In continuation to the below response from the firm I have responded on 8th August with all the documents proof and explained it clearlyto to the given mail id. Since then there is no response and action taken.. Actually there is no less than a single star as even this star they don't deserve. Especially this review for Miyapur branch but the unprofessional ethics followed will derive from Org. ethics so we can relate accordingly.. I had visited this branch on 18th June 2023 and was asked for Skin and Dermatologist specialist for my skin issue. I was told Doc is available and consultation charges are 650/- .. I asked specifically to consult Doc first and if provided the required diagnosis then will pay but as they insisted paid before consultation. Then the madam ( supposed to Dermatologist) look into my issue and told they cant provide any consultation and I need to visit a skin and Dermatologist specialist. Even I got the commitment that my fees will be refunded in full. Just they need to raise a ticket to their head office and explain the case and get the refund back to me. Hoping it will be done I walked away that day. From that day the person who has reviewed me was not able to reach and after several follow ups with the branch manager I was asked to come down and provide a letter with bank details proof which I obliged and submitted accordingly.. Even after 1 + month there was no response .. I am not taking the names of the persons with whom I interacted as I follow some ethics.. For any organization of this stature it is a small amount but for an individual it is and most disturbing is they have been duped in the name of so called clinic.. PLEASE BEAWARE OF THIS AS I DONT WANT OTHERS TO GET INTO MY SITUATION

Review after consultation at Miyapur branch Actually there is no dermatologists to diagnose to understand the exact problem, they only have trainees and machine with fixed solutions rather than understanding skin, problems and deficiencies. They Forced to take the laser therapy rather I said that need some time to think and get back. But they maxim tried to book therapy with the minimum amount first with discounts saying which is applicable only for that Particular day until you take the therapy they will not give you any medications or the report which is done with the machine where we insert the face. Bottom line: (650 bokka) better to consult a better dermatologist who actually analyses the skin does some medical checkups if required.

I had a severe hairfall and dandruff problem. I have consulted many allopathic dermatologists & used a number of products to reduce my hairfall and dandruff, but none have ever worked for me. Then I went to Vcare and had undergone Clincal Hrk treatment to regain my hair. Dandruff reduced in just 2-3 sittings, even hairfall gradually decreased, and I have noticed remarkable progress in my hair growth, too. After the completion of my treatment, I continued to use Vcare haircare products for my hair. And still I use the same. Thanks to Vcare & and the consultants(doctors) who took utmost care during the entire treatment.

The staff/doctors are too money minded and they are very commercial in looting the customers. They don’t provide a solution to get rid of the problems, only they pressurise the customers to opt for the high paying treatments and sittings. They make a scenario such that customer will opt for there words and post completion of the treatment if any minor issues occur they won’t help us. They say to go for another treatment and look for the results. They are totally money minded and making revenue with the customers weaknesses. Hope this review reaches the senior management.

I came to Vcare for deep pigmentation on my face, doctor checked my skin explained causes for such deeper pigmentation clearly and suggested advanced laser treatment and deeper peel, after 6sessions i have noticed a remarkable improvement in my face and pigmentation is reduced , they will also guide us the diet and meet for review in every visit and check our health condition, iam really great ful to Vcare for giving me such good results ,even my family members my friends noticed great change in my face thank you Vcare for the support and care you have taken towards me.

I have visited many cosmetic clinics and used many products for my skin issue, but didn't get any satisfiable result. Atlast I have visited vcare, doctors explained about my condition with the help of skin! Test and suggested different treatment options. I have seen the difference even from the 2 or 3 treatment session. They have also explained how diet affected my condition and suggested a balanced diet which is feasible. And then they charge 650/- for skin analysis, money waste over there My enquiry was "for marriage event in 2 months I want tan to be removed for skin, neck and face and so is there any facial for that? Their recommendation is only 6 months packages...worth of 55000 Waste of time.. and 650

Visited Koramangala vcare. Everytime found difficult to go for waxing so wanted to take laser hair removal. The treatment was not painful. Now i finished all my sessions and my skin is very smooth. Therapist and staff were friendly. Clinic also very clean and hygienic. Cost of laser hair removal was also affordable. Overall very good treatment

Do not go to this center as this is brand new with all trainees there. They just talk about commercial treatment and what they have. Not what suits you. Do not recommend. They do not even handover your reports after paying the fee also, this is something new that I'm hearing as you got to return with nothing after the consultation.
