Make sure you find out what attractions are closed BEFORE you pay. My kids love the king of the mountain thing and the ball pit, and both were closed today. The mountain thing was taken apart, has probably been closed awhile, and may not be coming back. However, I’ve never seen the ball pit closed, and we didn’t discover its closure until we’d been there awhile. The wipeout thing also was not running. My kids were very disappointed. I asked about getting a rain check or something given the amount of stuff closed vs. the amount of stuff my little kids could do (too short for the sky rider and climbing walls). The young lady at the desk was very nice and understanding, and said she’d get the manager to talk to me. The manager was apparently too busy and sent her back to tell us that “absolutely everybody knew the ball pit was closed when we arrived” and that they weren’t going to do anything to make up for it. Obviously not everybody knew (me) and I even looked around the front doors to see if it was posted anywhere, but of course it wasn’t. I wasn’t asking for a refund or anything - just a coupon or voucher to use on another visit, some concession to acknowledge that they let us down. These places thrive on repeat business, so I’m baffled why they didn’t want ours. I certainly won’t be spending my hard-earned money someplace where half the stuff is closed and the manager doesn’t have the courage to tell me to pound sand to my face. There’s other places we can go, and I advise anyone to do the same.

This place has the best staff!! Most friendly kind and genuine staff I have experienced in a long time on find day with my kids! A big shout out to the three particular staff that went above and beyond for our visit today goes to Jaiden in which was our first encounter upon check in . She was the sweetest kind person who you can obviously tell she genuinely loves her job, and working with kids because her overall demeanor definitely showed it! Can tell she is just not there for a pay but there because she likes what she does! Best customer service!! Austin I presume was the manager and much like Jaiden genuinely shows he is there because he loves it made sure our experience was amazing and welcoming as we was getting ready to leave! And lastly shout out to the sweet hard working concession staff that rocked it out. She was up there herself and it seemed a bit busy and backed up but she kept smiling friendly and courteous despite customers upset for the little wait they had but she was still a rock star. Thank you Jaionna!!!! Definitely recommend this location for your kids! We usually do Chuck E. Cheese but that staff compared to the experience we had today was as hands down a no brainer as to we felt most wanted and welcomed!! Thank you Jaiden, Austin, and Jaionna! Y’all are Rock stars!!!! My little brother had fun. That’s probably it. My mom and I had the worst experience. We bought a combo and waited 40 minutes till we could eat. And I wanted to like the food since we were hungry, but I just couldn’t. It was not that good. The employees working at the kitchen and register were so rude. They’re teens and they had such a bad attitude when we were asking if we’d be getting our food soon. It completely ruined our experience there and we like coming here, the park is super fun to have parties at and hang out with family. But even just the way the employees treat people can completely ruin a place. Dealing with these people's attitudes are not worth it. Also, this place is never clean. We go to the bathrooms or the table where you eat and it’s never clean. This isn’t the first time we’ve come here so we know it’s not just this time. It’s just never clean. I really don’t want to eat in a place that’s this nasty.

Absolutely no service. We attempted to use the kiosk but none of them were working properly. The system kept shutting down so we went to the front desk…and no one was there so we waited. And waited. And waited some more. Then when the employee came out of the office, she told me to go back and try again (I’d already tried 4 times on 3 different kiosks) and then to come get an employee to see where the problem was. So I went back to the kiosk and tried again (which took 3 seconds). When I turned around she was gone again. So I waited. And waited. And she never came back out. A fellow parent saw me and my family waiting and told me that over half the attractions were closed bc there wasn’t enough staff and that it was a waste of time and money. So we left and won’t be back.

Look my kids love this place but on the weekends they have so many parties going on there is not enough employees to run the different areas. Everytime you ask if they can open something you get we will see if we can get someone to go over there but no one comes. Please hire more people so the kids can enjoy all of your areas of entertainment. It is frustrating as a parent to have your kids come back and say ten different times they still haven't opened the zipline or the wall climbing area. No one ever works the virtual reality game. You can't charge for all those items if you aren't going to have someone working them.

The facility was extremely clean, I paid for the most expensive ticket for my son but the three main things I paid for were not in operation (the VR not at all, the zipline took two hours to open as did the climbing course). By that point we had been there too long and had to head home do to my son having school the following day. He left in tears because those activities were the main ones that he was wanting to do and was unable to. I was not offered any sort of refund and will not be returning. The status of those activities being unavailable should be posted online prior to purchasing tickets.

We took the time to read the google reviews, and saw a consistent theme of the attractions/stations being closed. Because of that, we called and asked if all the stations were open, and we were told that they were. When we got there, before we paid, we then asked again, "are all the stations open and operable"....we were again told, "yes, they were." Within 5 min of walking in and going to the 2nd attraction/station, it was closed. We went to the counter to get someone to "open it" like they told us they would if something was closed, and was then told that it would not be open because it "needed to be greased." Unfortunately, seems like the reviews were right. Our sons had fun playing $96 worth of dodgeball.

Three security officers were at door when we walked in. It was alarming that they needed that many. VR was down. And we had to go find someone to ride any attractions with a harness, which were two punk kids. My kids did not like them at all, definitely not the right employees to be touching children to strap them up. Facility was clean enough but needed tending to in places. Company needs more employees to manage each attraction. I had to watch closely so my children wouldn't get trampled. Don't think we will go back to this location.

