Have not used it but tried driving through one time recently, June 2023, out of curiosity and because many people said it wasn't being utilized. Signage was deplorable and non-existant... but also the same for the Park&Ride at Northstar Mall. Absolutely no info on this facility on this website. Website link was worthless. Only found out about the two express routes to Airport and Downtown because of comments. Only found out about not available for rideshare from comments. Where is rideshare for this area? No floor plan/site plan of facility with entrance/egress points. Is the 7a - 10p for bus service or just access? Bus times not listed. 7a is not early enough for many Airline flights. 10p is not late enough for some Airline flights, or for a game night on the town. It says Downtown, but not where. Does it go to the Coliseum and ATT Ctr? Does it go to Northstar Mall, which is by the Airport? ... and to the Northstar Park&Ride for connection to other routes? Is the facility locked down without access from 10p - 7a? So you couldn't take a taxi or Uber after hours and get your vehicle out? One comment said pamphlets were available at location, but should also be on this website.

So I’m only able to give Via Stone Oak Park and ride two stars. The site is great, it has bike racks, plenty of parking and the bus seems to be running like clock work. The reason it gets three stars....? Via doesn’t allow photos of the Park and Ride. I’m guessing it’s for security precautions due to the world we live in. I’m ok with that, what I’m not ok with is, they don’t have any signage stating that it’s against Via policy and the only indication that it’s not allowed... When the armed security guard informs you that picture taking is not allowed and that the pictures need to be deleted from your phone. Also, there is a five hour gap for a return ride to the Stone Oak park and ride. This makes it less likely for parents to use it as a commute option. Via public relations, if I can take a picture from the street, why can’t I take pictures from the waiting area?

It is a big beautiful place, but the guard is rude about going to the restroom & and quick to run you off or at least over mentioned it's 30 minute then leave time limit. 4,000 could stand there comfortable, and when there is less than 5 people counting the guard, with 40-50 benches. "Get out of here", is cold blooded to hear. It's probably why business is slow at such a big place, it's Stone Oak. Cheer up . I am not a prisoner, I am a business insider you get your investments put to good use. I don't want the food from your hand, I just want the food you took out of mine.

I'm going to be honest here, after coming here for the first time, this has got to be the biggest waste of money Via has ever produced. There's only two routes that come here, and neither connect to anything important. They should scrap the 7, have the 648, 2, and 6 extend out to here, and hope that may get enough people to spend money on this waste of space. Our tax dollars are not happy here.

Great easy ride downtown. My husband and I had jury duty, in separate months, but we took the bus from Stone Oak. It drops you off two blocks from the Justice Center. Didn't worry about parking nor crazy fees. The ride to and from was free with our summons. I continue to encourage our friends to use the bus. We plan to take our children on the bus for a trip downtown this summer.

We used the Via Stone Oak Park and Ride for the airport parking option on the 3rd floor. The buses were clean and on time direct to and from the airport. Security was readily visible and is present around the clock. We saved well over $100 on parking fees versus parking at the airport. It was a convenient and good experience.

I don't live in the area, but I have driven by this empty garage here and there. This would have been GREAT if City officials knew what they were doing. This could be a rail station to get you into Downtown, Medical Center, Port SA, Airport, Pearl, etc. Public transit in SA is a joke.

Honestly a big waste of money, we need to have a better infrastructure on local transit, and having buses isn’t the best solution when you’re just causing more traffic, this place is only useful for major events like Alamodome football games, celebrations, events, and downtown

Nice facility, but it needs more routes, like the 2, 6 and 648 so we can have connections to things at Loop 1604. The 7 can be just for commuters needing direct access to the Park & Ride and the 6 can be for people needing to get from Loop 1604 to the Park & Ride

If you want the most peaceful poop in your life no interruptions this the place to be, the vending machines are always stocked so you'll find what you're looking for here. The best and cleanest park and ride via has.

Giant waste of money on this side of town. There is not even a park and ride option to events. Not sure why this was built or who it is meant to serve. Would be used a lot if it actually connected to other places.

No stars from me. I just want to go hang out downtown and enjoy the day on the weekends and not pay for parking. I don't work downtown or med center. What a waste. I can't post this unless I give it a star. …

Very clean and pleasant lobby. Very friendly and helpful employee. Gave us paper pamphlets showing us the different routes we can take. Informed us of the via app and how to purchase tickets. Thanks!

Pretty strict park and ride. Can only be there if you're taking the bus. Apparently if you're a rideshare driver you can't use their PARK AND RIDE Parking lot. Guard kicked me out.

I have to say that this stone oak park and ride is very organized it was very easy to find a parking spot in the parking garage VIA great job on this facility

An amazing clean facility with an express bus to the airport and downtown. Secure covered parking. Just wish the bus ran on the weekends and holidays.

There needs to be park and ride to UTSA games! I shouldn't have to drive to Crossroads to park and ride. What a waste of this VIA location.

Not truly useful, unless you live in or around the Stone Oak area. VIA should open similar facilities in other parts of San Antonio

1st time there, and the welcoming was horrible, security guard was rude and way out of line. At least the Faculty is nice.

New facility with customer service window to purchase passes, wifi, clean bathrooms and security personnel onsite.

So convenient to get to work. I love the bus stations look too! Via did a good job with this location.

What a lot of money spent to service two only routes. That and the service ends so early in the day.
