Your website application process for the Shop Utah grant is worthless. You don't open it up until 9:00 on Monday morning (14 September) and I can't get past the first step of the application process before the website crashes. There is a convenient link at the crash site to report a problem... that goes nowhere. You could and should do a much better job ensuring that those applying for the grants that you are promoting are actually able to apply. "High Volume" is no excuse for your poor performance. You should plan on high volume and design your site accordingly. I thought that the State of Utah would do better on their website roll out than the Federal Government did for the roll out of Obama Care, but... I am sorely dissapointed.

Let non essential state employees go home. Stop thinking that making it drive thru only is gonna make a difference. It's not. It's been shown to live on things for hours or days . It doesnt make a difference if the lobby is closed . Your risking those lives for nothing when having drive thru open isnt making up for the loss your causing by keeping tax commission buildings open with limits

This is a great agency. They've been very helpful in getting my small business grant dollars during COVID. The 2020 Shop in Utah grant program was wonderful. That was a win win for our customers, our suppliers, and our business. Staff is very helpful. Thank you to GOED, now Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity!

The people who work here have a thankless job. They have worked tirelessly for my industry (the event industry) during the pandemic and it is appreciated
