After looking into multiple furniture shops in Jaipur. I went to Urban Ladder, Tonk Road and was amazed by the variety of products available across the range. The staff at the store does need a special mention, thanks to Ms. Dimple who guided us through different products and patiently answered all of our questions related to product/shipping/installation. Etc. This helped us in making a decision and selecting the product that we wanted to buy. Furnitures were delivered as agreed on the delivery date and the delivery partner coordinated to get it delivered at the desired time. Thanks for the smooth experience.

Contemporary, functional furniture. 1) Good quality products ✔ 2) Contemporary, easy to maintain furniture ✔ 3) Wide variety ✔ 4) Well priced 5) Helpful staff ✔ I was looking for a product that was not available at store so, Dimple from the store put in full effort to make me see the look, size etc. Using other products that were available. 6) Parking however is a big issue. Thee was limited parking outside the store so, had to run two full circles around the lane to be able to get parking space which I was lucky to get.❌

My visit to urban ladder was really great b4 tht i was abit confused abt wht should be a right chair for our study table plus i want it to comfortable aswell... mr Nitin from urban ladder really help me choose the right thing and was really polite and helpful really thankful to him , i made a right choice in choosing from urban ladder

Amazing experience. Was a delight to shop at Urban Ladder because of Nitin. He was extremely patient, courteous and had extensive knowledge of all the products at the store. He understood our requirements quite well and suggested products accordingly. Would strongly recommend shopping with him.
