DO NOT USE!. Absolutely shocking rude and horrible service. The driver was So rude I couldn't believe it. I asked him if he could come 10-15mins earlier as i was ready a bit earlier. He yelled at me for not being 'on time' even though it only took me 20 seconds to leave the room and come outside. Then instead of putting my luggage he yells at me that there will be an extra $2 fee. I asked him what for and he said its because I made an online booking. I was surprised as this was not mentioned anywhere and that i only made an online booking because he wouldn't andwer my phone calls! He says he only had one missed call (his voicemail says not to leave a message but to text him but doesn't give you a number to text on!!) I agreed because I was in a rush to get to the airport and I said can we please just go im getting late to which he replied 'you're not getting late or anything'!. Then he refused to drive till i paid him the $2 which I did. By this point I was just wanting to get to the airport and was getting really stressed. I asked him if he was Okay as he kept hurrpmhing and being extremely grumpy. At this point he started yelling at me that I was abusing him and that he would no longer take me to the airport!!! I was so amazed by thus as he was the one refusing to fulfill his part of the contract and by his disgusting unfriendly behaviour. He offloaded my luggage and short changed me $2 which he still owes me telling me to just get a cab. Thankfully a cab came pretty quickly. I recommend that this guy shouldn't be running a business as he is horrible and rude. Avoid at all costs.

This company is bad news. I booked a return trip from the airport, the van was 30 minutes late to collect me as I waited in the cold. For my return to the airport I called the night prior to reconfirm to ensure I would not be late for my international flight. I was met with an operator who sighed throughout the call and advised I did not need to reconfirm as that they know what time and where to pick me up from. I again mentioned I needed to be at the airport for an INTL flight to which he responded "yes, yes, yes we know that".....so at 05:45am I went outside to my driver who was on time only to have him tell me I would have to drive with him and wait at the next hotel for 30 minutes to collect the next passengers then drive to the other and wait another 20 minutes for the last pick up and I would probably miss my flight check in cut off....NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! The driver was pleasant and apologetic and advised that the operations had scheduled the extra pick up at the last minute. He dropped me 2 minutes drive from where I was staying to catch the Skybus and I am yet to hear back from the company in regards to my refund...this company has zero customer service and they should get new staff. I will not be recommending this to anyone

I was lied to and misquoted $18 return from the airport to the city but they tried to charge me $36. I pointed out that they had misrepresented the price and they couldn't care less. I hung up on them after they continued to talk over the top of me; only for them to call me back and continue to lie to me. I don't think the person answering the telephone realizes what $18 return actually means. When I told the person I'd be making complaints about him he accused me of threatening him. I record all my personal telephone calls and assured him I'd be letting people know of the lies they tell. Once again I was met with the attitude of a simpleton who really should not be representing a company. I would avoid this company at all costs as their misunderstanding of basic English and their attitude may lead to costly and possibly fatal results. I believe all drivers should understand basic street signs and basic English.

Wow this has to be the BEST shuttle service in Melbourne!! Found on Google searching for airport shuttle and looking for a more comfortable alternative to the big buses. Was so impressed with the exceptional service, care and attention that I definitely won't be using big buses anytime soon. The others out there just don't compare. Case in point I actually booked the wrong day and had to cancel a booking. I assumed I'd wear the cost ...but without even having to ask they gave a refund! They also took booking changes no fuss which is not the norm for private cars. Then when I do hit arrivals Clive is there waiting for me WHEN THE FLIGHT LANDS at the airport with an iPad with my name. He also sends me messages to reach out and confirm contact point. Honestly the service was a welcome relief after a longhaul flight when the last thing you want to do it keep hauling. Will definitely refer to friends no question.

Fantastic service at a great price. They pick you up from inside the terminal and shuttle you back. Great communication all the way providing us with the driver contact details a day before. So glad I found this company. Clive is very friendly. Updated: I have to commend VHA again on their amazing customer service. We made a mistake on our booking and requested the pickup on the wrong date. When we saw their message the day before confirming the pickup, we quickly messaged them to say we had the wrong dates. Thankfully they were quick to respond and rescheduled the pickup promptly, and they didn’t get upset. My mom was picked up by Rick who was dressed professionally and the ride was so comfortable. I’m just amazed at their customer service and professionalism. Big thumbs up to everyone at VHA! I’ll be highly recommending you to all my friends.

