I have been here a couple of times now - tucked inside the first floor of sportsco. You just have to ask reception to let you in. There's a small relaxation area in the back of the day spa where you can get some tea and read some magazines. I usually skip this and the bathrobes and go straight to my massage. I've had both regular and pregnancy massages here. If you're getting a pregnancy massage, Sarah is amazing! You can book online easily and just have to put down a small deposit with 24 hours to cancel. There's other treatments as well and you can get your nails done too! Super convenient if you live in the area and hate the crowds in town.

Urban Day Spa did not disappoint. Although it is too bad we cannot enjoy the leisure suit at this moment (for obvious sanitary reasons), the staff largely makes up for it. I took a personalised massage, the masseuse really listened to my needs and did exactly as asked. It was a perfect massage, I got so relaxed it was hard to find my shoes in the dark after that!! My masseuse was wonderful, thank you Janet! Kudos to the lovely reception lady as well, she was sooo helpful. FYI : Sportsco members get 10% off.

As ever my trip to Urban Day Spa was fantastic, as soon as you walk through the door the warm welcome and relaxing atmosphere is always great. I am always thrilled with my treatments no matter who my appointment is with. I recommend a trip to Urban to family and friends as it is great to leave the hustle and bustle of the city outside and relax before my treatment. 5 star treatments every visit.

I walked in exceptionally jet-lagged and hoping I might be able to be fit in that day for a massage off someone's cancellation. They didn't have an opening, but the receptionist suggested a relaxing facial instead, and I'm so glad she did. Denice did an amazing job - I walked out feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and with glowing skin. On our next trip to Dublin I'll be sure to schedule ahead!

Urban Day Spa is a very professional looking salon. I felt very pampered during the urban manicure. I will definitely revisit! Patricia, the nail expert, is very sweet and attentive to details. My nails and hands are in much better shape after the treatment. I also appreciated that they have a relax room to lounge in while you wait for your nails to dry.

Myself and two friends enjoyed a pre holiday pamper session at Urban Day Spa, we all three enjoyed the ambience and professionalism of the therapists, nothing was too much trouble and they were so knowledgeable about the treatments dnd product, well worth the trip to the Southside. Patricia provided an excellent massage, she worked out so much tension and my back feels brand new today! I wasn't sure what facial to have and Patricia customised the facial to suit my skin, which I must say is now feeling and looking radiant. The whole experience from the hot tub to the relaxation room was second to none! Thank you!

Had Swedish massage treatment at urban day and medi spa. Overall had okish experience in €60. Recommend to put in extra money and go to better place than urban day. The atmosphere was too noisy. Relaxation area was an open area not a room as other have mentioned. Friendly staff. Didn't feel much of difference after the massage.

Very good , friendly and highly professional staff. And very good service . Did very good treatment and explain very well abt the skin problem. Sauna was complimentary for one hour . Only problem was noise . Should be more cosy . Recommended.

When is say say a reopening. Also would love yoga classes Pilates good too but yoga is different and important as well. I don't think the hybrid versions are any good. Yoga different to Pilates and should be mixed up together.

Myself and my mam went for a back massage and facial, it was the nicest massage we've ever had , lovely pamper afternoon, in the jacuzzi after ,steam room and sauna and prosecco too , I'd really recommend urban day spa …
