Turned away for a hair colour. Iv read other people’s reviews saying their hair was not in a good way and was fixed.... however there is nothing wrong with my hair but V did not want to do any colour whatsoever, even a colour that could work with the condition of my hair. Pre Covid I was getting my hair coloured and styled professionally every 2 months and had no issues whatsoever so I found it very odd to be turned away for the first time ever and even more strange when it was my sister too who had been told the same thing. My sister has been told by professionals she can have the colour she wants. We have been given the impression our hair is beyond repair because of build up of colour! If you are a professional hair stylist should you not help to fix that with the right treatment, working with the customer to achieve a colour which is right for them?? In my case and my sisters we have been told we can not achieve any colour at all due to significant breakage. Well, I have been lightening my hair for 15 years and not had a problem with achievable results. V did offer just a cut but I’d rather stick to a treatment I want and have asked for. Looks like all your customers have a balayage so why should I just stick to a cut. Had patch test done on a Friday and was told I will have a reply end of the day. Went in Tuesday and told too much breakage but can have a darker colour. Go home and told she can’t even do a darker colour for me. She sent a picture of my sisters hair with strands broken in half and everywhere but where was my picture, did you even do the test?? Very disappointing as I was looking forward to having my hair done with you especially after the lockdown and since salons reopening but it sounds like you want to pick who you do a colour for. Waste of time to be honest.

I was recommended to Vee by a friend who had gone to her for hair balayage for a while, her hair was always so pretty and had amazing colours so I decided to meet Vee for a consultation. Vee was great from the start, very keen to understand what I wanted, she gave great advice and also listened to what I wanted for my hair. I appreciated that she was considerate of the fact that I had never had my hair coloured before (I.e. she didn’t want me to go too light immediately and damage my hair). She showed me some photos of what my hair could look like which was a great way to understand what she could do for me and she could see what I liked. On the appointment day itself Vee was great, very kind, and laid out what she was going to do for me. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the treatment. I was beyond pleased and thrilled with my results, it looked incredible, for my first hair balayage she had given my hair new life with the colours. She made my hair look and feel full, voluminous and had beautiful natural looking colours. I just adored it. I like that Vee was quick to respond in between consultation and the appointment, she’s great at giving advice on which treatments work best for coloured hair and how to maintain it. She was really sweet and helpful, I know even after my treatment that I can ask her advice on my hair as she is approachable. I will definitely be going back, she did a fabulous job! She knows what she’s doing and she’s more than happy to give you any advice which was great for someone like me who never had my hair done before.

I was recommended Vee by a colleague and honestly its one of the best decisions I could have made for my hair. I went to Vee with damaged, dry, pre-treated hair however even after the initial consultation, I felt confident in her ability to provide a bespoke service and utilise her knowledge about all hair types and conditions in order to help my hair look and feel better. I gave Vee full creative control over my hair and she did not disappoint. The customer service was impeccable, I felt completely at ease from start to finish and I left the salon feeling so much more confident and loving my new look. Vee even provided a list of products she would recommended I use to maintain and look after my hair and no doubt I would recommend her to anyone and I'll be booking in with her again.

I initially went to Vee this summer for a haircut. I’ve never had good experiences in the past with other places for haircuts, hence I put it off for the past few years. I was really happy with how Vee involved me in the process and asked me lots of questions to get a solid idea of what I wanted. I decided to book my balayage with Vee, after my haircut, as I liked her work. Let’s just say… she understood the assignment!! This was my second time getting a balayage done, Vee managed to achieve the warm brown colours I wanted and picking the olaplex in salon service, made my hair feel super soft and healthy. It’s a really nice feeling, when you’ve found your go to hairdresser, who is really knowledgeable in her work.

Vee was extremely professional throughout my whole experience. I inquired about a balayage which was my first ever experience dyeing my hair. She explained the whole process to me and the options I had available. We discussed colours that would suit my skin tone and she got to work. I also purchased the olaplex treatment alongside my balayage to strengthen my hair after it had been dyed. My hair is extremely silky smooth, the colour has settled really well into my once (natural) black hair and I still get compliments about my hair a month after. A lovely lady who still entertains my inquiries about hair care- long after I’ve left her styling chair! 1000% recommend Vee as her work speaks for itself.

I have been to Vee a few times now and I can honestly say, hand on heart that she is the best at what she does. I’ve never been disappointed by any colour or cut we have decided on (have gone pink, ash brown and now lighter!). I can always trust her to give her professional opinion of what hair colours would be suitable and she never fails to impress me. Her customer service is 11/10. She’s always super cheerful and friendly everytime you go in and can always have a good catch up about what’s been going on since your last appointment. I always leave feeling sooo in love with my hair and get so many people asking where I get my hair done. 100% the best experience at a hair salon I have ever had.

I initially went to V for a huge colour correction on my hair and was extremely anxious due to the bad experience I had prior with another hairdresser, but V made me feel nothing but at ease in her presence. Hands down the best hairdresser ever, I would never go to anyone else ever again as she is highly professional, fun, has immaculate energy/ vibes and absolutely amazing in all she does. Recently, I went back for a toner and she did an amazing job with my hair once again, I honestly couldn't have asked for more. I have been getting my hair done by V for a few years now and honestly would not go elsewhere! Having fine hair made me somewhat reluctant in having my hair done but after speaking with V and finding the best possible treatment for my hair type my hair doesn't just look fabulous but feels fabulous too! V has made it very clear that the safety and condition of my hair is her number 1 priority which is much appreciated! I would definitely recommend V, not just for her hairdressing skills but for her honesty regarding what's achievable and safe for my hair!

So I went to VP hair after 2 really bad past experiences with hairdressers. I was so scared but from the consultation I felt listened to and Vee managed to book me in really quickly. I had balayage work done and also a cut and style. The cut left my hair in the best condition, and I can't wait to go back for her to work her colour magic on me again. Vee just knows what will work and I really trust her judgements.

How amazing is V. My hair was not in a good way due to a quarantine crisis. The first time with V, she completely rectified what went wrong and gave my hair this beautiful balayage glow.