We had our driver Matt meet us at the aiport where he held up a sign with my name on it. Matt was very polite, funny and very professional. He made sure that my little one was the most important person in the world by interacting with him and making sure that our baby seat was secure. Myself, my wife and my best mate i was travelling with were so blown away by how matt conducted himself. He was very charismatic and even cracked a few jokes along the way to our hotel. Matt and his company deserve 10 stars for the quality of service we recieved and we will be telling all our friends with families that your company makes people feel like they are a VIP and are family friendly. I hope Matt gets this feedback as it is well deserved.

They did not turn up in a shuttle van but an unmarked car, that required pick up where public pick up/drop off. The ride into town was actually good but I booked to return and got no information back. When I chased up they said my booking was cancelled due to being fully booked. I could have been left at the motel with no knowledge of the van (car) coming for me and missed my flight. Very dodgy company. I emailed them advising I was not happy about their service and they accused me of abusing them which I defiantly did not, they then banned me from ever using them again - like I would ever use them! - they are so deluded.

I used VHA for the first time this August and I was very impressed with the service. Their email and messaging communications were very clear and timely and they were very accommodating to my requirements. Knowing ahead of time the driver and how to contact them was very helpful and they turned up right when they were scheduled; the trips were very smooth and I had a great chat with them all the way. Because the price is set up front you can relax knowing that unexpected traffic issues aren't going to cost you the earth. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend for airport transfers.

Great Service at a very reasonable price. Nice, CLEAN comfortable Car..NOT A VAN...was dropped off right at the entry door of the departure area. Did not have to walk my own luggage across 2 lanes as with other shuttle services. Clive was on time to pick me up from my home, and was waiting on time INSIDE the arrivals terminal with my name on his phone, to help me with my luggage and take me to the car for my return trip. A pleasant experience overall. Office service also efficient and friendly, with a text reminder of my trip. Would DEFINITELY recommend and will be using this service again.

I had Matt as my driver today and as usual, VHA provided excellent service for their shuttles. Matt was courteous and on time, in fact a little early even though there was a protest in the CBD. Due to confusion about pick up points he called me and we sorted it out promptly leading to a great trip to the airport on a Friday afternoon, which we know can be fraught. I found VHA shuttles a number of years ago and have used them many times. Their service is excellent along with very good value. I recommend them very highly.

Really happy with taxi shuttle service from Clive. Arranged return transfers from home in South eastern suburbs to Airport for myself and daughter and received excellent communication and updates by text and email from start to finish. Arrived on time, clean vehicles and stress free experience all round. And to top it off a great price for trip meant no need to fight the traffic and use long term parking. Will definitely use Clive again and highly recommend to anyone looking for Airport transport or similar.

This is a great service, child friendly and very reasonably priced . The vehicles are maintained in excellent condition and the child seats are first rate. Arrive at your house early and happy to wait, and always happy to help load luggage and children. At the airport you are met at baggage claim. Using this fantastic service really makes for a comfortable, smooth trip either side of your flight. Couldn't recommend this shuttle service enough!!

My husband and I used VHA whilst in Melbourne to collect us from airport and return each individually and I highly recommend them. They were waiting at gate with sign for us when we collected baggage. Very friendly and again same on return. Office was extremely efficient in their service as well. I would highly recommend this service purely for the fact that I felt it was a very reasonable price when compared with other alternatives. However, on top of this the drivers were both excellent, both friendly and accommodating by giving me a bottle of water which definitely improved the night after a torrid flight.

Super service! I received message upon landing that Clive was waiting for me at Baggage claim - very reassuring as I was arriving at 8:30pm. Don't use them. We waited at airport for 30 mins could not contact them caught taxi then received a reply email the next day saying that our bookings had been cancelled. No refund. Taking legal action now.
