Never use this store as a luggage storage. There are multiple positive reviews for such service in the past, however after you read what happened with me below, I am sure you will never think of leaving your luggage with these guys! Long story short, they accepted my bag and when I returned to collect it back, the store was closed. What was particularly unacceptable, is that it remained closed for more than 7 days and they were unreachable neither through phone, nor through one of the applications (in my case it was Bounce platform). No responsibility taken by them and lots of time and nerves spent to finally track when they reopen again. Better leave your luggage with some hotel, if you do not want to fly back home without luggage.

Pretty rude service, used this location to collect UPS parcels but won't be again. Parcels left in a heap at the back of the shop, many seemed damaged. Collected the first part of my order, using my bank card as identification, then when I went back they wouldn't give me the second part, as wouldn't accept the same bank card as ID. Fine if that's the policy, but at least be consistent with it. Would recommend UPS and Zara reconsider as a partner because it doesn't offer convenience or a good experience

The shop-owner is horrible, he is really rude and trying to avoid all kinds of responsibility of his UPS collection. He was even acting like a rubbish, using extremely rude words to a customer. I couldnt even be sure it had been collected by the carrier or not because he had no idea about his shop. Such shop deserves to be collapsed. Please try to use another drop-off centre if you are not willing to be afraid of losing your important parcels.

The employees try to charge you £1 for printing a label. They let you wait over 10 minutes because a terrible internet connection and an old laptop from where they try to do this service. And they are particularly incompetent, especially when you point on the fact they do not even remember them own business email in order to send the mentioned form to print.

We were supposed to drop off our bags at 12 pm. The place was still closed. At 12.30 another couple who was waiting with us called the owner and was told that he would be there within half an hour. At 1.15 still nobody was there so we left after more than an hour of waiting and spent our last day of vacation carrying our suitcases around town. Thanks.

AVOID DROPPING YOUR UPS PACKAGE HERE! The shop owner is incredibly rude. He refused to scan my package as he was on an 'important' phone call. After persisting he eventually scanned the package, but not without being visibly and verbally annoyed. Not sure why UPS are associated with a store conducting such outrageous customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS AS A UPS ACCESS POINT — I had three simultaneous packages delivered here and all three were individually rejected and returned to sender, even though they were selected as part of the official UPS access point locations, absolute joke, I should have read some of the other reviews of this place before I ordered.

Made a reservation for 2 hours of luggage storage. Paid in advance for storage via the App. When I arrived the facility was closed, metal gate was closed and locked. Waited a few minutes and left. Called the business and no answer. Had to get customer service involved to get a refund.

AVOID AT ALL COST! DISGUSTING UPS DROP-OFF SERVICE! This is the only bad experience that I've ever had with UPS Access Point. The person in charge made a real effort to provide a bad service, was extremely rude, and make it very clear that he didn't care at all.

This is the best little store! <3 open super late so good life saver when you need late night beers. Also - the staff here are amazing. We left a £300 necklace here accidentally and they found it and kept it safe for us!! We cannot thank you enough!!!!!!!!

If you are going to this shop please think 100 times before going there, they are uncivilized people. Honestly I have never met a rude Person like this in my entire life. So horrible and rude person. It happened 2nd time with me.

Fantastic service . I went with my friends and asked for a variety of beers and wines AND THEY HAD IT ALL. Usually We have to visit multiple shops to get it all, but this is one stop for all. will definitely visit again

Attractive collection of wine and a range of beers were available to us and the owner was polite as well. Luggage storage facility was also available which helped us to explore places freely.

Friendly convenience store to drop off my UPS packages. It’s handy to buy some drinks because it’s open for 24 hours on Friday and Saturday. The shelves are clean and organised too.

Rudest shop keeper. Shutter was down for most the afternoon (Friday) with everyone's parcels outside for anyone to nick. Don't waste your time here for your own sanity.
