direction. The facility is rad and my kid loves it. The staff literally is just the worste and it ruins what would be a great experience

  • Debra Wakeland

Staff have no clue what they are selling and there isn’t enough seats for grandparents! Just take the kids to a City park, less expensive and less germs! Nasty feeling, saw no one cleaning anything, and all staff acted like they would prefer to be in another place and time!

  • Angelina Dean

This place is amazing. The Fly Team is awesome, especially Kyle and Cameron. They have created friendships with several families that frequent the park. We have been members, since the day memberships became available. I am very happy that Urban Air has arrived in our area.

This place is filthy and run down. The mats were all very dirty, it all needs to be deep cleaned. The nets in the play part were all broken and zip tied together, alot of the platforms were broken also. The foam pit blocks were gross and had chunks taken out of them.

  • Jeremy Estes

Better than your average kids birthday location. Prices for day use might be a bit high, but the kids love it. Lots of activity options, beyond just trampolines and playgrounds. Big walls, indoor skydiving, rope courses. Not a bad option for the 100+ degree days.

Management needs to do better. The past two days we’ve been here there has been standing brown, smelly water ( likely from the heavy rains we had) underneath the trampolines near the sky zone. How is this even acceptable?
