Staff are great! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and willing to help except for this tall girl, apparently a manager, with short blonde hair, who keeps following me and my boyfriend every time we visit the store like we’re about to steal. She would watch us and follow us around the store constantly asking if we needed any help BUT continues to follow us after. I talked to a cashier about it after I BOUGHT something and she said she was just trying to give us a nice costumer service. WELL... thanks but we don’t need someone to follow us around, we won’t steal.... lol. Just because we’re young and have back packs on and coming from school. Would’ve been a 5-star but she ruined it. Shoutout to the rest of the staff though! You guys are sooo cute.

I will give you my first ever google review to the UO store at polo park to show you how disappointed I am. I was in store to try on a puffer jacket, although the size fits me but I decided to order it online in store, I told them it’s because there are some muds on the wrist part of the jacket and I rather to get a new one online instead of buying it right away in store. The jacket finally delivered to my door today and guess what, it’s THE SAME ONE I tried on in polo park!!! Unbelievable....and if I want to order again online makes it impossible because it’s already sold out, thanks :)

Buyer beware!!! Today I went into the store buying mens sock which were advertised at 3 for $20. When I got home I was peeling off the price tag before I gave it as gifts and noticed they had placed a $10 sticker over a $8 price tag! so they jack up the price to make it seem like you're getting a better deal than you really are!!! It doesn't make too much of a difference if you're doing the deal but it would make a heck of a lot of a difference if you were just purchasing one pair of socks at $10 when they;re regularly $8 a piece. Just be aware of their pricing in this store.

This is a very, what I would call, a 'hipster' store. there is a pretty neat selection of clothing and other products such as records and books here. The clothing is good quality but I would say pretty over priced. The staff are great and helpful. Its a great place for gifts since they have some novelty stuff like funny cards, mugs, note books and etc. I would recommend checking it out it is very interesting and you might find something very cool and unique here. (only downside about this establishment is the prices)

This place is one of the reason I choose to go to Polo Park rather than anywhere else. Staffs are super nice. Their Fitting rooms are well maintained. I only wish they had a better way to display garments, because sometimes it feels like I'm looking through something not so much categorized when it comes to hangers in the center display area. Maybe it's just me and I wouldn't be complaining if they don't change that because display overall looks great.

People who works there can hardly really help you with what you really wanted to get and the manager is really rude when ever you want to do a return or complain about some issues they just feel like they are better than anyone else. Their attitudes are too much to handle, although they do carry really good stuff but I would rather pay 10$ shipping then interfere with people who works there

Horrible service. And making dumb excuses to not let you return. I had the receipt, pants were not worn and tags were still on but she said I can’t return them because I had another credit card than the one I bought with. Talk chick said “How do we know you didn’t just find them on the ground with the receipt and trying to return them” never deal with this overpriced garbage place.

Like that I was greeted within 20 seconds of entering store and asked if I needed assistance.Great job! Been to so many stores in the mall there that totally ignore me and had to chase for assistance this was a refreshing change. Well trained staff.

Decent store. Need more people working on days like boxing day cause line ups are to slow. The store is fine on none sale days. But other stores are able to keep there lines down when sales are on. Clean store tho as well.

Very difficult to order online and pay. They messed up my order, wrong shipping address and ask me to provide an authorization code. They wasted my time, just keep emailed me for issues and canceled my order after 2 days.

Very well merchandised store, selection for men's items was pretty good. Didn't have my size in some items but got what I was looking for. Staff was helpful when I need something, would shop here again for sure.

Cute items but pricey for the quality, I only shop here when there's a sale or buy the clearance items as a rule. But trendy and nice selection of home decor, records, and clothing.
