If there was a zero star or negative star option, that is what this place is really worth. This spa is really close to my home, so I've been here a few times. However, I am no longer making any appointments here as their service is extremely HORRIBLE. There were many times where I've booked my appointment in advanced but they would actually start the service an hour after or MORE. Many of them do not speak English and you cannot understand what they are saying and vice versa. They are also VERY INCONSISTENT with their prices. Which made me decide that this will be the last time I ever get any service done here. Not sure why a mani and pedi would be almost less than $100 one day then over $100 the next time I book my appointment? Mani and pedi service is really slow and not that great. Eyelashes look nice, however they fall off easily and would have to refill within a week and a half. I suggest you find another spa before booking an appointment here.

Firstly， the appointment was 1 o’clock, but it didn’t start until 2:15. And they didn’t say anything. Secondly, I wanted a natural eyelash, but it was made so ugly and thick that it looked like I was going to a nightclub. Thirdly, the price should be $100, while they told me $140 when I Pay . They said my eyelash is thick, so I need pay more. Fourthly, Eyelash can be repaired free of charge within a week after eyelash is taken. they said I cannot, because the lady that takes eyelash to me wants maternity leave next week. So they only have ONE person could take eyelash ! I am very dissatisfied with this store, if there is zero score, I really want to give them 0

I was thinking about booking an appointment at this salon, but after reading their responses to negative reviews I changed my mind. They don’t apologize, give contact information, or give any solution to the issue. There’s no way I will risk going here based on their communication with unsatisfied customers. Response to the owners response: Yet when a costumer is unsatisfied and writes a bad review your response is to call them liar and say you provide good services? No apology or contact information? Your response is a joke, I am so grateful to those unsatisfied customers who wrote the bad reviews which in turn showed your attitude towards them. Shame on you.

This was my first time there. The technicians are courteous and efficient, and the environment is clean and pleasant. The technician did a great job. Though the Salon carter's primarily to Shellac and I no longer use Shellac because I noticed that it negatively effects my nervous system. Hence, it was a little different for them to accommodate my situation. This is the first time I encounter this at a nail salon. I usually have the option to choose between shellac or regular nail polish. Apart from that, they got the job done and I am happy with it. I recommend it. Thank you very much

I would much prefer to give them a score of zero if Google allows. I tried a nail shellac with two ugly rhinestones because of strong suggestion. It's only $48 in cash, but they asked for $120 as I tried to get the insurance reimbursement. however, the insurance company requires a doctor referral, so I returned the form before submitting. They refused to refund my money, and said that the service should worth $70 and one form is worth for $10. So I only got $40 back at the end. Obviously and absolutely, It's fraud.

Well went there for a body massage.The therapist did only the shoulder and half leg for the entire 1hr and said that its over. Instead of providing a disposable underwear they provide some used big shorts.It was actually worn by someone and then on request they changed it. This is the first time I ever saw a therapist wearing a glove to provide massage and the glove sound when doing the treatment was irritating and not at all relaxed. Total waste of time and money.

I came for the head spa treatment and the deep cleaning facial and I was lucky to be booked with Jasmine She was incredible!!! Very kind and professional and can tell where I needed more attention (for example my neck and shoulders) Also the front desk lady was really sweet and professional He prices are reasonable and very clean and the vibes are pretty nice too I definitely recommend this place ❤️

BEAWARE THIS PLACE*****My friend went there got really bad treatment. They also charge extra if they screwed up and remove the nail polish, be aware of this shop, totally scam.(Worse than do it at home.) Also they complain about customers on their back, mocking them when they try to do request. *blue from yelp, red is my friend's . notice the same poor filling.

I came here for a drop-in eyebrow appointment and I have only good things to say! It was my first time getting my eyebrows waxed and the girl who did them was extremely helpful. She gave me good advice about treating and maintaining them. I’m really happy with how my eyebrows turned out! The only regret I have is not giving a bigger tip.

Worst nail work ever seen. : ( My friend had her nails done here, totally not the look she want and ugly enough. You cannot have that nails even on Halloween, okay? Please use customers' picture as reference if they had one, and please do not take the job if you cannot do the style which customers want. Let others do the job, thanks.

The scalp massage was a unique experience. Pros: 1 hour of scalp and body massage as they have a massage chair while your laying there getting your hair washed. Cons: used hot water to wash my hair. Not enough pressure when cleaning my hair. Hair still felt oily and dirty when I left which is weird considering

My mother and I spent the day at vees spa. We got pedicures and full body massages. It was heavily! The staff was beyond nice and friendly. The spa was very clean and had a soothing atmosphere. I have already recommended this spa to my friends and family. We will defiantly be returning very soon! 10/10

I went to Vee Salon on sunday as they had longer business hours than other place I go to. I'm very glad I 'discovered ' it. Beautiful interior first of all, lady who did my biogel nails was very friendly and patient and made sure I was satisfied. I will definitely go back for other services .

The WORST service. Every single time I have been here for an appointment I’ve had to wait minimum half an hour or more. Not one time did I ever start on time or close to the time I arrived. They are slow and inconsistent with their prices — which are way over priced btw

My favorate nail and massage therapy place to go in Sauga so I don't have to drive all the way to pmall. The staff are really nice there. Price is very reasonable and they do really good job for my pedicure and shellac. Will go back again for sure!

Was there for the first time. And my experience is amazing. I really love my nails & the way Via took care of everything was fantastic. Only reason for 4 stars is that its on the pricey side. But overall the place & the service is great !

The prices are very reasonable for all the serviced they offer. Shellac..gel.. and nail art designs.. and now they have insurance coverage so even better! Try their eye lash extensions very natural and last pretty long too !!

My picture quality doesn’t do the work justice! The service was wonderful! They explain pricing very clearly! And they ask your questions along the way to ensure your manicure is to your specifications! Love my nails so much!

The girls here are really nice and patient. Shellac nails last longer than other places I've been too and I also tried lash extensions for the first time (loved them!). Will definitely go back and highly recommended.

PRP treatment there is amazing I did hair treatment , my hair was a lot thicker now after 2 sessions. I will definitely finish 5 sessions after seeing results. They have 2 nurse practitioner there.

I had a10:30 appt. booked for my daughter on her birthday for Mani pedi. The opening hours posted on the door was 10:00. No one showed up until 10:53. I took my business elsewhere.

Had facial, eye lash, and nails done in one day here. All very good. I recommend Linda for facial and Via for eye lash extensions. Price are very reasonable
