Visited to open up bank account. After all checks, got booked time, waited over a month and came back just to hear that it’s not possible, without giving legal reasons for it. The lady even didn’t ask for ID, which brought a question about her professional competence. Worst experience with banking stuff I ever had.

An error with their app locked me out, and left me unable to authenticate myself online. Even though they immediately knew of the issue, they were unwilling to fix it, as my Finnish provided driving license wasn't enough identification. Brilliant.

I made my home insurance there this morning. The employee was extremely nice and helpful, and collaborated with the technical support to register me because I did not have a Finnish ID yet. That‘s what great service looks like.

Front desk unhelpful!! Doesn't listen to customer's need, interrupting when customer is speaking. Talking bad in Finnish behind my back you think i don't understand.