Bought 3 of the best tickets for the grandkids to enjoy all they had to offer. Multiple areas never opened. One area the kids were most excited about was VR, they never opened it. Signs posted said due to short staff if a area is closed grab a employee to use. But everytime we asked about a closed area they said not enough employees. They need to give refunds . Atmosphere is a bit loud but the volume is the joy and glee of children. My ears can be abused by that all day. Decent food and a great place to spend an afternoon with the family in wholesome fun. How many times do hear that said anymore? There are arcade games but only a few and are generally ignored for the zip lines, trampolines, and rock walls. Kids having fun without an electronic device. Worth every penny and then some. Highly, highly recommended.

Oh my goodness! What a lovely location! It is clean, very safe and full of joy. All of the staff is excellent. Love the manager at the front desk who made it easy to use our complimentary birthday pass. They make checking in easy and all of the activities are colorful. My kids are loving it! The music is the icing on the cake and plenty of places for parents to chill. Married couples, bring your family because it is a date within bringing your kids here. You can relax or even bring your laptop to use the WI-FI and get some things done. AWESOME, 5 stars

Out of about six people working there was probably only two you could find. All others were behind the staff only door. Asked for help but they never came. One started toward me and than went back in the staff room. Too busy playing and hanging out with each other. I guess working here is more fun for the employees than the guests. Wish I could work somewhere where they pay me to have fun. Stood at the concession for 15 minutes and no one ever came. Place was trashed. Tables dirty and sticky. Guess the can afford to pay for employees to have fun. Must be nice.

Attended a birthday party here on the weekend. The party room had seen some better days but it was set up and really to go when the party arrived. The overall smell was bleachy and it was loud, but I think that's standard in these types of places. The entire workforce seemed to be sub 21 but they were all polite and seemed to be working hard. The trampolines were big and bouncy and there were several different activities for the kids to do.

We've been to the Urban Air in Ankeny, IA and decided while we visited TN that we'd check this one out. The team member Cam was amazing. He was very attentive, patient, helpful and so nice. When my son threw up, I apologized and he didn't seem to mind. He got my son a water and cleaned it up with zero complaint. He made sure my son was okay several times. He was the only team member helping us too. Without Cam our experience wouldn't have been nearly as pleasant.

Manager does not seem to care about the customers. The entire time here they just stayed behind their computer and seemed upset that I even asked for help, stating that they are short staffed. My daughter had asked 3 different employees for a certain attraction with it taking about an hour for anyone to help, and only after I had to speak to the manager. Management wasn't even willing to do work themselves and just stayed there behind the desk speaking loudly with an attitude towards me. Unacceptable customer service.

We went yesterday (Saturday) as they opened to avoid a crowd. We were greeted and helped by a nice young man. The park was clean and had enough for the kids to do for a couple of hours. The lady who helped with the leap of faith section was very attentive and patient with my child on the spectrum. Both of my kids had a great time. We didn’t do arcade games or eat so I can’t review that part.

Attended my grandson's third birthday at Urban Air today. We were in a private room which gave us the space to spread out and stash all our stuff while everyone enjoyed all the fun things to do! Urban Air is probably the coolest place ever to be totally honest. I don’t think I’ve ever had so much fun in my life. The employees were the best of the best 100%. Especially that one guy named Braydon who was making sure everything was in check, as we’ll as communicating with others perfectly. This was our first time at this Urban Air. We highly recommend the team member Cam! He got us checked in in minutes and helped with all the attractions. He was patient and nice. He was the only one helping too. Our son got sick and he immediately got him a water and cleaned everything up without getting upset or anything. Without Cam, we wouldn't have left very happy. The truth is, don't come and spend your money, go where the service is good, the place is not busy, even so, there are no workers in the games, you only have to look for them, but that's if there are two in the box and they disappear, 3 in the food place and two walking around but they don't help you at all, today our experience was horrible

We arrived on a Monday afternoon, which was lucky since it seemed to be slow. It allowed the kids to play on everything as much as they wanted without having to wait. They had so much fun, and it wore them out. Win!

This place is good for family fun! I was invited fir a birthday party and had as much fun as the kiddos. I haven't been on a trampoline in over 30 years and the elevated ropes course was fun and felt very safe. I left a little to come back and explore. This could even be a good place for a casual date activity.

The place was great for the trampoline, but the indoor playground was disgusting. My child contacted hand, foot , and mouth from there this past weekend and is suffering badly from it.

My kids love this place. However, there's not a lot of seating for adults even though you have to be there with your kids. This particular time the concession stand was short staffed so it took 30 minutes of standing in line then another 30 minutes to get your food. They were out of several menu items also.

I had never been here before but had heard people talking about it. I took my granddaughter and her friend and they had a blast. There was so much to do and such a variety from all the trampoline parks. We will definitely be back. And the staff is extremely friendly.

It was a little expensive, but my daughter found it to be a lot of fun for her birthday. I would encourage you to etch out about 6 hours for the kids to fully take advantage of all the cool places and obstacles to explore. There is a snack bar if you get hungry too.

Don’t wast ur money and time there it’s the dirty urban I ever see I always go the one by CoolSprings Galleria and most of them stuff not working all they have open the jumping and the dodgeball and slam dunk they just need to be out of business it’s better for them

Seriously rethink going to this urban air. It’s filthy, half of the attractions are closed and they will not refund you after 10 min of realizing it. Go look around before you pay! It may be fun for kids maybe 8 and under. My teenagers were super disappointed.

The young girls I was traveling with had a blast. Was glad to have found this place as I feel the tourist area of Nashville doesn't have a lot to do for kids.
