Please don't visit this urologist, especially if you're still learning German. While my doctor was okay, the receptionist and woman working with the microscope were unbelievably rude I could not believe it. I'm new to Berlin and this experience made me want to move back home it was so horrible. You have to call to get test results and the window is so small. My doctor gave me the wrong information about when to call so by the time I did get in touch with the clinic, she was away for a week. I spoke to the woman who works with the microscope and she began mocking me and became increasingly hostile. I was simply trying to get treatment for pain and I ended the call in tears because of how horrible this woman was to me. Please fire this woman, she should not be working in the healthcare industry. I will never go back to this clinic again. I have never, ever had such a bad experience. Now I will go to another doctor where they provide treatment with kindness and care. This clinic is discriminatory and I cannot believe the doctors who work there allow this treatment to happen.

Terrible service - they don’t speak English and wouldn’t accept my B2 German. They cancelled my appointment last minute; didn’t offer to give me another. They denied an emergency patient. They didn’t offer an alternative appointment or Urologist. “If it hurts that much, go to the hospital”

Unfortunately, the spot pone the same appointment twice with months of difference, being the original appointment in September, the second one in November and the third (and cancelled one by me) in January. I have never experienced nothing like this before.

Just had probably my best Doctor visit experience. The doctor gave me enough time to explain then thoroughly analyzed every aspect and recommended several diagnose options. This is what I expect from health care. Thank you for you care!

Siempre consigo cita con el Dr. Ruppin, que es muy amable, atento y cuidadoso con los exámenes. Además, las pruebas de laboratorio son ágiles. Los trabajadores de la recepción son muy amables y el lugar es muy organizado siempre.

My appointment was postponed twice for no reason after waiting for months. Looking at the other reviews, I'm not the only one this happened to. It shows a lack of respect for patient's time. Wouldn't recommend

Nachdem die Ergebnisse da sind muss man in einem kleinen Zeitfenster versuchen den Arzt zu erreichen um diese abzufragen. Leider ist die ganze Zeit besetzt: sehr schlechtes Management.

Mein Vater ist hier schon lange Patient und ich seit neuerem auch. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit den Leistungen und Kompetenzen der Ärzte. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Anmeldung, Frau Dr. med. Hohberg ist eine sehr sympathische und kompete Ärztin. Wir fühlten uns hier in sehr guten Händen.

Don't expect to be treated respectfully by the staff of this clinic. They are saturated and understaffed. Staff is burned out and reflecting that on patients.

All the doctors are great, but the yellow haired receptionist is the worst human being I've ever met. Only without her, this practice deserves 5-star rating.

Mit akutem Schmerz (Nierensteine) wurde rausgeschickt mit dem Angebot Praxis in Google suchen, weil sie Termine für bestandene Patienten haben.

Fühle mich sehr gut aufgehoben und bin mit der freundlichen Behandlung durch alle Mitarbeiter und Ärzte sehr zufrieden.
